Physical Descrip: Majira is a medium-framed lioness with slightly darker-than-normal fur. Her underbelly, pawtips, muzzle, and around her eyes are a bit lighter than her base coat. Her eyes are icey blue and her pawpads are darker pink. Her eyes are very expressive and she is very pretty for her age. Her legs are long and graceful, which makes her a very fast runner. Her tail is long and is tipped with darker hair than her pelt.

Personality: Majira is a friendly lioness who loves being around other lions. She thrives on her social life, lives for having long conversations with other lions. But she feels somewhat of an outcast in the Pride Rock pride due to not knowing anybody too well. Once she gets to know everybody better, Majira will become much more open- if she doesn’t know you, she will be polite and nice but she won’t be very open with you. Majira has somewhat of a trust issue because of her past, but she is also naive in that she will trust you when you get to know her to the end, or until you give her a reason not to.

Habits: Majira has a habit of fidgeting when sitting still- she likes to be doing something. She also has a habit of collecting smooth, shiny rocks that she finds.

Strengths: Majira is a very swift runner, so she is a very good hunter. She is also a good swimmer, so sometimes she’ll chase prey across the river or into the river to kill it.

Weaknesses: Majira has a weakness for cubs- she loves their innocence and is amused by the things they say. She also has a weakness for her favorite prey- water buffalo- and a weakness for hunting them.

Past: Majira was born in a land far to the west of Pride Rock. It was much the same climate as Pride Rock, but with more trees and more rivers. Her father was the king of the pride and her mother was one of his favored lionesses. They were happy until about a month after Majira was born. Another lion attacked the pride and killed Majira’s father, taking over the pride. Before he could kill her and the other cubs, Majira’s mother attacked the new lion and gave Majira a chance to escape. She ran. She ran until she found an oasis in the middle of the desert. She replenished herself and then lived there for four years. When she became restless, Majira left the oasis and traveled east, towards pride rock. The journey took almost three months, and in that time she didn’t have much to eat or to drink. When she arrived in the Pride Lands, she was half-dead. But she was taken care of by some members of the pride and then joined the pride.
