This thread is to be used when ever there's something related tot he role play that you wish to discuss about.


I'll make a beginning post for the role play when a few more members have signed up.

Can we make our own landscape within reason? I'm thinking mainly (or at least some) forest, since that seems to mainly be where Rain and Kyrlla live.

I'm also thinking something like the oasis where Timon and Pumbaa lived, especially the scene where Timon pulls some leaves back to show the hills and the waterfalls.

I sure hope this thing gets approved, though the lack of storyline can be a little intimidating to newer people. Then again, some may love it. I think I'm rambling slightly, but who cares?

In fact yes, we CAN make up the landscape.

What I planned to do in the beginning post for the RP was to somewhat describe the area where my character is, but leave it to that so that other players can make new descriptions later. :3

Hm, I don't think rain forests have been tried before. I was just typing out a beginning post for the RP, and I added in some detail about a forest, but it's still very open for any type of forest really. xD

Yep. I think, IC, Rain would definitely want a huge and varied forest. I think rainforesty trees and plants, but with more open space.


*Three days Later* Now I'm thinking of loads of different types of forests near each other! Rainforest, mountainous forests, stereotypical English forests... And now we've set a record for "TLKGO Thread That Mentions Forests The Most!

Guys.. Keep the OOC at minimum please. It makes the RP very annoying to read. If you think OOC convos are growing longer and longer and you're not posting with a character at the same time as you post the OOC, come here to the discussion thread and say it here.

I'll leave them there for now, but next time I come around I'll remove them to make the RP cleaner. xD

Also, you can for now continue posting without me. I'm going away for a week or so I won't be around to reply. Please just don't leave me behind too much, I'm not really looking forward to reading 2-3 pages of posts when I come back. :'D

Hmm, just a side note. You guys can post a few more replies before me. I can't do much with Kyrlla at the moment, and I still think it would be nice if I got another character in somehow. xD

Ok, after we fight off the spiders, is a timeskip to around sunset at Rain's cave alright with everyone?

What you need a timeskip for? At least I'd just prefer the RP to flow on its own without skipping that much. They've all just met, so I would think there's quite a bit to do when they get to safety.

That was probably a bad choice of words on my part... I meant more like we could get to a more peaceful scene afterwards, and timeskip was the first thing I thought of. So yeah, no need for timeskip, would it be okay with everyone if we got to a more peaceful scene after the spiders? It would be good for finding reasons for sticking together, etc.

I don't have anything against that I suppose. I have some ideas how to spice things up every now and then, but we do need a break from action. XD

Yep, if only to find out more about everyone and see where the "plot" goes. I know there isn't a plot, but... Stuff to do!
