Okay, just to keep it breif. I already know a few of us have meanings behind our names, but does anyone else? I was searching through wolf names for FH, and Accalia means `She-Wolf`

My name is one of the Killjoy's names from My Chemical Romance's last official album 'Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys', they are survivors in a post apocalytic California like in Blade Runner. The escaped a company called BLI or Better Living Industries who control the masses using drugs to keep everybody subdued and happy, but its fake happiness. So the Killjoys' mission is to free everybody from Battery City, the only surviving city which is ran by BLI, even if it meams killing their joy. The four main Killjoys are; Party Poison, Jetstar, Fun Ghoul and Kobra Kid. Im thinking now that i shouldve used my own Killjoy name instead, might change it i dunno.

Clary_Winchester doesn't really have that much meaning behind it. THere's a book series I read called THe Mortal Instruments and Clary is the protagonist in that. She has red hair, is sarcastic, creative, loyal and very short-tempered which is like me (none of you have seen the short-temper yet, only Pulsar XD) Winchester is from Supernatural and is the surname of the two protagonists (they're brothers named Sam and Dean) and I have a HUGE fan girl crush on them XD. However, I'm considering changing my name to RubyFehu in a day or two which DOES have meaning behind it, as some of you know I'm an aspiring author and the main character in my writing is called Ruby Shore so that's where I get the name Ruby from, but Pulsar (and he'll hate me for saying this XP) calls me 'his ruby' sometimes so again it has that meaning behind it, it's like our thing haha. Fehu, is a rune. Like my tattoo (Tiwaz) it means a lot to me it's the fire rune and again the fire is for my hair colour but also because I get told I have a fiery temper but also a warm person. upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/07/Runic_letter_fehu.png

I knew about that Sui but it has since died and peoples names have changed which is why I didn't feel the need to say that on this post.

My name is boring XD. It's simply arules92 (adamrules1992), I'm really bad with creating names so a lot of them end up being lame The name I usually go by is Udi2day, but that wouldn't have fit here (also, free cookie to the first person who figures out the correct way to pronounce it XD).

Considering how off I pronounce things to begin with due to my Finnish accent, I don't think I'll be even trying to get that cookie.

As for my username, I also posted it on that old thread, and the reason remains the same: tlkgoeson.proboards.com/post/72303/thread

Yep that's it XD. It's surprising how many people think it's pronounced You Dee today, I think it's pretty obvious how it's supposed to sound XD. Oh and sorry Leo, I was hungry and ate the cookie. Take a muffin instead?

There's not really much point in explaining my user name really. Nothing creative there, it's just a screen name I've been using since back in 2004... but if you really want to know what it means... it means Simba who is a King. And I chose it because I'm a fan of TLK... so yeah.

This thread is so interesting! My name comes from Greek mythology, it's the name of one of the Greek goddesses. Astraia (or Astraea) was the Greek virgin-goddess of justice in the Golden Age of men, when all was peaceful and prosperous. She lived with men until the end of the Silver Age and then fled to the stars during the Bronze Age, when the lawlessness of men drove her away. (Some say Zeus placed her among the stars as the constellation Virgo.) She was supposed to be a star bright maiden who dwelled the longest among men, until she could not stand to be amongst their viciousness any longer. I've had this name for awhile online, and just decided to stick with it on here, but I might change it. I chose it because I am a big fan of justice, (Righteous justice anyway. I might go into law. Might lol.) Greek mythology, and stars. The name Astraia also means star. So that's how I came by my name I guess.
