Physical Description: Felix doesn't look much different from your normal tiger, though he does have some striking characteristics that I've thrown in just to make him more unique. Start by picturing a Bengal tiger, then make it as large as a Siberian, for starters. He has your basic orange fur with black stripes (do not tell him otherwise, it's a good way to get growled at). However, the orange is unique in the fact that he has bright, -neon- orange stripes, hence his last name. Really really bright. If you had him under a black-light, they would glow. xD Beneath him the orange and the black blend into his solid white underbelly, like a normal tiger. The tip of his tail is also white with black stripes, and white fur on his feet. His eyes are bright crystal blue, making them striking and noticeable. Also, he is -not- a sabretooth tiger, but his canines are longer than the average felines, long enough so that they always poke out from under his lips. Lastly, of course, is his size. Tigers are the biggest land-dwelling carnivores and the most proficient predators on the planet (trollface.jpg), and living in the savannah has been kind to him because there are a lot of large prey, so he himself is rather 'generous' in size. His body and legs are a bit thicker than the average tiger in other words, and his white underbelly as a noticable downward curve to it between his legs.
Psychological Profile: Simply put, Felix is me, and I am Felix. There are virtually no discrepancies in personality. He is laid back and easygoing but also a hard worker and physically active when the situation demands it (such as when he gets hungry and needs to hunt.) He is shy and a loner, as tigers in the wild are not pack animals like lions are, and so am I. He's awkward when first approached, but is also very trusting if you're willing to put in the effort to get past the initial awkward conversations getting to know him. Afterwards, he won't shut up, and if he likes you, may even become a little clingy. He can be goofy and hyperactive as a cub sometimes but also can be very serious, and tends to look at things from a very big perspective, being a very intelligent and thoughtful individual on the inside. He is also very kind and benevolent, and very generous. He has a very strong moral code and is helpful, and will sometimes get himself into trouble inserting himself into conflicts that don't involve him in order to hopefully mediate and pacify both sides, due to his desire to make everyone and anyone happy. He once had some VERY serious anger management issues, but has since learned to control himself and is a much happier tiger for doing so. Loyal, devoted, and protective are all accurate adjectives to describe him. He is a big softy, in both the literal and metaphorical sense, and has a heart even bigger than his appetite, which is saying something. ;)
Personal Background: His backstory is mostly unknown (that and I think this character sheet has gone on pretty long already XD), due to a tussle he had once with a hippopotamus when he was younger and, to be blunt, a lot dumber, and less experienced and overconfident. He doesn't remember anything about where he came from or what he's doing in the savannah. The only thing that he does remember from his past life is his name, Felix. His last name he got from others due to his brilliant, almost blindingly bright stripes. He was not even aware what his species was called until he had this explained to him by a lone young male lion, and since the accident has never seen nor smelled any trace of his own kind, believing him to think that he is totally alone, perhaps the last. (Which isn't far from the truth sad as it is. Tigers are an endangered species, as I'm sure some of you on here know.) Thusly he has spent much of his life since then being a nomad and wandering the savannah hoping to find some trace of how he came to be. This sometimes, unfortunately, leads to him being 'soulsearchy' from time to time, as well as suffering fits of depression, though they don't last for very long. Often at night, he looks up into the stars and wonders if that special 'soulmate' is doing the same somewhere.
Eating Habits: HE. IS. A. GLUTTON! xD He will eat -anything- if he can catch it, and will always finish his meals because of his morals. This is the wild, but he believes that no creature should die in vain and so leaves nothing, not even the bones of his kills, to go to waste, regardless of the size. If he's hungry enough, he'll take down a bull wildebeest. (Though he often regrets this. He has limits just like everyone else and a meal that size can be sometimes painful to fit entirely inside, not to mention tiring carrying around for a while.) He will -also- eat anything that ISN'T living! He enjoys a sweet, juicy fruit from time to time. He'll eat a rock, if you dare him to. x3 However, just because he is a glutton does not mean that he is selfish. If he has a friend accompanying him, he will be more than happy to share a kill with them. (Though he will take the lion's share. *drumbeat*) As stated before though, he's generous, and will even hunt for others if there is not enough left after he's finished to sate them.
Family: As mentioned before, he has no recollection of anything from his childhood, including his parents. He has, however, traveled with a pride from time to time if they are traveling in the same direction as him and accepting of his different appearance. And, of course, if the alpha male doesn't mind since he can carry more than his own weight.
A side note about my roleplaying: Anyone who has taken the time to read this and my introduction thread can no doubt tell that my typing can be very long and descriptive and I do my best not to overlook details. However, 'textwalling' is a common thing with me. Obviously my roleplay messages won't be quite this big but if I have enough material to work with, I can get carried away sometimes. I hope that this won't be an issue any at all as there have been instances in the past where I've overwhelmed others. :(
PS: I may have actually forgotten some things in here! So this may be subject to some minor changes, as well as some further organizing in the future. (6580 characters exactly. This is perhaps the most detailed character reference I have ever made.)
