Don't worry, this only affects scars character (see sign up post) but it's all theoretical science, time travel, so I'll keep this updated when I am able, because I'm a geek and know and understand this type of stuff.
So far I'm going to write a way for scars character to get sent to the future (using humans). Off the back of that, me and zor have discussed providing an explanation for all the radiation, using a paradox which I will also explain.
If you don't understand anything, just leave a note here and I'll pick it up and sort it out for you.
I'll add scars time travel original note here soon.

Note: this is set in the year 2047
What I would have done to send scars character into the future, is to have him captured by humans, after he has his powers, as a special test subject, (for obvious reasons.) Moto is then taken to a lab, for testing on by some scientists. (for that he is knocked out, if scar uses the RP post i suggested), he is taken into a room with a machine that creates a wormhole.
A worm hole, if you don't know, is said to transport you to another area of time, or space, instantaneously when entered. (Basically it crosses a fold in space, Adding extra un-detectable dimensions) allowing the time travel to become possible*) **
The scientists have a discussion about what to do with Moto (Short and sweet conversation). They eventually decide to test out there new invention, "A Worm Hole Machine" after tagging him (although he isn't tracked, the chip only reports Heart rate etc. and NOT Position), when he enters the wormhole this transports him into the year 3047. They check his stats off the chip, and find the machine works.

** Wormholes are theoretical, and as yet unproven. the theory surrounding them is theoretically sound, however it may be a long time for us to prove is this theory is physically sound.
