Part 1 - Let the journey begin... [Finished]

[Kirsui]

kirsui kept looking into Tando's eyes. This was something she had been dreaming for ages. She had wanted someone to be with her, protect her. And now she had one.
"Okey" she said and gave Tando a hug. She didn't want to let go, never.

Tando smiled as he felt her paws go over his shoulders in a tight hug. He started purring... Something he hadn't done for a long time, not like this. Being with this lioness was something Tando had longed for the day he was born, he just never knew she was there.
''I'm so glad we met sweety... I never want to let go of you, no longer will you feel down, hated, teased or anything similar, not when I'm here.. I'll be here to protect you, forever''
Tando whispered lovingly into Kirsui's ears.

[Kirsui]

"I know" Kirsui replied. And started purr.
"Remember when we met?" she said then and giggled.
"I was ready to run away! Now that seems so silly, why would I ever wanted to run away from you?"

Tando smiled softly again and gave her a nuzzle.
''Promise me you will never leave me... okay?'' Tando said and looked at her again.
Tando was Kirsui's lion, and she was his angel, they were borned for eachother.
''I love you Kirsui... Really I do''
Tando said and took a deep breath and hoped for the same reply.

[Kirsui]

"I promise" she said and retusned the nuzzle.
"I thought I would never fall in love with enyone. How wrong I was!"
She gave Tando a kiss.
"I love you."

Tando smiled, now it was reality, they were together.. Tando and Kirsui, together forever.
''Good, because I will never leave you, not after what you have been through.. I'll be by your side always''
Tando said and returned the kiss and then nipped her ear.

[Kirsui]

"And I'm so happy to have you by my side" Kirsui replied.
"I will be with you for the rest of my life, never leaving you alone."
Again she pushed her head against Tando's mane and sighed deeply. His mane was so soft.
"We will support eachother when we have bad times. No-one will stand against us, never."

Tando ran a paw through the tuff on Kirsui's hair and pulled her in tighter and layed his head on her shoulder. ''And then.. sooner or later we'll have our own little family to raise and then we will live peacefully together forever. Even death wouldn't seperate them, Tando was sure about that.
''Breathe life, for you are not alone'' Tando sang silently in Kirsui's ear, and indeed she wasn't alone at all. And she would never be anymore. Tando wrapped his tail around hers and smiled deeply.
''So Kirsui, tell me.. How come they teased you? They couldn't just had teased you because you were too nice.. Hm?''

[This Land]

Sheek looked at Dabiku and Oshiani
"well, we gonna lay around here all day" he said laughing
sheek stood up and took a big stretch
"wanna walk somwhere to pass the time?"

[Kirsui]

Kirsui thought thoroly. She thought and thought but didn't seem to get the answer for Tando's question. When she was reaching it, the answer slipped away from her and hided in the darkest corner of her mind. She was silent for a long time, searching the answer from her memories. She closed her eyes and tried to live through her past, in hope to find the reason.
Yes, why indeed... she thought. The memories became more blurry when she went back to the time her mother died. Then she had survived because her cousin. He had been there to protect her. But then came the exile of him. And with it the teasing begun.
No! There must be a reason!
She tried to remember, she knew there was a short time between her cousin's exile and the teasing, but there was no memories from that period.

Then she noticed something. She had had some friends from the day she was born. They had left her alone. She had been broken... alone... weak... It started like a play starts, a harmless play that has no intent of making enyone feel bad. When it continues it turns more offending and finally it's the worst possible teasing.
But what is the reason?
And now she remembered. It was only a small detail, but it gave her the idea.
"There was a change" Kirsui whispered. "Something that made the pride leaders eldest son feel... bad, I think. He needed someone to throw his misery and I was weak. What chance has a cub who has lost everything from her life against older cub who is way more powerful than you are?"
She opened her eyes and looked into Tando's.
"I lost my mom, I lost my 'brother' and I lost all of my friends. The truth is that I was weak, left alone. And he needed someone to be his target. And when one starts, the others who want his attention will follow."
Then Kirsui looked down to her paws.
"I'm not shure if this is the reason" she said. "As the time passed I learned to forget. I built up a wall and hid every memory behind it. Even I myself couldn't go over that wall. After something bad happened to me I locked it behind the wall and wasn't able to remember it, even if someone asked me just minutes later."
"My teasing was mental. I was never able to tell anyone and all that grief packed inside me until I wasn't able to take it anymore. I had to leave, and that almost got me killed. You have no idea what it's like to be broken inside and alone in the wild where everyone you meet may be your wost enemy."

Tando sighed deeply, he was speechless... The past of his diamond was cruel.. horrible.. terrible and sad. Tando tried to find words, that could possibly show his sorrow.
''Then it's a good thing that I will be here to protect you, and our small ones, there's no way I'm going to leave you all by yourself, you and I are meant for eachother'' Tando said as he let out in a deep purr as he nuzzled her.
''I'll be here for you Kirsui, whenever you need me''
Tando couldn't find words, great enough to show how much he really cared about Kirsui and her past, and how much he would do to make her feel happy and loved.

Oshiani got up.
''Yea.. where do you want to go?''
She turned around and put a paw out to help Dabiku up off the ground, she wasn'y gonna leave her behind this time.
''Anywhere you got in mind?''Oshiani said to Sheek and Dabiku.

[This Land]

"I have no idea" sheek laughed,
"just somwhere to stop us gettin lazy and bored" he joked

[Kirsui]

"And I will be by your side when you need me" Kirsui replied and smiled softly. She was the happiest lioness of the world.
Then she remembered the others. She actually didn't want to think them at the moment but they just popped to her head. She gave Tando a nuzzle.
"Should we go and see how others are doing?" she asked and nipped Tando's ear.

''Yea why not'' Tando replied and looked at Kirsui for a long time before he stood up and gave her a quick nuzzle. ''You are my princess'' Tando said and smiled softly as he turned around and then looked back at her over his shoulders.
''Coming dear?'' Tando asked.

[Kirsui]

Kirsui smiled nad walked next to Tando.
"Comign" she said. The sun was shining brightly and Kirsui had to blink her eyes a bit. Then she saw the others by the waterhole.
But there was also this strange golden lioness with Sheek and Oshiani.
"Who't that third one?" she asked Tando.

''That's... Dabiku.. me and her.. a-ah.. No good, she wont even talk to be I bet'' Tando said and looked sharply at Dabiku.
''Feel free to talk to her, I won't stop you, I just dont want to talk to her until she at least gets in a better mood, when speaking with me''
Tando said and looked at Kirsui.

[Kirsui]

"Ah, all right" Kirsui said and looked at Dabiku. She did look like nothing would interest her. And from the voice of Tando she realized that something had happened... Something that made these two not to like each other.
But there was also something in Dabiku that made Kirsui feel uncomftable. She saw a wise and concidering look at that lionesses eyes. It was something Kirsui had never senced before. She was shure that if this lioness would be offended, she would remember.
Then she sighed. She had to meet Dabiku before making any decisions about her.

[This Land]

sheek walked over over to kirsui,
"Hey there, found time for us" sheek said jokingly
"What you two up to?"

[Kirsui]

"Nah, I don't know" kirsui replied to Sheek.
"We kind of wanted to spent some time with you guys too" she said and giggled a bit. She gave a quick look for Tando and smiled.

[KanuTGL]

"Well, we gonna lay around here all day? Wanna walk somwhere to pass the time?" Sheek said and rose up. Dabiku looked at him and smiled a bit. "Sure, I see no reason not to." she said and with a lithe jump, she got off her little rock and back onto the ground. She didn't take Ohsiani's help, but gave her a quick nod that was meant to be a "Thanks, but no thanks" and even a slight smile.

The lioness shook some dust out of her golden fur, then one ear turned to listen to Oshiani; "Anywhere you got in mind?" and she shook her head. "No, not really. I'm pretty new to this area. You've got any idea?" Dabiku said and turned to Sheek. But before he had any time to reply, the scarred one noticed a movement at the corner of her eye and she turned around.

Tando... and some other lioness. "That oughta be Kirsui..." she thought and looked at the unknown lioness with interest. She was beautiful, no doubt about that. Sheek said something about those two having some time for them as well, and Dabiku was sure of that their planned walk now was postponed... so she sat down again and glanced over at Tando, who didn't seem too happy about seeing her again. Well, she couldn't blame him, could she? And she didn't feel like seeing him again either... So she turned her attention back to Sheek and the others, leaving Tando outside her thoughts for the moment...

[This Land]

Sheek smiled at Dabiku
"Erm, well i just wanna stretch my Legs, i hate lazing about" he said laughing
Sheek started to take a few paces in a random Direction through some long grass
He looked back at Dabiku and the others
"Are you guys coming" sheek said curiously

Tando smiled back to Kirsui and slowly walked over to Sheek, in a big circle around Dabiku.
''What's up buddy? Did you get something to eat?'' Tando asked and smiled.
''I-i can get you some if you want'' Tando quickly added, since he and Kirsui had went on their own just before.

Oshiani just smiled at Tando and Kisui.. i guess you could say she was kinda jealous of them. Not because she liked Tando more than a friend... it was because she'd never really experienced some one loving her before... except for when she was really young... so she couldn't remember the feeling.. she felt lonely. She saw Sheek starting to walk off so silently followed him... she could use a walk. She stopped after a couple of steps and turned around.
''Coming Dabiku?'' She said and smiled at her.

[KanuTGL]

Dabiku nodded slowly at Ohsiani's words and she got up, following Sheek, but first glanced quickly at Tando, who had walked in a wide circle around her before he spoke to the other male. The golden lioness couldn't help but snort and even grin some. Was he afraid of her? She kinda liked the thought that someone feared her... Would give her some respect.

Well, she decided not to think so much about it right now and trotted up to her new acquaintances, she didn't want to call them 'friends' just yet...

[Kirsui]

Kirsui walked to Tando, who had avoided Dabiku with a big circle.
"Are you all rigt?" she asked a bit concerned. She didn't know if Tando's leg would cause any proplems anymore and wanted to make shure he really was alright. She also gave a quick look for Dabiku, hoping Tando wouldn't notice.
Kirsui smiled and turned her gaze to the grass lands in front of her.

[This Land]

Sheek started to walk though the long grass
"good, lets try and find somthing to do"
sheek walked and brushed through the grass making sure the others where following

Oshiani smiled at Dabiku when she got up and kept walking behind Sheek.
''There's nothing to do around her really.. I was thinking we could travell a bit... find somewhere more interesting... but Tando has a sore leg.''
She said looking at Tando's leg then back to where she was walking.

''Yea... I'm fine'' Tando said and looked over at Dabiku, who had just walked with Oshiani.
''I don't like Dabiku.. The way she treated me in the start, and I even tried to appologize. If a first try in such a case isn't succesfull.. then forget it'' Tando said and kept looking at Dabiku. Then a big smile came to Tando's lips as he began to think about Kirsui again.
''What about you?'' Tando said and blinked at her and sat down, hoping she would come over.

[Kirsui]

Kirsui grinned. Oh, how she loved that smile!
"Me? I'm perfectly fine" she said and gave a gentle nuzzle for Tando.
And that was true. She really felt brilliant. And she knew she would feel brilliant for the rest of her life.
Then she looked again at Dabiku.
"You don't have to like her" she said quietly so that only Tando would hear.
"She may forgive you, or she may not. That's up to her. And the only one who loses something is she."
Kirsui smiled and looked to Tando's eyes.
"Give her time. Maybe some day she will notice how good friend she have lost."
