This is only a template, you dont have to be this detailed, you can just describe in a couple of sentences about your character if you want ^^. This is just for members who want to fully describe their character 
Name: the name of your character
Nickname: nickname of your character if he/she has one
Species: lion, cheetah, leopard etc.
Age: how old your char is. is he/she a cub, an adolescent, an adult...
Gender: male/female (obviously)
Description:
now, in this part you need to describe your character's looks. Try to add in as much detail as you can, for it'll help other players to imagine the character. You can give the main colour, eye colour, special markings... basically anything that describes how the character looks like.
Behaviour:
now, here you shall tell what is the character's personality. How he/she usually behaves, does he/she love/hate something particular... How he/she acts when angry...
History:
well, making up a history can behard, but it's part of your history. think twice if you wat to come up with "he was born in a pride and has lived there since his adolescence when he left" OR would you prefer to tell us a bit more? WHY did he leave the pride? what happened before the happenings of the RP? what kind of parents did he have...
Additional things to add into the profile:
Basically, you could add numerous little details about your character if you wanted... Here are some examples:
Eating Habits:
If your char is a lion, this would not be needed. But if the char is, lets say, a fennec fox, the eating habits could be quite handy. What does the character prefer to eat? Bugs, lizards... Anything odd about them? Perhaps a "plant eater"?
Voice actor:
Yep, I've seen several members add this into some characters. I've never done that myself, but if you absolutely want, surely you can add this in. =3
Family:
Yep. You could list a biiiiig family tree in here if you like... Or just add in parents or cubs or siblings. I've done this only for a few characters, one that comes to my mind is my fursona Kirsui, who has her parents, cousin, aunt and granparents listed (mainly to my own amusement). This isn't requiered, though, so you can just hint at the parents and other possible relatives at the "history" section.
This is only a guide and Does not have to be followed, but it makes it looks Nicer ^^ and better for members to get to know your character.
