Destined Bonds (Private Mane and Accalia)

[Accalia]

Arlo sighed as the figue infront of him vanished, but he didn't want to re venture in the lands of horror, that were his dreams, so stayed up watching and guarding over his family till day break.

The sun started to rise over the far hill and Arlo smiled as he saw the sun's colour leak across the sky, creating the most beautiful of colours. He looked upon his sleeping family and smiled at how content they looked, how beautiful they looked. Arlo plodded towards them and sat amongst them, being careful to not wake them. When he was around his family Arlo got a warm glow inside him and it was something he was willing to fight for, and also meant he would be around them whenever he could.

Ara slowly opened her eyes and yawned as the sun shone into the cave, giving it a vibrant glow. She smiled, lifting herself up, careful as to not wake the cubs. She wobbled a little, and stretched. "Morning." She says, having yet another stretch. Ura soon woke up, clingjng to her mother. Ara laid back down and rolled over onto her side, allowing Ura to feed on her milk. Artemis soon woke up and settled beside Ura, having some milk aswell.

Arlo chuckled and said "Morning Ara," then looked at Ura and Artemis at Ara's side, then at Apollo fast asleep, Arlo nudged Apollo very gently and guided him towards Ara. "It's breakfast time!" Arlo explained that he would go out and catch something for Ara and returned minuts later with a young wider beast in his jaws. He carefully places it in the corner and comes over to Ara, slumping sown besides her. "Thank you for our beautiful family," he says loveingly.

She chuckled. "I should be thanking you too." She laughs, Artemis had finished with his milk, and so had Ura. So he pounced on Ura, making Ura give a small sqeak for help. Ara reachdd over and seperated the two. "Now now, I know your playing, but you need to be careful with Ura." She says softly.

[Accalia]

Arlo chuckled and took Artemis outside "Time to have some boy time huh?" He gently pushed Artemis over, but Artemis pounced on Arlo's back and nibbled on his ear. Arlo laughed and shoock him off, then continued to play with him, but he forgot about Apollo.

Apollo sat near his mother, despite him being just about newborn, he had feelings. A tear fell from his small eyes, as he wrapped his small tail around himself. Ara picked up on this. "Arlo! You forgot about Apollo!" She calls, looking to see a really sad Apollo.

[Accalia]

Arlo stopped giggling and dragged Apollo into his huge paws and hugged hm whipping away his tears, "I am sorry Apollo," he says giving him a lick then knocking both of them over

Apollo laughed as his tears were whipped away. He batted his fathers nose. Little did the parents know that Apollo and Artemis would end up being like Mufasa and Scar.

[Accalia]

Arlo looked down at the small Apollo not the end of his nose and started to shake his head, watching the small cub trying to get a grip on his nose and laughed, then stopped and lifted them both and placed them infront of him, "Do you see this, all of these beautiful lands? One day, you Artemis will rule it all, and you Apollo will care for them, it will all belong to you both, ruling it with peace and Harmony and Ura may stay or go be someone else's love, but we must keep her safe."

Arlo chuckled at Apollos unconcerned look. Arlo lead his cubs back inside the cave and Artemis automatically went towards Ura and plonked down beside her. Arlo chuckled at the stern look on his face.

((Thanks!)) Ura smiled at her brother, whilst Apollo just wandered around sitting down. Ara was a little confused but soon understood.

[Accalia]

Artemis smiled his cub smile, one similar to his fathers, back at his sister and then watched his brother pacing around and also cocked his head and mewed at him to come sit with him

Apollo plodded towards his brother and sat down with a disatisfied huff.

Artemis cuddled his brother with a big smile on his face.

Arlo picked his small cubs gently into a hug and licked them all lovingly

Apollo hugged him back, feeling himself lifted from the ground he squeaked, but purred as hd felt his fatgers embrace.

Artemis jumped on Arlo shouting "Dad, wake up! The sun has risen and you said you would play!" He said bouncing up and down

Arlo opened one eye and stared at his overexcited cub, "Alright," he says giving a humongous yawn, following his cub outside.

Artemis pounced on his father and nibbled at his neck and Arlo shock his mane making Artemis fall to the ground, but he recovered and assaulted Arlo again. They both laughed and smiled widely.

Apollo woke up hearing his dad laughing. "Whats so funny? Oh." He says rather coldly, walking into the cave slumping down. "Stupid Artemis.." he mumbles. It was true, either though Arlo didn't mean it, he had blocked Apollo from most activites that involved Artemis.

Ura bounded up to her brother, dragging her twisted leg behind her. "Come on Apollo! Lets go and play!" She says happily, seeing Apollo shake his head she frowned. "Well I'm going on my own!" She huffs walking out of the cave. Ara blocked her path. "Come on Ura, me and you will go on a special walk together, come on." She smiles picking Ura up.

[Accalia]

Arlo stopped playing at the sound of crying and mewing. He turned around to see a small, alone Apollo lying down with no one to play or talk with.

"Apollo do you want to play?" Artemis says very excitedly, but he knew that Apollo was getting left out and was trying to help him. "It is a lot of fun." He says trying to lure him out of depression and into happiness. Artemis was very protective and sensitive when it came to his family.

Apollo turned to face his brother. "Play? Oh sorry, I didn't hear you." He hisses. "Fun?! You know whats fun? Watching you with dad everyday from the cave mouth. You and dad are supposed to look out for the pride, but your doing a rubbish job if you can't even pay attention to your brother! Just go, just go back to your /fun/ with dad!" He hisses in his brothers face, shoving him away.

[Accalia]

Arlo's face was shocked and tears started streaming down his face "i...I am so sorry Apollo." He gave him a big hug and a lick, trying to fix his evil doings.
Artemis was upset though, his ears were back and he was frozen in the same possition until Arlo pulled him into his hug with his brother

He just hung there in the hug. As he was put down, he smirked. "Hey, Artemis wanna play?" He said with a smile. "I know a great place!" He says, he had the perfect plan, set off the buffalo heard to the east, and have them catch Artemis by mistake. He grinned, little did he know, Ura and Ara were there.

Artemis snapped out of his shock and jumped for joy, "Really?!" He asked, so excited, then looked to Arlo "Can we dad, please?" He smiled as big as he could Arlo couldn't resist "oh, ok then." But they didn't know he would be following them, just to keep them out of danger.

Apollo raced off, heading to the east, until eventually he pretended to trip, causing the buffalo to go wild. Ara lifted her ears. She picked up Ura just in time to jump out of the way. Apollo frowned.

[Accalia]

Artemis was racing behind him with his eyes shut and had never seen or heard wilder beast before so it wasn't until Arlo had swept him and his brother out of harms way that he noticed he was in danger. Arlo narrowly escaped the stampede and had a large bruse on his back leg necause of it. He looked the boys up and down, looking for any injuries, checking Artemis first. He was out of breath but kept asking them questions about if they were hurt.

Ara checked Ura, but Ura frowned. "Mom, watch out!" She yells, a few wildebeest heading their way, Ara grabbed Ura and ran, but Ura was knocked from her mouth, Ara picked her back up, realising theywwouldn't get out, she laid over Ura, taking the blows.

"Yeah im fine dad" he replys.
