Description:
Pyrex is a very normal-looking cheetah with the markings that any other would possess. His body is long and sleek while renaming small and immature in the way he holds himself and the way his body moves. While his markings and fur coloring are very close to the norm, his pelt is slightly orange-yellow in tint along with spots that don a darker version of the the common tan hue of the species. In addition, his eyes are the color of captured fire, their gaze burning into whatever he looks towards and never wavering when he is focused.
Behavior:
Pyrex is extremely energetic and can be very scatterbrained. When he isn't paying attention to what he is doing, he has been known to wander far from where he is supposed be without his knowledge. While he can seem stupid as a result of this trait, he is actually very intelligent and capable of planning far into the future in mere seconds. Generally though, he acts younger than he really his, preferring to only be responsible when he needs to be and when it is convenient to him.
Since he has had a troubled past, he is not quick to accept those around him and will keep his guard up around strangers. Despite his unwillingness to immidiatly accept new faces, he will stick with a group that he believes to be strong enough to protect him or nice enough to accommodate him. In reality, all Pyrex wants is a group in which to belong after being forgotten and abandoned by so many others.
History:
Pyrex himself is not very aware of his past, with his earliest memories being nothing short of tiny fragments that present themselves at the strangest time. The most common images of this time tend to be of a battle of some sort and the cries of those being attacked. He prefers not to think of these times, but unfortunately the alternative is not much better of a choice.
After the events that he has blocked from his memory, Pyrex spent his years bouncing between different groups of bandits and nomads, staying with a group for an average of three months before he was either kicked out or awoke to an empty campsite in the early hours of the morning. One group he managed to form a lasting relationship with was the bandit circle called Mirage. While in this group, he became familiar with the leaders Darnuka and Luna as well as another adolescent that traveled with them named Sola. One night though, Sola successfully escaped the group and Pyrex was left to die after the fight to reclaim her had knocked him unconscious. After this event, Pyrex has roamed the savanna, looking for another group to latch onto and survive with.
