Afya smiled as Scar started talking to her.
"Good. I'd just love to burst yours!" She growled, just loud enough for him to hear. Deciding that another step back would be the smart thing to do Afya stepped back. Then gulped when, for a second, her foot stepped on thin air. She put it down on solid rock and relaxed. What Scar said next infuriated and saddened Afya.
"The Circle of Life has nothing to do with it! It's your fault! You're the one that turned my father! You're the one that caused him to get so angry! And because of you, my mother was murdered by his paws! If the Circle of Life has a good mind, you will die before the end of the day!" She shouted loudly at him. She sounded foolish but she didn't care. Of course the Circle of Life was involved in it. But that didn't excuse him.

Nala stood there, beside her still the lion who seemed to think he was Scar's son was waiting.. she wasn't sure for what though. turning she looked him up and down slowly.
"So, you think you want to come where Fire and I are going ?, you can tag along I guess..but if I think you are lying to us about what you want, you'll find our reaction will be pretty swift, but you gotta look after yourself, I'm not watching you."
Hearing a noise from Fire, Nala turned to face him with a sigh
"What now ?"
Following where he was looking, she could see the tail of the little cub
"You decide Fire, I'm not spending all my time running after him when he decides to act weird, we need to try and find Seleter,if you want to chase..that.. well go ahead, but I'm not."
Standing there staring at the red maned lion Nala began to get fidgety and her tail started to swing
"Well... Fire ?"

"But my my, your father was an 'interesting' character now.. He was a great lion indeed. A man of honour and pride.. No doubt that your father was probably a lion that I could have by my side throughout my ruling. However, like all lions.. they always have... 'faults'... Your father's fault unfortunately, caught up to him in the end. Let's just say that your father had too much of a stubborn mind to 'lose'..." The black-maned lion chuckled evil and deeply. "So, I just did him a favour and told him that his debts needed to be re-payed somehow.. his sins to be forgiven.. Now, the killing of your mother was "not" my idea, I can assure you. Lionesses are one valuable price around prides, and you know this.. Your mother wanted to stop him, and well.. he got very angry with her.. thus.. his sins and anger took over him.. Poor lion.. Could have lived a better life than that.." He said this all slight non-chalantly, waving a finger in the air and then nibbling a claw as he looked to Afya.

Fire looked to Nala and then down to the little one with a little merf. He didn't feel like being a baby-sitter, however.. he was not one to just leave a cub out on his own, especially as delusioned as this one. His eyes glanced over to Nala and then his black leonine lips grew a smile as he walked over and gently nipper her ear in friendliness. "Yes, Nala. Don't you fret.. I've got him under control.."
With that said, he looked over to the cub and ducked his head real low so he was eye-level to the cub. "Now listen here, boy.. I don't want to play hide-and-seek or try-to-find-the-cub right now, okay?.. You're coming with me and if you misbehave while you're walking with us, I will be sure to show you something scarier than the hyenas.." He grew a devilish smirk on his face as he chomped on the nape of the cubs neck and picked him up to place him onto his mane.

The cub was pulled up off the ground into fire's mouth. "Ok i'll stay right by you and nala's sides, but dont expect me to be a complete behaved cub." Kyto grinned as he said this. After that he couldn't but to ask Nala "Why are the hyena's here, IM scared." Starts to shiver while dangling from fire's mouth
Kyto looked down and thought "Wow ive never been hanging rom a male lions mouth. Its alot higher then Afya's."

The hyenas are there to keep little wandering cubs out of their territory. And if you're not by someone strong like me, they're gonna eat you aaaaaall up" The lion says with a chuckle as he walks over to Nala and then smirked. "Ready to go, 'babe'?"

Nala stood there looking from the cub now resting in the red fluffy mane, down to Fire's face, as far as she could tell there was no resemblance, maybe they weren't father and son. About to turn away and move into the bushes, her paw rested in mid air when the words "Ready to go babe" reached her.
Looking over her shoulder and seeing the smirk on his muzzle, Nala moved back a few paces till she was beside him. Leaning in close so her face rubbed against his she then whispered in his ear.
"Call me babe again...honey.. and you will find that the cub you are so fatherly carrying, might be your last"
Giving his cheek a quick lick, Nala moved forward again trying not to break into a giggle. ' we need to move quick now, Scar mighten be far away, and we still havent seen Zira either

Afya listened as Scar began speaking. Trying to calm herself down. She didn't reply almost instantly but instead waited for a while after he finished speaking. She tried to get her head round what he had just said. When she figured that she understood she spoke.
"Sins? My father made no sins until we found that stupid pride of females. The interesting part is, he got friendly with you just before he turned murderous. According to several animals here, that word pretty much sums you up" She replied, calmer than before but still seething with rage. Sniffing the air she froze. Ok, I'm talking to a murder and I'm not crying with fear. Hey, I'm making progress She thought to herself.
She sniffed again and cringed. She had a feeling that Zira was coming. She quickly assessed Scar. He was on the skinny side, he didn't look like the type to run but rather the type to fight. Despite how much she loathed that cub for getting her into this situation, Afya desperately wanted to make sure Kyto was safe from Zira.
"Say Scar, that cub just then, would you happen to know anything about him? Perhaps, who his father is?" She questioned, edging away from him. She needed to know who Kyto's father was, so maybe she could spare any other lions the pain of dealing with the crazy cub. Or maybe, though she tried to forget this, the fact that Kyto might be a murderers child, like her.

Ranger smiled and nodded silently.
"Yeah, I'll come with you guys. Don't worry, I can look after myself, and I'll help you guys watch over the kid, too. He's actually pretty cute. Kind of reminds me of myself at that age," he said, chuckling while looking at Kyto.
He hoped, in time, that his new friends would accept him.

"I do not know anything of me bearing cubs with any of the other lionesses. I have very little social skills with the little brats as it is, I don't need a reputation that brings out that side of me, now do I?" The black-maned lion said with a smirk and then gives a little hmmph as he then nibbled on a claw again as if vaguely interested in the lioness before him.
"And do remember that "I" was not the one that killed your mother. It was your father. I never layed a hand on her. So really, you shouldn't be putting any blame on me since I didn't actually much at all." Scar chuckled quietly to himself and then looked to Afya.

She was glad Charlie had calmed down, and even more glad that he had been able to speak. And she felt proud of being the one who had been able to calm the panic that had threatened to break loose on him.
Yet, at the same time she felt odd, for being there in the dark lion's embrace. Actually, odd wasn't the right way to describe how she felt. She felt warm, and comfortable, and over all she enjoyed these feelings. She didn't know when had been the last time she had been held like this. Maybe it was never, for the last time someone had hugged her as tightly as this had been when she was but a child and still with her mother and brothers. Being held by someone of her own blood just wasn't the same as being held by someone who she cared about. And she too - like Charlie - didn't want to let go.
However, the moment was disturbed, much to Seleter's disappointment. Or disappointment was what she felt at first, for it turned into a surprised feeling. What had disturbed her was a.. twisting feeling she felt in her belly. Or in fact, twisting perhaps wasn't the right way to describe it, not after she felt it again, stronger, so that a faint gasp escaped her muzzle as her eyes shot wide open.
A kick. Yes, that was how it felt like. She was being kicked, from the inside. Not with so much force that it would have hurt... but with enough strength for her to fully understand what it was.
Her surprised expression turned into a joyful one when the cub kicked once more before going still. But she said nothing, she wouldn't have been able to even if she wanted, because had she opened her mouth she would have cried and laughed out of joy.

Nala was still thinking about Fire and what she had said to him when she realised someone else was talking to her. Stopping again she turned back to the lion and stared at him.
"Oh yes...thats right.. Scars son - Ranger "
Looking at Fire again, who wasn't paying attention, Nala made a snorting sound and refaced him.
"So you are going to come, just as well you can look after yourself, one less thing for me to worry about then, but.. I will be keeping an eye on you, I'm not leading you to the others and letting anything happen to them, somewhere out here Zira is still loose, also the old lionesses under her control.

Remba stood on Charlie's other side, hiccuping while trying to stop her tears. She had asked the kind cheetah she had liked, to help, and now when she turned around he had gone, just crept away and there was someone new standing there shouting things at them.
Feeling so confused she dropped to the ground and just pushed herself into the hot body of the black lion, and put her paws over her ears to block it all out.

Kyto had no idea what was going on. The only thing that he knew was that the sun was going down and that he had other lions to stay with. Kyto had thoughts about afya though he wondered what had happened or happening to her. Then right after kyto flicked his tail he saw a grasshopper jumping around in the grass. Once kyto saw it he began to crouch down ready to pounce on his green skeleton like prey.
Kyto grinned and asked Nala "Umm can I go to the tree by the watering hole??? Please???" Kyto sat down awaiting he answer.

After a while of walking, Kikome got back to the place where the vines were. kikome closed his eyes and shuddered, not wanting to be reminded of his near death, but then he kept staring at the place, because it also was the place where Sukari regained her memory. Kikome chuckled to himself out of the Irony.
Kikome turned and continued to follow the fresh scent of a group of animals, which hopefully was them. After another while of walking he heard talking up ahead, and he soon could roughly see the others. Kikome froze in his pawsteps.....he didnt know how to explain to the others why he done what he did. For a short moment, kikome felt like turning around and leaving the group. Why ? because he now has his daughter, most of the group probably will think bad of him for ages to come and he is also very self dependant so him and sukari could probably live by them self anyway. But many a thing stopped Kikome from doing that....
Even though He has only known these animals for a short amount of time. He felt continuously in debt to them....especially Seleter, for taking in Sukari and looking after her. They are like Sukari's Family to her, and he would never even dream of taking that away from her. plus the fact that Kikome in his heart didnt want to leave, he never had great friends like these before, he wanted to protect them like family, just like they did to Sukari.... so he decided to face up to what lays ahead.
Kikome took a few paces forward, half out of the shade of the tree he was by and sat down again, and before he could stop her....
Sukari looked up and over Kikome to see why he had stopped twice. a big grin came across her face, she lept down and ran over to the group
"Im so glad to see all of you again!" Sukari said with a raised happy voice while swinging her tail.
"Daddy...Daddy, come on, everyone is here" again she said happily
"Oh Great...i just had to forget to tell Sukari about what happened...." he thought to himself.
Kikome half closed his eyes and lowered his head looking directly at the ground.
Sukari's voice altered to opposite
"Dad?" she questioned

Afya watched and remained silent as Scar spoke. Briefly turning away her face twisted into one of confusion. Everything was starting to confuse her. She knew she shouldn't trust Scar. She knew what she wanted...and it was very far away from here. She felt very stupid for running from the safety of the jungle. Afya really had no words to speak to him. She was at a loss for words.
"Well..ok...So do you know who Kyto's dad might be?" Afya asked. Not mentioning the lion and lioness she had seen. Something told her that they would not be all that happy if Scar turned up. She was slowly edging away from Scar. Getting further and further from him. Her anger was dying down. She wanted to escape from Scar. The best thing to do would be to keep him occupied with questions and edge away to a point where she could run and not get caught.

Charlie still lay there in her embrace, he was warm and feelings were flooding through him about Seleter, thoughts he'd never entertained about the cheetah before, thoughts he wasn't quite sure what to do about, all he knew, was that she had been there for him, in his time of need and he would be there for her as well, he knew she could never care about him in any way except as a friend, but until he wasn't needed anymore he would protect her with his life.
Hearing her gasp, his eyelids flicked open suddenly and he struggled to push himself up, but still being weak, he could only manage his top half to leave the ground. The dark lions voice was raspy through dryness, but managed to croak out.
"What's wrong seleter, whats hurting you?"
Looking around dazed he could see Remba squashed up against him, and the cub Sukari standing there with a beaming smile. Blinking again to clear his vision, he thought he might have been hallucinating, but no there she stood.
"Im so glad to see all of you again!" Sukari said with a raised happy voice while swinging her tail.
"Daddy...Daddy, come on, everyone is here."
Charlies eyes moved slowly past the cub and over to where he saw the lion sitting under the shade of a tree, warily watching what was happening before them all. Anger boiled up inside of him at how he had treated Remba.. taken his favourite cub to safety but left a defenceless Remba by herself... no this time..life would get harder for him, very hard indeed. Suddenly The cubs words filtered into his mind and he looked down at Seleter.
"Daddy...what's she mean..daddy ?"

Fire perked his ears up as he heard Nala, them now lowering to the back of his head as he felt a little dumb not answering back to her, with his mind clouding his head with thoughts of who this cub might belong to. But Nala's remarks certainly didn't make him feel much better as he started to go. However, the cub asked Nala a question and he felt obligated to wait for the cub to speak before he picked him up again

"I say with honest words..." Scar just smirked as he watched the cub back away, looooooving the fact that he could see the fear in her eyes. He then set both paws onto the ground and looked over to her with a smirk. Being lithe and small made great advantage for him leaping into the air and pouncing right in front of her, having no intention but to scare her and grin a tooth grin. "... that I have no blood line with that furball..."

The golden cheetah blinked her eyes, realizing only now that Charlie had let go of her and was now standing, looking down at her with an expression that she thought was one of confusion. She shook her head and slowly got up to her feet. But still she couldn't push down the joyful gleam in her lavender eyes, and even seeing Kikome stand so hesitantly close to the group didn't make her feel as angered as one would have thought it would.
There probably wasn't anything that could have angered her right now.
"Kikome is Sukari's father", Seleter explained to Charlie, her gaze sifting between Kikome and Sukari.
"And, by the looks of it, our dear little sunshine here", she motioned towards Sukari, "has regained her memory."
Then her gaze turned back to Charlie, her eyes shining stronger with joy as a smile broke on her muzzle.
"I can feel it", she whispered so that only the dark lion would hear.
"I can feel him... her... it! It kicked, three times."

"Ill be ok Sukari....just thoughts” Kikome answered
"But...." Sukari paused

Sukari turned around and walked proudly right up to Seleter,
"That’s right,” she said as she stuck her chest out
Sukari shuffled in between Seleter and Charlie to continue speaking about her memory
"I remember when I was terrified, I was scared to talk and scared of everyone....because a few seasons back then.... a lion and hyena's split me and my mum from my Dad....My mum then got killed by hyena's while trying to protect me, I hadn't heard from my dad ever since we got split......until now"
Sukari looked over towards Kikome affectionately who still looked upset for some reason... Sukari looked back at Seleter
"It’s you I have to thank Seleter for taking me in.....just like I was one of your own, like a daughter..."
Sukari nuzzled the side of Seleter’s leg and let out a purr
"And everyone here, has looked after me, just like a family, you looked out for me and cared for me...” she said out loud affectionately
A tear came down Sukari's eyes which she quickly wiped off, but soon another one came again
"You are just all......lovely” Sukari crying lightly
"I cannot thank you enough...” she continued and wiped more tears from her cheeks
Kikome got the courage to walk over, stand by Sukari and place his paw on top of her head. Kikome looked around at everyone
"Sukari's words are my words. Her life was saved because of all of you. You took in, rescued and looked after a cub that did not belong to you. I just wished I had the same instinct for Remba earlier on......"
Kikome's head lowered again
"I deeply apologise....” he said heartfully

Remba's paws slipped from her ears as she snuggled into the black lion, then she got a shock as she felt her warmth slip away as he stood up and she slipped down to the ground. Voices..there was voices she could now hear, and one was familiar, Sukari.. was it her.
The cub peered around Charlie's leg and saw sukari, about to run over to her friend, she saw who was standing with her. Remba stared at him, then her eyes went back and forth between him and Sukari, then her tiny mouth opened and she let out a growl, they had both left her alone and ran away, they didn't want her, so now she didn't want them. Moving backwards she stood at the rear of Seleter and Charlie and sat on her rump.

"Kikome is Sukari's father"...,Charlie stared at Seleter as she uttered those words. " He's what... him.. he can't be, surely...." trailing off, the black lions head slowly turned and looked Kikome up and down as a small growl came out between his teeth. About to step closer to the cubs 'father' Charlie stopped him self when he heard Seleters next words.
"I can feel it", she whispered so that only the dark lion would hear.
"I can feel him... her... it! It kicked, three times."
Charlie's head snapped around so fast it made him slightly dizzy, as he stared at her face that was glowing with happiness. He kept on staring at her, mesmorised by what he saw, until suddenly realisation hit him between the eyes.. The cub she was carrying was Scars... no one elses except that evil scum. His gaze left her face and travelled down to her belly, he couldn't see any difference to her, but soon she would begin to get bigger and then everyone would know and explanations would have to begin, and then he would need to protect her even more.
Returning her smile with a small one of his own, he then turned back to the task on hand.. one that he wasn't about to forgive or forget. Walking closer he let a smirk grace his face as the other lion spoke
"Sukari's words are my words. Her life was saved because of all of you. You took in, rescued and looked after a cub that did not belong to you. I just wished I had the same instinct for Remba earlier on......"
Kikome's head lowered again
"I deeply apologise....”
Charlie moved in closer, his smirk now turning into a sneer, holding himself back from attacking this coward, he found himself annunciating his words as he spoke.
" Instinct for Remba..... you wish... YOU COWARD.. you left a defenceless CUB...all alone while you took your daughter to safety. Remba came to save you, she did help save you, and all you could do was turn your back on her and scurry away with your own flesh and blood...and leave her to what...ROT AND DIE.. so no one would know what you had done, maybe hyenas could have finished her off for you as well, make everything all neat and tidy
for YOU and YOUR DAUGHTER."
Charlie couldn't help himself, he knew he was shouting, if it wasn't that he would be attacking him by now, taking a few steps back beside Seleter again and with Remba still behind her, he stood there willing his angry outburst to calm down as he felt himself shaking.

Afya jumped as Scar landed in front of her. She crouched and half scuttled backwards. A scream had nearly left her lips but she had contained it by jumping.
"I'm not saying that you're Kyto's father I just wondered if you knew who's cub he was." She asked, not entirely convinced he hadn't done...certain things to Kyto's mother.
"If you were you wouldn't have allowed Hyenas to kill his mum" She said, watching carefully for a reaction. Kyto, please be safe by the time I get to you she thought to herself. If she ever got away from Scar she was going to hug, then kill, the cub that had gotten her into this mess.

Kikome Slightly bared his claws as Charlie came up to him, Kikome would never fight unless provoked.
Kikome listened what Charlie had to vent out. He stared plainly into his eyes not blinking. After Charlie had finished, Kikome took a deep breath of air in, and slowly exhaled, still with a blank expression.
"I agree with you Charlie," Kikome said plainly and nodded slowly, submissively
"But I am no Coward. If you want to see a coward, all you have to do is take a look into that water there"
Kikome motioned to the river
"If you want to live in the wild, you would have to put up with more than a broken claw by yourself my friend” he said plainly
"Let we not forget that if you hadn’t wandered off into the forest in the first place for whatever silly reason, after I had warned the group that we should of stuck together.....none of this mess would of ever happened” Kikome said with a slightly raised voice
"I forgive you for almost killing me; putting my daughter and Remba in danger.....Why? Because everything happens for a reason Charlie...everything."
Kikome then paused
"I thank you for regaining my daughter’s memory....... and I'm sure if you hadn't broke your claw, I wouldn't being sensing a certain bond between you and Seleter.....Do you want to go back in time and stop yourself from that from happening? Would you?” Kikome raised his brow
Kikome's Head suddenly cramped to the side violently, he let out a painful growl and jammed his claws into the ground. He breathed in and out deeply as he slowly forced his head back into the normal position, he breathing then shortly returning to normal.
Kikome shifted his eyes to the left and right before focusing back onto Charlie, Seleter and Remba
"I wish I could sometimes, but I must clear them thoughts and respect the natural flow of every that happens in life” Kikome said deeply
He lifted his paw slowly and quickly massaged his neck.
"I think it’s now healthy that I lay down a little but visible distance away now, I think the air needs to be cleared of certain awkward moments" he said wiseley
Kikome picked up Sukari by the nape of the neck before she could say anything and walked briskly over to a slight distant tree, he layed down with both of his legs to one side.
Sukari looked at Kikome very confused, she wanted to ask him many questions on what he just had said, but she knew that it wasn't a time to ask him questions, she just accepted the situation. She just curled up between his paws and rested her muzzle on a tuft of grass, looking over at the group.
Kikome looked down and smiled slightly for the first time since Charlie talked to him.
"Rest Sukari my dear, you have had quite a day today, you should get some proper rest and prepare for whatever the future holds for us all” Kikome said caringly as he licked the back of her head.
Sukari nodded, she stood up, walked over to the side of Kikome's Body and snuggled by the side of his belly, where it was warmest and where she had always slept when she was Younger. She closed he eyes and started to get some sleep
Kikome Smiled deeply by the little fact that Sukari had started to sleep where she used to... where she remembered.
His smile flattened as his neck trembled a little, he shook his head to get rid of the tremble, and he then placed his muzzle on the ground and took another deep breath.

Seleter visibly flinched when Charlie raised his voice. However, she did not interfere, because a part of her thought the very same the dark furred lion did. It was a conflict of emotions, to feel such a joy over noticing the cub kick so strongly at the same time as she was angry at Kikome for leaving poor Remba all alone.
Simply said, the golden cheetah had enough trouble trying to sort out whether or not she was angry or joyful. And so, as she was unable to do anything else at that moment, she sat down and pulled Remba closer to her, unconsciously beginning to gently stroke the cub's back with her paw. Her gaze remained fixed upon Kikome when he replied to Charlie, and though there was still a happy glow on her face and eyes, her expression was blank.
Seleter remained motionless when Kikome took Sukari away so that the two could rest further away from the rest of their little group. However, when she caught Sukari looking at their direction, her heart almost broke. Maybe it was the fact she was expecting a cub of her own, but at that very moment when Sukari looked at them she wanted nothing else than to go and pick her up and snuggle with the cub like she had used to before... before Kikome had returned.
Realizing her vision was becoming blurry, she blinked her eyes a few times, trying to will her tears back before anyone would see. She had to turn her head away from Kikome and Sukari, and instead of looking at them she laid down right where she was, placing herself so that Remba was between her front paws, and resting her head on her paws so that she only barely saw Kikome and Sukari from her eye corner. The happiness that had radiated on her face just moments ago was fading as a third emotion, sadness, stuffed itself into the conflict between joy and anger.

Nala paused for a moment, then turned and looked at the cub standing at Fire's feet, who was talking to her in his small voice.
" You want to go to the waterhole, hmm let me think, NO.. we need to move as quickly away from here as possible, Scar and Zira will probably be hunting for us, they don't like their prey to escape so easily, especially when they had plans for them, very special plans.'
Bringing her eyes up from the cub, Nala let them rest on Fire. She could see and hear what Scar had been doing to him back in the cave, and she gave a small tremble, thanking the gods, he hadn't been badly injured and was still here with her. A smile came out on her face as she still watched him.
"Fire.. you ready to go ? want to come up here with me?"

Kyto heared Nala's response and frowned. He looked down at his muddy paws and dusty fur. He thought for a second If i dont get clean soon im gonna turn brown. Kyto chuckled at this thought. Kyto looked back up to Nala and asked her "Did you ever lose any of your family?" Kyto paused for a second and told her what had happened to him "I lost my mom, she told me to climb up into a tree and when i came back to check on her she was dead. She had told me once before that my father had lived in a land called Pride Rock and he had a Red mane with a orangeish gold coat?"
Kyto thought to himself that Nala hadn't lost anyone so Kyto tured away from Nala.

Nala watched as the cub looked himself over his eyes resting on his dirty matted paws. She hadn't really ever seen a cub wanting to be clean before, usually you had to drag them to water by scruff of their neck.
Facing the red maned lion, Nala stared at him, the words from Scar came back to her mind about how him and simba looked the same, if you spent time with Fire you knew they were totally different, but still she wasn't totally sure about him. seemed to have too many females wherever he went, Nalas thoughts were interupted when she heard the cub speak to her again
"Did you ever lose any of your family?"
The lioness stared hard at him, then to Fire and back again
"We've all lost someone we've loved, and as you get older you loose more"
Turning again Nala started to move forward.

Charlie lowered his voice and stared at Kikome.
"You.. you dare to pass the blame to me... You were there with Seleter watching over the cubs, while everyone filled their stomachs from the zebra you killed and bought back. I left ONLY because you were SUPPOSED to be on watch."
The black lion shook his mane fiercely and snorted " I DID NOT walk away leaving a defenceless cub trapped.. taking one to safety and leaving another, so maybe you should remember that for a little while, everytime you look at her.
Charlie stepped back away from the lion, he'd had enough hostility for one day, about to turn he caught the next words from Kikome.
"I wouldn't being sensing a certain bond between you and Seleter.....Do you want to go back in time and stop yourself from that from happening? Would you?”
Charlie tried to contain his growl as his head turned looking over his shoulder at Kikome, his lips sneered and mouth open.
" You know nothing about Seleters and my friendship, so if you value your safety, you should close your mouth right now."
Turning he carried on to where Seleter was now laying with Remba, pressed in close to her. Slowing down he paused and looked at her face, in such a short time she had gone from such a joyous expression to now what was on her muzzle. Sighing, Charlie wasn't sure what to do, everything was new to him, but he knew he had to protect Remba and any new cubs that Seleter might give birth too..
"I'm sorry I took away from you just now that special moment of feeling your cub kicking, maybe next time when it happens Remba might like to feel, just so she knows she will be a big sister soon."
Licking his lips nervously and stammering a little, Charlie laid himself down beside her and spoke quietly so it would only reach her ears.
" Again I'm sorry, I know you treated Sukari like she was your cub, and now you must be feeling wretched that she has been pulled away from you, but..well.. there is still Remba and you will have your own cub sooner or later... and..and.. I will protect you, with my life if need be, from Sc.. from whoever, please know Seleter I will be here with you unless you don't need me anymore and wish for me to go."
Leaning in closer Charlie did something that he had never done before, surprising himself in the process, he moved till his muzzle was touching Seleters cheek, and he gently rubbed back and forth, savouring the feel of her warmth.

Seleter didn't really know what went on around her. She kept her face where it was, staring at nothing with dull, lifeless eyes. She was still fighting against the tears, and they were getting the better of her as the sad feeling inside her grew close to overpowering, clouding her mind and swallowing her heart. Every part on her body felt heavy, like she could sink through the ground any moment. Without realizing she pulled Remba closer, as if the cub was the only thing that kept her from dying there and then.
The faint flutter of wind that was created when someone moves closer broke through her clouded thoughts. It wasn't enough to make her move and check who it was, because simply enough she didn't care... But a part of her sorrowed mind had now become curious, and with all her inner strength that was still left she grasped that curiosity as if it was the only way for her to stay alive.
"I'm sorry I took away from you just now that special moment of feeling your cub kicking, maybe next time when it happens Remba might like to feel, just so she knows she will be a big sister soon."
She blinked, and her ears twitched slightly. The grasp the sadness had been holding over her was loosening, and she even felt the corner of her mouth twitch as a smile tried to fight its way to her muzzle through the saddened frown. Remba, big sister...? Maybe... if the little cub would want...
The sadness loosened its grip more when Seleter suddenly realized Charlie had laid down, and that he was leaning closer to her. The curiosity won, and her clouded mind became somewhat clearer as she wanted to hear what he had to say.
"-- and..and.. I will protect you, with my life if need be, from Sc.. from whoever, please know Seleter I will be here with you unless you don't need me anymore and wish for me to go."
The touch... it was the last thing needed to break the clouds in her mind and lift the heaviness of her heart. She seemed to realize only now how close the dark furred lion had actually come. But... she didn't mind the closeness. In fact, she... liked it.
And so, she pulled her head up from her paws and turned her face towards Charlie so that she could look at him. She was smiling again, and her eyes, that just a moment ago had been so dull and lifeless, had caught up their usual shine... or maybe even more.
"Charlie..."
She spoke his name very quietly, but only saying it aloud gave her strength to put to words what she wanted to say.
"I don't want you to go... I..."
She hesitated, unsure how to speak what she wanted.
"I would like you to stay. No, I'd love if you stayed..."
To emphasize that she really meant that, she leaned in closer to him and softly nuzzled his cheek.
"I.. I....."
She hesitated again, and took in a deep breath to gather enough courage to speak.
"I... really like you, Charlie..."
She closed her eyes, feeling a slight blush rise to her cheeks. But still, she rested her cheek against the dark furred lion's, not really knowing what to expect as a reply from him for what she said.

A slight breeze brisked past Kikome and Sukari from behind them, Kikome enjoyed the moment as the wind caused his mane flap around, he loved the feeling.
Kikome then suddenly felt Sukari move around by his belly, he turned his head around to face her.
"What’s wrong Sukari? Can’t get sleep?" Kikome Questioned
Sukari looked up to Kikome with her eyes half open
"No.....I was asleep, I woke up suddenly...." Sukari replied
Sukari sniffed the air
"I woke up....must be the air....it smells different." she whispered, slightly concerned
Kikome's eyes widened, he never takes chances, he smelt the air, to find out she was right.
"Do you recognise it?" he said calmly, not to get her even more worried
"I do......I can’t fully remember who exactly, but if it was someone I knew who was friendly to me in the past, my brain wouldn't of woke me up” she said again slightly worried
Kikome reminded himself about Sukari's weird ability to do that, which is why she didn’t wake up when Kikome very first came into contact with her when she was sleeping of seleter's back.
Kikome snapped out of his self thoughts and concentrated on what Sukari just said. In which then Sukari spoke again
“I know for sure it’s someone I have met, it smells all too familiar” she said as her worry grew
Kikome Smelt the air again, another breeze went past them, and now a strong smell emerged
“It’s a Lioness” Kikome said plainly
He turned to Sukari
“Any lionesses that are a threat to you?” Kikome questioned
“Only one...” Sukari replied
Kikome remembered something that Seleter said to him
I couldn't just leave her out there alone. I felt I had to protect her, even if she wasn't mine or even the same species. I met others, lions, became friends with them, and kept this cub safe... until Zira came along once again. This brave cub attacked her, attacked a full grown lioness. And as a payment she now suffers a memory loss."
Kikome sank his claws deep into the ground
“Not now” he said in a very deep, hateful voice
Kikome stood up and turned to the direction of the origin of the scent, Sukari stood underneath him between his 2 front paws
"You best go back to the group Sukari" Kikome said concerned
"Staying.....remember Dad....we stick, no matter what..." Sukari Objected
Kikome Couldn't really object, he would protect her anyway.

Kyto looked at Nala and began to cry a little. "umm Nala who did you lose?" Kyto asked curiously. Kyto plopped down in the dirt and began rolling in it. Kyto accidently bit his tounge when he was rolling though. Kyto yelped. "oowww!" Kyto stopped rolling around and just layed down beside Fire rubbing up against his mane. Kyto began to fall asleep, but he wanted to wait for Nala's response. While Kyto was waiting he whispered something in Fires ear "Do you know anyone in Pride Rock with a Red mane and a brownish gold body?"
As Kyto waited for both their responses his eye lids began to droop more and more every second. As Kyto's eye lids stopped drooping he yawned and fell asleep.
Kyto was having a dream that his father was at the top of Pride Rock and called out for kyto. As Kyto walked towards his father lighting struck the ground and a fire started. Soon enough Kyto's father threw Kyto down Pride Rock into the fires.
Moona woke up from his dream and screamed bloody murder "AAUUGGGHHHH!!!!!!"
