Sa'nathu followed close behind the lionesses until they reached the cave and he thought he heard a familiar lions voice, but wasn't sure. He jumped to her side as they laid her down, tears streaming down his face

After what it seamed like an eternity Zerza began to gain consciousness and the everlasting darkness started to get light

Sa'nathu asked with wide eyes "Sir.. Will she be alright?!" He had calmed and was now worried about how long her recovery would be, and whether they would ever be aloud to play together.

He continued looking to the floor. "So do I." he said in a small voice, giving a hesitant look to Zerza. He was so glad she was okay, and took several cautious steps to her side, placing his paw on hers.
