And you're right, the Queen wouldn't touch you, she's just upset and angry I'm sure." he nodded, taking a bite of his own frozen portion "And why would you want you're mother tokill my friend? Do you think that would solve anything?" he asked in seriousness. "And I know that there are a lot more animals here that much is true, hopefully someday you can hunt here too and for it not to be a problem"

And although your cub, may not be of harm now, when she grows older, she will be a threat. Just like the rest of your pride. And your new king is alot nicer? Sure, he`s nice, bet your only saying that because you wish to have a chance of being a Queen. The fool clearly has no clear mindset, to make you a Queen." She says, watching the cub run off. /Perfect. The further she runs, the more likely she is to be lost./ She thinks, flicking her tail. "I will stand no more for you trespassing in my lands. So you, and your young cub, get out." She speaks calmly. She says, her eyes displaying slight signs of sadness, but mostly power. "Just go, Just Leave. If You Want To Learn Your Cub To Hunt, There Are A Few Nests Of Mice Near The Border. I Do Not Want To See You Hunting For Anything Other Than Mice." She says. From the undergrowth crept a lioness, whom Sakura recognized. A slight smile spreading across her once agitated composition. "It Is My Honor To Be Seeing You My Dear." She purrs audibly, her eyes still on the rouge, but a slight amount of her attention appointed towards Abeni. |

Well most rulers anyway plus this was suppose to be my first hunting lesson but nope your queen has to ruin it" she said bitterly as she takes a bite in the frozen meat. |

Abeni flattened her ears to her head at Artemis's threat. What did she mean? Scare who off? She thought curiously. This lioness was very brave to attempt to take on Sakura. But she also sounded very proud too. Abeni decided to teach her a lesson. As the small red lioness haughtily retreated to the edge of The Golden Lands, Abeni silently ran up behind her and when she was almost directly upon her, she opened her mouth and roared. The petite lioness jumped and immediately took off at a sprint for the river. Abeni could see that the lioness was furious from the flick of her tail, but she also looked properly intimidated from the wary look in her eyes. After the red lioness had crossed the river, Abeni turned back to Sakura and went to stand before the Queen.
She sat at a respectful distance and lay her tail over her paws before beginning her story. She could see that Sakura remembered her but she also looked cautious. "Sakura, I know I should not be crossing into your lands but I bring news. I have been traveling for many days and I felt drawn to the border between these two lands. I do not know if this is because the Kings of the Past have a message for you, I suppose only time will tell..The Land of Greed is on the other side of the river, yes? Well, they have a new King." Abeni paused as she waited for Sakura's reaction. There was no shock in her eyes at her last comment and Abeni wondered how she had found out about the new King across the river.

As the lioness turned tail and ran, she nodded respectfully to Abeni, regaining her composure and sitting down, her tail curled around her flank, the tip dancing around like untamed fire.
"You are very much welcome here Abeni. Its been a while." She nods, smiling slightly. As Abeni announced the news, a sigh escaped her lips, her expression, however remained calm. "It seems people are getting drawn here, and indeed, they seek solitary in the Lands Of Greed. I've heard talk that their new King is kind to them, well apparently so." She rolls her eyes slightly. "And with my own eyes, I have witnessed the betrayal of a close freind, it is indeed a shame. But I shall not prevent him from entering here. But I think he is part of the other pride. Now Abeni, its late In the day, we can head back to the main den and talk somemore." She says softly, smiling at the lioness with a glint of fondness In her eyes.
The Queen raises herself from the grassy banks, onto her four legs. "I should, in all my right mind, If you carry on being so loyal and, so truthful to me, I should make you my advisor." She chuckles.

Abeni purred at the Queen's statement. "Sakura, I would love to be your advisor but you know this isn't my home. You know I am a wandering soul!" she laughed. "I will stay until a storm has passed over your Golden Lands, so if I do fill the position of advisor, it will only be for a temporary amount of time." she continued, and then stood and stretched her stiff forelegs. She was filled with curiosity about Sakura's betrayal but restrained herself from possibly intruding on a personal situation. It was enough that the Queen had allowed her to stay with her on her pride lands. Hunting might be a different story but Abeni was strong. She could surely bring down some food outside of Sakura's territory.

"What a meanie!" Tabasamu shouted out, frowning slightly when the male finished. "Yeah, that's not nice!" Sonrisi followed up. Safi chuckled lightly and smiled, turning back to him. "There might be one down there. Don't know for sure, though. Should we maybe check it out later on in the day?" She asked, raising a brow slightly. Nassir couldn't help but chuckle a bit at Tabasamu and Sonrisi. " yea we should check it out later or until another lion body goes down the stream whichever comes first also i smell another lioness in the distance" Nassir said sniffing the air. "Could we come too, Saf?" Furaha asked quietly, crawling cautiously out from under her paws. "Yeah, could we?" The other two followed up. "Maybe, and I think we should wait until another comes down. It could have just been an elder or sick lion, after all." (Sorry for not replying for a while.) |

Nassir smiled and trotted besides Sakura " hey Sakura since i'm pretty new to these lands can you explain why the The Golden Lands and lands of greed was it? are enemies?" Nassir asked. Sakura came to an abrupt pause for a few moments, before sighing reluctantly. " Alright then, so, it all started when this whole land, and the lands of greed were unclaimed. Both lands were beautiful, and you could`ve called both of them the Golden Lands. Soon after, my father and my mother, found this land and claimed it as their own, taking time to care for each and every animal, peace upon their reign. Then a dark shadow began spreading over parts of my fathers lands, right until the river, which now acts as a border. The lands were ruined, in mere months. My father when over to confront the tyrannic king of his wrong doings.. but my father never came back. This started a full out feud between the prides. Eventually, their was a war, and that king was overthrown, but by then, he had a son, who was just about a young-adult, so old enough to take the throne. The son took the throne, and threw the land into darkness once more. My mother was old, and I was a young teen then. She left, and made the river the border, and chasing any lions that came in the lands out. Eventually I was old enough to take the throne, and As I did, i met most of my freinds. Including Abeni. With my rule, part of the land that was destroyed healed, right until the river. If you were a bird, and you flew up, above the river, you could see the difference. In the end, there was nothing we could do ot help the Lands Of Greed, as all results had ended in death. So, we became enemies. Because of their greed and hatred. We don`t know why, the hurt my pride, us.. but we think its because they were going to claim this land..." She sighs. Looking down. Then back up . |

But i have encountered far worse prides in my travels one pride i encountered the pride members are basically slaves if they caught any rogue passing or even another pride its neither be a slave or die i manage to escape the two male lions on my tail but i was a adolescent back then i was much smaller too i can probably beat two male lions in a fight right now but those lions are trained to fight ever since they learned to walk so i wouldn't stand a chance even if i was larger and stronger. " he then paused for a moment. " don't you have a heir to throne? trategies can happen any time you wouldn't want that red lioness to take your throne when something bad happens to you" he said in a somewhat concerned tone. |

She growls, before calming down, " Sometimes Sakura you just have to leave the past behind you and learn from your past mistakes i know whats it's like to lose family members i lose my entire pride from a butch of rogue lions but i will not let it hinder me in anyway and enemy prides don't really follow each other's rules. And don't forget do not underestimate or judge a lion by their apperance size personality family and their pride because doing that might very well lead to your demise that's what happened to my uncle. " he paused for a moment and sighed " well judging from your encounter with that red lioness i feel things are bound to get worse but i will help your pride in any way i can" he said. |

Abeni fell behind as Nassir and Sakura talked together. She felt content being around other lions. It had been awhile since she had visited with a pride. She was glad that Nassir wanted to join Sakura's pride, hunting would certainly be easier for him now, and Sakura would have a strong fighter on her side. She vaguely wondered what had happen to the handsome lion by the river. No one had chased her off of the Lands of Greed's territory so maybe he hadn't really seen her. Or hadn't wanted to give her position away? Maybe he was Sakura's betrayer! After all, he had crossed over the river from The Golden Lands. Abeni pondered the thought and then realized she was completely oblivious to Sakura and Nassir's conversation. She walked behind them and watched as they spoke to each other. Sakura needs a King. Abeni thought to herself. She was strong, young, and surely loved her independence, but that would not help her if a full-grown male with a pride decided to take her and her lands by force. Well. No such thing would happen with Abeni here, and yet she felt nervous. Nassir would surely defend the Queen if he needed to. The new King across the river already had a potential Queen, the red lioness was the likely candidate. Now it was Sakura's turn.

"Okay Shujaa" He smiled before tossing the cub into his back and trotting out the cave door. The sudden sunlight made him squint as his blue eyes adjusted. He continued to a spot that he found a while ago. A mouse nest teaming with life. He pulled the cub off of his flank and looked her in the eye "Now promise me you won't use anything I'm about to teach you against any other lion unless you are in mortal danger, okay?" he smiled but still said sternly.

" Sometimes Sakura you just have to leave the past behind you and learn from your past mistakes i know whats it's like to lose family members i lose my entire pride from a butch of rogue lions but i will not let it hinder me in anyway and enemy prides don't really follow each other's rules. "Okay Shujaa" He smiled before tossing the cub into his back and trotting out the cave door. The sudden sunlight made him squint as his blue eyes adjusted. He continued to a spot that he found a while ago. A mouse nest teaming with life. He pulled the cub off of his flank and looked her in the eye "Now promise me you won't use anything I'm about to teach you against any other lion unless you are in mortal danger, okay?" he smiled but still said sternly. (just a note its sundown) " I promise " Shujaa said with a bit of exitment in her voice. |
