We will go the distance. {Private Zazu and Accalia}

[Accalia]

Sa'nathu leaped from his home of tall grass and bull-weeds, a large smile spread across his face. He bumbled down the dusty track, caved by generations of lions and antelope, wildebeest  and ants all travelling along the same path; their destinations may be different, but at that moment they all shared at least one thing in common, they were caving paths for their offspring and their offspring, creating something of a highway.

Sa'nathus mind often wondered, and when it did it found the strangest and most intercut of thought streams. He was lost within one and was not intending to leave it before he had well and truly gone off course. His brooding was brought to a halt by the feeling of cold water about his ankles. His soft blue fur mingled with the water and his paws were lost beneath the rocks. Sa'nathu was one with the water and he knew it, he and it were the only things he knew, the only things he cared about.

Soft and melodious whispers spun within Sa'nathus' head as the water sung sweet lullabies to his small, effete little frame. He closed his eyes and swayed in precise movements, as if he were a part of the river himself. The young cub sighed as his body awoke and was ready for the daily ordeal as life as a cub. 

Just as Sa'nathes tail left the top of the water his ears picked up the noise of voices and he turned to face the direction it came from, but he didn't pay much attension to it. *probably just another antelope..* he thought! not scared or possessing any emotions over the deal at all. His slightly grey appearing paws continued to walk and Sa'nathu repeated the sweet tunes of the river in his soft, delicate voice.

Zerza was creeping through the reeds. Her paws Lightly crunching on the soft earth, Zerza felt her self falling as she caught her paw on a root. She tumbled down the grassy bank straight into the stream, she bought her head straight back up spluttering and turned her head round as she heard humming.

[Accalia]

Sa'nathu heard a loud splash behind him and turned slowly, he was not concerned, but curiouse. Seeing it was a cub his age his emerald eyes lit up and he spread his mouth into a smile. But he then became confused "Why- Who- How are you here?" Sa'nathu had never been found by many lions, and never by one of his age. He approached her slowly, and helped to pull her from the water, placing himself back down, the water surrounding his paws once again. "So! What's your name?" He said excitedly. His slightly shaggy ears were facing forewords as he awaited for a response patiently.

"Wow that water is freezing" she exclaimed " my names zerza what's yours and who are you? I haven't seen you before, who's pride are you in!?" She said circling him her ears pined back trying to look not as scared as she was fealing

[Accalia]

"Oh... I have never felt it being cold before..." He thought out loud, because of his powers the water was always warm, never uncomfortable... "Haha you have soooo many questions! Well my name is San'nathu and I belong to hm own pride of one." He said completely at ease. He giggled at her nevousness. "Why are you so nervous?" He asked genuinely confused.

"I'm not nervous," she bluffed "I'm just being wary, my father says never trust someone you only just met! How can you belong to a pride with just you in anyway? "

[Accalia]

"Sure." He said slowly, he knew she was being cautious. "Oh! So you are a daddy's girl! And anyways we didn't just meet we met... Like 3 minuets ago!" Sa'nathu knew he was being cheeky, but he didn't mind he wanted to experiment with others his age. "And I can, because I gave been doing it since....... Well FOREVER!" He laughed, he couldn't remember his newborn life, and he didn't care to. "Anyways where is your pride? I bet your daddy isn't too happy you are here! Especially not with me!" He laughed imagining the dissaproving glare of the large lion.

"Yeah well my DADDY knows I can look after my self and a little shrimp like you can't hurt me! And also being a daddy's girl has it's advantages like if anyone does do anything to hurt me he will sort them out as he if the leader of my pride and no one dares to challenge him!" Zerza huffed

[Accalia]

Sa'nathu laughed "I am not scared, the only thing that scares me is the desert." His eyes started filling up with tears as he was laughing so hard. He sighed the laughter away and asked "So you didn't answer my question... Where is your pride? Also aren't you scared of me? Normally people have run away by now.." He said a slight giggle as he remembered their frightened faces.

"Why would I be afraid of you !" She laughed "why are you so interested in my pride? " she asked confused

[Accalia]

"I am interested in your pride, because I have never had one..." He said his spirit slightly dampened. "You should be scared of me because of what I can do.." He said as the water around his paws swirled and raised higher up his legs. The water encased him in a sphere of moving water. The at Sa'nathus command collapsed once again and his face remained placid and flat.

" you think that scares me! Well there's someone in my pride who does this with me." Zerza went to the dusty part of the stream she swirled her front paw in a circle hovering above the dust as it started to create a small tornado then she clenched her paw together and it fell to the ground. "Unlike you I'm not afraid of the desert" she laughed

[Accalia]

Sa'nathus eyes went large as he saw her own powers. "You... You are like me?!" He said excitedly yet he couldn't believe it. He ran towards her "Do it again!" He said slightly bouncing with excitement.

"You didn't think you were the only one did you but Okay" zerza created another tornado , excited

[Accalia]

He smiled shyly "No... Of course I didn't..." He blushed. "That is pretty cool! " he said smiling widely once more.

[zazu101]

"What you can do is cool as well " she said excitedly " were do you sleep? " she enquired

[Accalia]

He smiled his blue cheeks going slightly purple. "I sleep over here!" He says slowly bumbling down the dirt track, showing her the patch of long grass and bull-reed.

" what about if you get into trouble ? Have you ever thought about joining a pride ?" She asked

[Accalia]

Sanathu laughed wholeheartedly "Trouble?! Ha! Trouble is nothing." He said boldly. "And yes-Yes I have, but because of my.. Colour, they have refused me."

[zazu101]

"That's a shame would you like to join my pride? I can go and ask my daddy!" And she smiled a lovely smile showing off her pearl like teeth

[Accalia]

Sa'nathu stopped his excitement and looked at Zerza, his emerald eyes sparkling in the sunlight. He staggered and replied slowly, "ummm.... If you don't mind..." His voice was small, very different from a few moments ago. Images of past lions looking at him and laughing, or running off scared made a tear come to his eyes.

"I'll go and ask my daddy now " zerza span round and begun to run back home

[Accalia]

Sa'nathu looked longingly after her as she ran back to her home. He wondered what it would be like to go home and have someone waiting there for him. "Ok.." He called after she was long gone, bug he didn't care. He submerged himself under the water and closed his eyes, washing away his thoughts. *There are others like me.... I am not alone....* he thought! it still amazed him.

Zerza bumbled back down the path with a huge grin on her face but there was a huge muscular lion following her. Zerza ran and pushed sa'nathu under water because she was running so fast so the lion picked both of them up by the scruffs of their necks and placed them on the bank

[Accalia]

Sa'nathu felt Zerza paws on his back, then being lifted from the water, his frame dripping slightly. He felt the floor beneath his paws once more and looked with fleating eyes up at the large lion "This is your daddy then?" He said quietly to Zerza beside him.

"Yup" and Zerza scrambled up his back and appeared on the top of his head "if you want you can come home and live with us and we get to play by the river everyday!" She said overjoyed

[Accalia]

Sa'nathu pushed his head back into his neck and smiled shyly "H-Hello S-S-Sir" he stammered. "Is it... Dry.. Where you live?" He asked looking at the pool the water reflecting in his emerald eyes.

"Um no we live right next to a lagoon but we sleep in a cave that has holes in the ceiling so we can se the stars " zerzas dad answered

[Accalia]

Sa'nathus eyes glistened as he imagined sleeping close to others that cared about him "Sounds like home.. Only better.." He remembered the starry night as he listenes to the flowing river every night as get imagines it singing his to sleep. He slowly walkes to Zerzas dad and brushines his head against his leg "Thank you!" He whispered.

Zerzas dad grins and said in his gruff voice " let's go home" his soft pads hardly made a sound against the rough ground while Zerza and sa'nathu trotted behind.
