Thought I'd create a thread for any possible general discussion already now, in case we need one in the future. :3
I went for Scar instead of Zira like I did the last time this RP was running. I'm still undecided on whether or not to bring Seleter back to the picture or possibly use some other character of mine.
Also, once enough people have signed up their characters, I'll make the first post for the RP so that we can get started. :3

So! I've just made the starting post for the RP. Nothing much happening yet, just trying to set the mood and get a hand of how I want to RP Scar. :3 I'll introduce my 2nd character later when I have access to my character profiles since I'm not yet sure who I want to play. Yay! I'm so glad I got Sarabi. So much unlocked potential for her! She's one of my favorite characters because of how brave and strong she is, though she's never really recognized much for it in the movies.

Right...! So it's been almost a year since we actively posted in this RP. I was wondering if anyone would still want to give it a go. I for one would very much like to try get this thing running again. So, Ruby_Fehu, mane6, This Land, @krissi. You seem to be the only ones still relatively active on the forum who originally had characters in the RP. Do you still want to keep posting in this? I think we need to reassign a few characters if we do pick this up again. New players are of course welcome to join in too. :3 |

Well then since there is interest, I'll see about kicking this back on track around the weekend. I'll clear the character list up a bit when that time comes too, and all the canon characters whose platers aren't around anymore will once again be up for grabs. :3 You could keep Sarafina, Mane. I think pretty much everyone else is already playing two characters, but if you really do want to let someone else have her then of course that is fine with me. ^^ |

I think I`ll just keep Zira. I know enough about Zira to RP out what she would and woulden`t do, theres not much information on Saffy, and I find it a little hard to Roleplay as her.

I don't recall following a specific posting order previously when this RP last was active, though it was a while ago. Generally I prefer not following a posting order either (I trust people enough to wait for everyone, after all). I do admit that in larger RPs with more players it does make sure that no one is left behind. That having been said, if you're adamant at following a posting order, it usually forms out when everyone has posted at least once, unless you guys would like to determine it right away. I'll add it to the sign up thread (or make a new thread for it) when/if we actually have some sort of an order to follow. xD |

I am well aware of this. As it happens, you'll have to wait a bit longer. I have a few projects that I need to focus on. My whole weekend went into building a portfolio for a major design competition exclusive to my university. My last week went into looking for suitable material for this portfolio, and either re-drawing, re-rendering or making a completely new 3D model out of them. At the same time I was juggling with the other projects I'm working on, and managing to work on them more or less successfully.
Sorry if I sounded a bit hostile there. It's just that I had to prioritize how I used my time, and I chose my education as it has a direct impact on me getting a job in the future. And yes, I did keep posting in the freestyle RP area, because those don't require the same amount of thought the structured RP posts need. Did you know, for example, that writing a post in the structured RPs can take me 2-3 hours? The freestyle posts take just a couple of minutes.

I'm all in for doing that, though I'm guessing a complete re-start (again) or something needs to be done in order to clear out the inactive characters. So, what do you all think?
