Gone forever (Private *Mane and Shadowhunter*)

[Ruby_Fehu]

"Leave me alone!" Nuka cried, moving away from his aunt.

Kovu nuzzled Kito carefully.

"Nuka..." She said. "Fine. I will leave you be" She said, turning and walking away to the mouth of the cave.

Kito looked down at her paws, were Kivu last laid, as she cried.. before she left. A tear escaped her eye. "Could i have helped her?" She thought out loud, her eyes now fixed on her paws

[Ruby_Fehu]

"None of us could. Those hyena's were sneaky. They didn't make it known they were here until it was too late. They're gone now. Rotting far away from our home." He said firmly.

"They were taken away.. so brutally.. " She said, letting out a deep sigh. "Little Kivu and Tani. They must have be in so much pain.." She said, looking down at her paws still, where Kivu last laid, and then over to the spot where Tani last was.

[Ruby_Fehu]

"At least Kivu had you with her when she did die, Kito." Kovu said as gently as he could, his voice trembling ever so slightly.

"Yes.. she did." She said, in a rather quiet tone. Letting out a deep sigh.

[Ruby_Fehu]

"Come on Kito, go to the cave and relax. Nuka will want your company. I'm going to go hunting. Dotty, Spotty, Swift with me." Kovu commanded, he nuzzled Kito as the three huntresses came to his side before setting off. "Vitani go with Kito."

Nuka sat in the cave entrance, watching his parents closely.

"Okay Kovu" Vitani gave a swift nod of the head, before having to nudge Kito up. "Come on Kito. Nuka needs you" She said, Kito finally got up, and plodded into the cave without saying a word.

[Ruby_Fehu]

Nuka looked up at his mother before turning to see Kovu running off with the lionesses.

"Dotty, left. Spotty, right. Swift, rear. Let's go." The four lions created a large circle as they started to hunt.

"Come here Nuka" She said, beckoning the cub over. "Your fathers gone to hunt.. he will be back soon" She told him, before he asked.

Vitani sat in the farthest corner of the cave. As she laid down on her paws.

[Ruby_Fehu]

"He won't get hurt will he mother?" Nuka asked innocently.

[mane6]

"No he won`t Nuka. Because he would hurt the animals that would hurt him" She said.

[Ruby_Fehu]

"Do you promise?" Nuka asked quietly. "Kivu and Tani didn't hurt the animals that hurt them." He huffed.


Kovu and the lionesses were busy attacking some antelope together.

"I promise, because your dad is a big strong lion and he will be safe" She said reassuringly. "Kivu and Tani were too small to defend themselves against the Hyenas Nuka"

[Ruby_Fehu]

"I want to play with them. I have no one to play with now." Nuka whined.


Kovu and the lionesses returned with 2 large antelope between them.

"You will have some more cubs to play with eventually Nuka. You just have to wait" She looked up, as she saw Kovu and the lioness return with two large antelopes. She got up and padded forward. She examined the carcasses. "Very nice catch." She complimented, licking her lips.

Vitani padded behind Kito, licking her lips at the big juicy Anteleope

"Ladies first." Kovu smiled at his mate and sister. "How is Nuka, my dear?"


Nuka huffed and began padding further into the cave until he found a little crevice which he dediced to make a little den for himself, he wriggled through the hole and it opened up into a small chamber. "My secret place." He grinned to himself.

Before Kito dug into the meat, she le out a depressed sigh. "He`s not taking it that well im afraid, he says theres nobody to play with anymore, which is true. He still hardly understands what happened" She said before taking a Piece of meat.

[Ruby_Fehu]

"I'll speak to him tomorrow, let him have some space." He sighed, lying down.

"Hm, i think you should" She said, sitting beside the carcass and taking another piece.

[Ruby_Fehu]

Kovu padded over to her and began grooming her as a way to distract himself and sooth Kito.

She relaxed, whilst Kovu groomed her. She let out a slight yawn, as she looked into the horizon, from the cave mouth, seeing various herds and such, and pride rock.

[Ruby_Fehu]

He began nibbling her neck affectionately. "Things will get better my Queen." He said softly

"I really hope they do.." She muttered, under her breath. She scrunched her eyes at the horizon, as she saw several golden lions walking towards them, one with a red mane. And she could almost tell out Nala from the crowd. Her pupils shrunk. "On the horizon!" She yelled, as she saw the figures picking up pace. She shot up, a shocked look on her face.

[Ruby_Fehu]

Kovu stood up and the lionesses gathered around the pair in a semi circle. "Tani, go stay with Nuka." He ordered. "Simba, what do you want?" Kovu demanded, stepping forward slightly, protective around Kito.

[mane6]

"Okay Kovu" She nodded, before running off to find Nuka.

A snarl spread across Kito`s Muzzle. As she glanced at Simba, and then to Nala. "What do you want?"

Im just gonna take Simba, you take Nala))

Simba narrowed his eyes at Kovu, and then at Kito. "Me and Nala, have made a decision. As you all know, killing royal blood is punishable by.. death" He said, glancing at Kito, fire in his amber eyes. "So, in exchange for Kito`s Life. We ask somebody to step forward for her."

(Lawl, im just gonna make this Vitani, since i never really use her anyways.)
Stepping out from the dark of the cave, came to friendly blue eyes, that were soft, and welcoming, but soon turned icey and cold when she saw Simba and Nala. "I will step forward. So my brother can finally live his life happily, without any interference" She said, marching towards Simba and Nala.

Simba let out a sigh, before lunging at Vitani, crunching down on her neck, as a sickening snap was heard, as her body fell to the floor.

Nala cringed a little before turning to Kovu and Kito.

Kovu was staring at his sister in shock before he swung around on Simba. "My family have already seen too much blood shed today." He turned to the cave before turning back to the King and Queen. "My children, Kivu and Tani died today also. You are not good leaders you are murderers." He snarled. "I dare you to go back to your Pride and tell them what you've done. The Pridelanders liked Vitani and they all knew what Kiara was like." He snarled venomously. "Now leave our territory before I make you." He warned.


Nala's eyes widened, cubs dying was never right. She could only imagine the pair losing not one but two cubs before they had chance to live properly. At least Kiara had been an adult. "What happened to them?" She asked.

Kito froze in her tracks. She backed away slightly further, but she was still visible. "Hyenas" She said, quickly and sharply. Letting out a small hiss as she said the word, her eyes flicking away from a moment. You could see a sadness in her eyes, but that was soon replaced by anger. "Why would you care anyway?!" She snapped, giving out a small growl, her eyes narrowed. "You lost Kiara, who was not innocent. And yet we, we move away, find a better place, and two of our cubs die.. and what for? Nothing. And then we have YOU marching in on us, and murdering Vitani. You have no idea what monsters /you/ are." She stated boldly, as her fur stood on end, as a coldness washed over her body.

"Kiara was our daughter, and you murdered her! Your two cubs deserved to die.." He muttered, he felt a slight anger over washing him, as they used his daughters name in a bad way. "Your more of the monster than what she ever was. You stole Kovu from her, her life was ruined because of you. And then you kill her." He said growling.

[Ruby_Fehu]

"Simba." Nala scolded her mate.


Kovu snarled loudly. "She never stole me from Kiara, I chose Kito, she doesn't want me just to parade around. She loves me and I love her. And you know what. I would go through it all again. I would kill Kiara when she was a cub. I don't care. Now leave before I make you leave. And if my cubs deserved to die then so did Kopa. I know about that night Simba. Kiara told me, I would tell the whole Pride and then see what they thought." Kovu snapped, his voice rising angrily.

"Kopa was killed by Zira, wasn't he Simba?" Nala asked

"My mother was withchild with Vitani and I, she wouldn't have been able to kill. And my mother may kill others but never a cub." Kovu snarled. "Tell them what really happened. Or shall I?"

"Nala!" He raised his deep voice.

Kito looked towards Kovu, cringing at the words. She then glanced towards Simba and Nala, fear filling her eyes, but a hint of curiosity.

"Yes, he was. I don`t know what Mind games Kovu is now playing" He said, standing strong, but sadness and anger rose in his eyes.
"Nothing happened that night, it was your mother that killed him. All of your blood has been murderers" He said angrily, letting out a roar, as his ears flicked back. "If you dare even lie about what happened to Kopa, you will be exterminated.." He said angrily, as his red mane blew in the breeze.
