Adolescent Ages

[Fire]

When a lion jumped out in front of him, he growled low and extended his claws, quickly realizing that it was Pizzera and rectracting his stance. Seeing him out of breath made him worry... a lot. When Pizzera was speaking to him and what seemed like 100 miles an hour, he caught the just of it. He was now following Pizzera throughout the land and hoping that they weren't too late to save her.

Nala saw Pizeera and... "Fire!" Nala said to herself so that the hyena's would not hear her. She hoped that her two friends would scare the hyenas away.

[Fire]

When Fire approached the cave, he jumped right in between Nala and the hyenas, letting loose a huge roar from deep inside his chest. The roar was deafening and after he had finished the roar, he looked down at the hyenas with teeth and claws bared, his eyes giving off a fighting look and growling low. "Get lost, scum..." As he said this, his body had the illusion that it was bigger than it usually is.

Pizeera didn't want to go near the hyena's as he had had an incident with some when he was a cub. that's why he has a scar on his belly. He sighed thankfully as Fire tried to scare them off, although they had not yet moved. Pizeera gathered up all his courage and walked over and let out an almighty roar at the hyenas.

[Fire]

Fire was getting a little scared as the hyenas didn't seem to be moving, feeling as if though he was going to be in a little bit of trouble. Fire was very thankful that Pizeera stepped and let out a roar of his own, surely that would be enough for the hyenas to step back. Even though that hyenas were good in packs, they had no match to a predator that were in a number of two. "I'll say it nicely again... back off!!" He lets out another defeaning roar to the hyenas.

Pizeera also lets out another roar slamming his paw onto the ground. Soon enough the hyenas got the picture and ran off into the distance.

Nala sighed thankfully. "Thanks guys." She got up carefully and started to limp back to the cave, holding her bleeding foot up in the air.

[Fire]

He looked over to Nala, walking over by her side and making sure that if she falls over, he could support her and hopefully not make in any more pain than she already is. "No problem... Come on.. Let's get back before the hyenas tell Zira of our whereabouts.." With that said, Fire walks with Pizeera and Nala back to the cave, always keeping an eye out in case the hyenas decide to come back.

Nala smiled at Fire and continued limping along. They finally reached the cave and she saw the others in there. "It's a relief to see you guys again!" She said and grinned.

[Kirsui]

Seleter pounced up from her lying position and ran to Nala, Fire and Pizeera.
"Nala!" she shouted happily, then noticing her hurt paw. "Your hurt! What happened?"
She looked at Nala worriedly. Her wound would have to be cleaned, but first she wanted to know what had caused it.

[Fire]

He then whispers back to Rok with a chuckle. "Told ya i'd be right back..."

He then walked Nala over to a nice, clean spot near some rocks for her to lean herself on. Letting her choose wether she'd take the spot, Fire moved a rock over to the spot so that she could elevate her leg. "Sit down here... It'll feel better once you relax... Then, you can tell us what happened... I'm pretty sure Zira wasn't happy after Seleter and Rok diverted her away. You seemed to disappear for a while..."

Nala smiled at Fire and lay down next to the rocks. "Hyena's attacked me." She rested her paw on a rock.
"I heard a cub and went to look for it, pizeera obiously followed me and then when i didn't find the cub the hyena's cornered me into a cave and that's when they bit my leg.Then pizeera and fire rescued me and here i am."

Pizeera turned around to everyone. "Well guys i'm off to start a new adventure. I'll go back to looking for my family. Goodbye guys!" Pizeera walked out of the cave and off into the desert.

Remba walked out of the jungle towards a big rock she had seen. It was fascinating and she wouldn't to go and esplore. When she finally got up ontop of the big rock she went to walk into a big cave but tripped and fell backwards through some bushes and landed in another cave. She then looked up to see some big lions. She just stared blankly at them hoping they wouldn't hurt her.

[Fire]

It was weird that Nala only mentioned that hyenas attacked her. "Hmmm... The hyenas knew that you were around here... There was absolutely no way that they could have known we were there unless... Zira.. told.. them... Damn!!" He muttered under his breath quietly due to he didn't want Sukari to hear his curse. But, when Nala told the rest of the story, it was starting to make a little more sense. "Man.. Only hyenas, Zira, and Scar would resort to something that low... Chasing down an innocent cub like that... And the hyenas looked like they were dumber than a bag of..."

Just then, Fire heard a crash through the bushes and a little cub rolled through, landing near Fire paws and her head looked upside-down to him. He smiled as the cub looked around. Not really thinking of much more to say, all he said was "Heh heh. Well... Looks like Sukari has a new playmate..."

Suddenly, Fire remembered about Sukari. She hadn't said hi to Nala or Fire when they entered the cave. He assumed that she was near by.

[Kirsui]

Seleter turned to look in surprice as the cub fell to the cave. Then when Rok shouted she turned to look at him.
"You're speaking too loudly" she said. "You're scaring her."
Then Seleter turned to look at the cub again. As Fire had pointed out, it seemed that Sukari would get a new playmate.
Seleter walked slowly towards the cub with a friendly smile on her face.
For some reason, after Seleter had met Sukari she had got a feeling she had to take care of small and lonely cubs. She didn't know why, after all she was still quite young herself, but... She just couldn't help it.
"Hi" she said to the cub, still smiling. "Are you all right?"

[This Land]

Sukari peeked out of the rock she was hiding in
she saw nala
She ran up to nala and jumped on her back and hugged her around the neck
"Im glad you are back safe" she said happily
Sukari then Noticed this new cub and she quickly Hid behind Nala, she then ran to Kirsui and went under her
"who....who is that Cub" she said nervously and shy

Nala smiled when Sukari hugged her. "Yes, hello Sukari." She just watched the new cub seeing what it would do.

Remba looked up at the fire red lion in front of her. She blinked at him and then whispered, but so everyone could still hear. "W..w..who's Sukari?" She looked at all the lions. There seemed to be a cheetah coming towards her. "Y..yes i'm ok..." She looked up at the cheetah, she seemed to be quite nice. Since the cheetah obiously wasn't going to hurt her, because she asked how she was, Remba wasn't scared of her anymore.
"I'm Remba." She said and smiled sweetly at the cheetah.

[Fire]

Fire grinned as Sukari came out of where she was supposedly hiding, looking over to her and then getting Remba's attention. "She... is Sukari." Fire then grinnned as he introduced himself. "The name's Kito. But, you can call me Fire."

Remba stared at Fire blankly. "Why Fire?? why not water??" She stared at him confused.

Nala laughed. She waited for fire's response to the little cub.

[Fire]

Fire raised an eyebrow in confusion. "Uhh.. umm... If my mane was blue, then i'd name myself Water. But, since it's red like fire, I'm nicknamed Fire. And it was a nickname that I didn't come up with. I guess it just... grew on me." Fire winks at Remba and then swishes his tail back and forth.

"ohhhh..." Remba said still a little bit confused. "Well i'm gonna call you Apple, apple's are red!"
Remba said proud of herself for knowing what colour apples were.
She then looked up at the cheetah. "What's your name?" She asked the kind animal.

[Kirsui]

"I am called Seleter" the cheetah replied with a smile. "But you can call me Seleta, if you want."
Seleter looked at Sukari who was hiding under her.
"Go on Sukari and say hi to her" she said to Sukari, waiting to see if she would go and talk to Remba.

Remba nodded at Seleta. She then got up and walked slowly over to this 'sukari' "Hi.. i'm Remba.. can i call you suki?" She said and sat down infront of the cub who was under seleta's legs. The cub didn't reply. She walked over to Fire and sat down under his legs. She had taking a liking to this lion as he was the first one she had met. "Apple, i think Suki's shy..." She said and stared up at him, then over at Sukari and Seleter.

[This Land]

Sukari got up and walked slowly over to Remba
"erm.......Hi remba" she said nervously
sukari looked up into the sky, everytime she made eye contact with remba, she always felt nervous
"I have never seen another cub before" she said trying to make conversation
Sukari's Confidence grew quickly
"Yeah you can call me Suki" she said politley and smiled
"Your name sounds cool, so ill just call you by that" she said sweetly

Remba walked out from underneath Fire and to the cub infront of her. "You have now!" Remba said excitedly.
"Hehe, thanks, i like my name too!" She then walked over to the laughing lion. She sat down infront of him and looked up at him. "What's so funny?" She asked him confused.

[Fire]

Fire chuckles when Remba calls him Apple, seeing as how she was giving nicknames or for everyone. When Rok laughed about his name, he frowned at him, smirking when he baps the backside of his head with a paw. "Don't say that, Rok... I think the only reason you're called Rok is because that's the only thing that's in the space between your ears." "Apple" says sarcastically. He smiles and circles a paw around Rok's head.

When Remba walked over to Rok and wondered what was so funny, Fire walked over as well and sat down beside her. "Well, Remba... You see... Then nature of this idea that I am now called Apple is funny to him... I guess small things amuse small minds." He winks at Rok.

Remba frowned at the lion. "Rok.... i'm gonna call you pebble." She grinned at him then looked at Fire. "Apple... do you guys all live in this cave?" She asked him curiously. She then looked back at pebble to see if he would laugh at her comment about calling him pebble.

[Fire]

This time, it was Fire's turn to chuckle as Remba named Rok "Pebble". "Heh heh. Well, Remba... We all do live in this cave... You're welcome to join us if you like... I hope you didn't get astray from your parents or something..."

"Yeah... i did, but that was a looooooong time ago, so it doesn't matter anymore." Remba said hoping to get off the subject. "But.. if you don't mind i would really like to stay here with you guys." Remba looked at them all, especially Fire, hoping that they would accept her into the group.

[Kirsui]

"I don't see why you couldn't stay with us" Seleter said with a friendly smile playing on her face.
"Atleast I couldn't think of letting you walk all alone outside" she continued. "It could be dangerous."
Seleter thought for a moment. Yes, it surely was dangerous for small cubs to walk alone with the hyenas everywhere.
And then there was also Zira... And Scar.

[Kirsui]

Seleter's eyes flashed slightly as she turned them to Rok.
"Just what made you say that?" she asked him on a slightly cold voice.
"Or would you want to sent Remba back outside all alone?" she asked. "Go ahead Rok and do it if you want. But then I'd be going with her."
Seleter had no idea what made her say that. There wasn't even a good reason to get mad, but she sort of felt offended of what Rok had just said.
Seleter shook her head and sighed.
"I'll take a walk" she informed with a voice that didn't allow any protests. After that she just simply walked outside the cave and started walking around.
But she didn't walk long. Soon she started running, using her full speed so that the others couldn't possibly follow her.
"Why am I staying with them?" she asked herself.
Maybe her little 'outburst' to Rok had something to do with the fact that she was a cheetah... a loner. She had used to make up her own mind without others.
All these thoughts were running in her mind as she continued running, slowing down a bit so that she wouldn't get tired. She wasn't afraid of meeting any hyenas or something like that.
She could easily outrun them if she wanted to.

[Fire]

When Rok said that and Seleter did an outburst to him, they both were right, opinion-wise. Even though it is cruel to abandon Remba out in the wild, making her stay would make it harder for the group to be movable and adaptable to the changes if they had to go through them.

But, when Rok started running after her, Fire frowned and very quickly burst after him, getting close enough to slam Rok straight to the ground. He held the lion down and pinned him so that he wouldn't escape. "Rok!!... Leave her be!!.... If she wants alone time, then give it to her... I'm pretty sure she can take care of herself..."
