I know! That's exactly what I would've said but it just so happens the guy was my bosses father and he got ticked off about it and so did his father (of course)! Now I'm stuck at my house for another four days! Luckily they both felt really bad about it( besides the point that I'm actually one of their favorite employees.) and decided to pay me while I'm suspended so I guess I got myself a lucky break.
Yeah, I kinda dropped out of the radar (again). Life has been keeping me too busy for proper RPing and stuff.
So err... Just dropping in to let you know I'm not dead or anything. xD I was planning on coming around next week and properly check things again since it at least looks like I'll be less busy after this week. :3
Hi, Kir I've been wondering where you went I'm having similar problems - uni life is keeping me very, very busy right now. But by the end of next month we'll perhaps get some breathing room though, so... yay? xP
You should definitely tell your parents, or your friends or a teacher, or SOMOENE that you've been having these feelings. If you don't think you can trust any of these people you should call beyond blue, or other kids hotlines wherever you're living. Google them. But you need to tell someone near you who's a responsible person and who can help you. I suffer from depression too, and this is what I did. My parents didn't really understand but my friends did, and got me help. But if your friends don't then you should seek it out yourself. Telling a doctor would also be good.
Do you know what brings about these feelings? I used to attribute mine to struggles with my weight, but it ended up being a chemical imbalance in the brain, so taking Effexor works wonders for me. I'm now enjoying life and feel much happier within me:).
Having a purpose helps as well, as well as being kind to people. For me, I find my faith also helps. The knowledge that I'm loved by the creator of the universe is comforting in the extreme:).
Yeah, I second what Krissi has said. You definitely need to tell someone about it, someone you know you can trust. I really recommend getting in touch with a professional as well, because they know what they're doing and can get the right help for you. There is a lot of help available, so don't hesitate to get in touch with them
If you can't ever tell like your mum, teacher etc. You should know you have all of us, we're a family so we have to stick together! I have depression too and it's awful especially when I'm having a down down I usually just end up sitting in my room and crying or asking my friends for hugs repeatedly, I mean yesterday I texted two of my friends asking if they really were my friend because I felt awful and when they replied it made me feel better. Just try your best to distract yourself, mood art or creative writing will probably help? Just don't cut (I don't know if you do or not but y'know) Playing with my dogs always cheer me up too, but basically if you feel down go and get a hug of your mum or someone, it'll make you feel better.
What everyone is saying I completely agree with I may also add that never to hold anything inside and get that help. I'm relieved you have managed to mention something here, we are all here to support you and each other but please try and find someone that can help you in person ^^. If you let it build up inside it can make things a whole lot worse and you don't tend to realise straight away. Trust me on that one.
I check my PM box all the time so feel free to drop a message if you ever want to chat ^^

In a couple of weeks time, hopefully. And I'm not confident, because you never know with this course... I felt that I answered the questions well, but it could also be all wrong. You just... don't know xP
I really didn't think I'd manage - I had prepared to sign up for retaking it and book my train tickets home for a week later and everything... xD It's such a relief to not have to take that exam or course again; studying Intellectual Property Rights is not fun xP
That's so awesome, Kanu! I'm happy for you I know that feeling very well, you keep waiting for the results thinking that you didn't make it, and then you find out that you passed. It's one of those great moments that deserve to be celebrated. Congrats!!
