I just wanted to generally send out an apology to the community of TLKGO: I'm sorry for always seeming to cause strife on this website. I just had a letter from Pulsar where he basically said that whenever I come here it seems to cause division and strife (not his exact words, but the same vibe). Heck, I can be placed at the very centre of why the site folded the last time.

I just wanted to say I'm not here to wreck things. I'm here to be a part of it and build things. I do have a bad track record and I'm really not proud of that. I would say, 'If you guys want me to go, I'll go' but I don't think I can actually do that. I'll always be hovering around and remembering the great times I had on here with people, many of whom are no longer here. I don't want it to be like that. I want to make new memories and friends and turn old 'enemies' (and new ones) into allies. Something great happens on this website. I think it's better for some than for others - particularly if you can meet in real life - but there's still something attracting me from half way around the world to this little community we've built here.

So, I'm sorry. I'm sorry I'm more of a wrecker instead of a builder. I will try to get along with people. This doesn't come easy but I will try my darndest. If someone says something that I feel is inappropriate or that breaks the third forum rule I'll try to take it to the staff members rather than dealing with it myself. And I'm sorry for calling a whole bunch of you jerks. Just don't like seeing someone get ganged up on is all.

Anyway. Take me or leave me, I'm here until you kick me out.

I just wanted to say, Cheez, I don't know your past history in the forum, what other conflict you might have been involved in here. But with your general apology I'll trust that you don't really have intentions to hurt feelings or cause division.
You give me the impression that you are a guy with a strong sense of justice, and that's perfectly fine. But in a friendly environment like this site, being a crusader for justice at all costs does cause division. I think it's best to discuss things with an understanding nature, seeing other regular users as good people, as friends, and not as the kind of people who would gang up on someone, even if at first it appears to be the case.

Humility is the key sometimes we tend to forget, but let's take this event as something we can all learn from in that sense. I'm sure you're working on it, and I really admire you for that.

Just so you know, there's no resentment from my part, so don't worry, we're cool
