Jamille (Ja-meal, means beautiful, lovely) is a tawny yellow-orange cub with a white chest, muzzle and paws. She has the typical tiger markings, and clear, truthful blue eyes. She is smaller than average, and has longer fur for a tiger. She carries herself well, despite her past, and is well nourished. She has two strange stripes going across her eyes to her nose.
Behavior: Jamille is very honest, and hates to tell lies. She is naive and curious, and very mellow. People tend to take advantage of her.She isn't aggressive at all, and is good with controlling her emotions., and i She has a stubborn sideIt takes A LOT to get her mad, and when she does, all the pent up anger will explode in right front of you. (Luckily this rarely happens, haha)
History: On a warm summer night, Jamille slept in her den, waiting for her mother to come back from hunting. Her father was taken away by humans before she was born, so she was alone. Little did she know that while hunting, her mother was shot and killed by poachers. The next morning, Jamille's mother still didn't arrive. She stayed put like her mother told her, but was too hungry by noon. She decided to go try and hunt for herself, do it the way mother taught her. Maybe she could find mother while hunting too. She wandered the savannah until moonrise, but found nothing.
Jamille was lost and hungry, but kept going until she smelled others. She ran into a lions pride. She walked into its borders, curious to the strange cats. An adolescent lion saw her, and took her to the king. Jamille was too weak to resist, and let him take her. The king looked at her, and thought she would be bad luck for the pride, and ordered her to be disposed of. A lioness stops them, and asks if she could take Jamille in. This lioness has never had a cub of her own before, no matter how hard she tried. This strange cub was her last chance. She listened to Jamille's story, and explained to the king that she had no home to go back to. The king agreed, and let Jamille stay.
Jamille is being raised as a lion, learning their ways. She doesn't have many friends, and is often picked on for being different.
EDIT: Tigers aren't naturally found in Africa, they're found in Asia and India. But, people having taking tigers to Africa to "save the species". Jamille's mother was one of these tigers. She somehow escaped the breeding base, and gave birth and raised Jamille in the wild. Technically, her father was never taken away by humans, it was the opposite way around. That was just how Jamille's mother explained it.
