New World [Ended - Thanks for the adventure <3 ]

[Pulsar]

Anmani still looked at the cub with a slightly baffled expression on his face, but after a moment or two he manage to summon up the courage to speak. Taking in a deep breath he stood up proudly with chest sticking out slightly.
"I'm Anmani"
He said proudly as if the name carried any weight behind it. After he had spoken he let the air out of his chest and he relaxed into a slightly more casual stance. Words once again escaping his mind as he blankly stared at the other cub, hopping no one would realise he was embarrassed.

Kisima giggled when the cub puffed his chest out. 'Anmani... that's a nice name.' She thought to herself. She couldn't really think of much more to say, so she repeated her thought. "Anmani... that's a nice name." She said with a weak smile, slightly blushing.

[Jenna]

Kai smiled.
"Thanks...."
His voice was quiet. It seemed for amoment he was remembering something, but then the distance vanished and he was back.
"Um.....so...."
And now came the awekwardness of being new...

Safila watched momentarilly. Obiously Sukari hadn't heard her question. 'Oh well...' She thought to herself. "Oh... by the way, my name is Safila." She said with a sweet smile and bowed her head respectivley, yet in greeting at the same time to the new lion, who seemed to be called Kai.

[Jenna]

Sukari had a far away look in her eyes, one that told Kai he should let her alone. He looked around and found a lioness looking at him, and smiling.
"Oh... by the way, my name is Safila."
Kai smiled back. It was strange thing, all this...smiling. He never used to do it this much. It was almost making him tired.
"I'm Kai, nice to meet you Safila."
He inclined his head towards the female and took in her looks. She was golden, with blue eyes. She was a bit smaller than himself, which was to be expected as he was a male.

Safila smiled. "Kai.." She repeated his name. "You from around here.. or..?" She questioned him before sitting down where she was standing. She stared at Kai for a moment. She could have sworn she had seen his face before. Somewhere...

[Jenna]

Kai watched as Safila sat down and repeated his name. Despite it all, he grinned. Really a very stupid one too....
"You from around here.. or..?"
Kai shrugged. He wasn't really from anywhere.
"I think I've been through here....when I was a cub. We might have lived here for a while....dunno."
Once again he shrugged.
"Are you from around here?"

"Uhh... Kinda.." Safila said, a bit uncertaintly. "When i was a cub, a lion called Aramile adopted me as his daughter.." She paused, looking around for any sight of her beloved father."... He was here somewhere..." She then mumbled. "Anyway... he was in a fight one night.. and three others came upon us.. and we all just kinda grew up as a family... and.. well.. we all just evolved from there.." She smiled. "This is all that's left of us know." She added, motioning to everyone around them. She then returned her gaze to Sukari, asking her the same question once again. "Have you seen father anywhere Sukari?" She asked a bit worriedly.

[Jenna]

Kai nodded solemnly.
"Aramile huh? Cool guy, sounds like anyway. Can't wait to meet him."
Safila grumbled something then turned to Sukari and asked her a question. Kai looked around at Kisima and chuckled.
"Oh boy...."

[This Land]

Sukari Looked down At Safila , she shook her head
"No i havent" she said gently
a faint smile came across her mouth
"But Im sure he isnt far away, i dont think he would leave you" She said assuringly

"we must get going soon though, it still.........isn't safe" she said upset ,as them last few words wiped the smile off her face, replacing it with sorrow.

[Kirsui]

Tef had been listening to the two cubs talk with eachother for some time now. She had caught some parts of the discussion between Kai and Safila. She had also heard Sukari's voice, even though she didn't properly hear what was said.

But one thing she did hear. It was Sukari's words about leaving soon.

Tef's eyes fluttered open and she yawned slightly, as if she had just woken up. She lifted her head and looked down at the two cubs, a sleepy expression on her face.
"Oh... Hello there..." Tef said to Kisima, listening at the same time to hear if Sukari, Safila or Kai said something.

Safila nodded. "Thankyou Sukari. And yes.. we better.. sooner than later, rather.." She said before walking to Tefnut and the cubs. " Have you seen my father anywhere?" She asked her quietly.

Kisima looked up at Tefnut. A big grin suddenly placed itself on her muzzle. "Hellooooooo!" She exclaimed rather happily. "My names Kisima!!" She then added on, still grinning cheesily at Tefnut.

[Jenna]

(will be gone for a few days)

Kai stood and walked towards the lioness whom Kisima had just greeted so.....thorougly. He chuckled softly and faced her.
"Don't scare her away oh Loud One."
He nudged Kisima gently then looked back up.
"Hey, I'm Kai. If you happen to have somehow missed it, this is Kisima..."

Kisima continued grinning when Kai came over. She laughed at his words. 'oh loud one.' She giggled as he nudged her. "How could she have missed it?" She then asked him sarchastically.

(eek.. short)

[Jenna]

Kai sat and raised a brow towards the cub. His mocking face turned into a grin.
"You make me tired...."
He nudged her again. Why are they so cute...little devils....
"Kisima, I need to talk to you for a moment. Come with me..."

[eep.....um...be back...Monday-ish]

[Kirsui]

Tef saw Safila walk to her. The young lioness asked if Tef had seen Aramile around, but the liopardess didn't have the chanse to reply to Safila when Kai came to introduce himself.

Tef smiled faintly, listening as Kisima and Kai chatted to eachother.
"Name's Tefnut" the liopardess said. "Or just Tef by short. And this is Anmani."
Tef smiled again, pointing down to Anmani between her paws. Then Kai said to Kisima that he wanted a word with the cub. The liopardess turned to Safila, now ready to answer the question the young lioness had asked earlier.

"No, I'm sorry, Safila..." Tef said, sighing a little. "But i'm sure he can't be far away."
Deep in her mind Tef hoped that would be true. It would be sad if Aramile too had...
No... Tef refused to think that. The group had lost enough members. And Safila had already lost her mother figure.
And Tef knew so well what it felt like to lose ones mother.

Safila nodded sadly. "Thanks Tef... i hope he isn't too far away." She sat down next to Tefnut and watched Kisima and kai silently. 'I wish father would turn up soon..' she thought to herself. 'Especially as we might be leaving...'

Kisima smiled. "I make a lot of people tired.." She started talking but was interupted. 'A word?' She thought to herself. 'Well. i havent done anything wrong.. so i can't be getting in trouble... wonder what it's about..' She pondered to herself as she followed after Kai.

[Jenna]

Kai sat down and looked at the horizen, then back at the cub.
"We will be staying with them for a while....if you like."
He nodded in the direction of the pride a few feet away.
"It's up to you though."

Kisima follwed Kai's eyes over to the horizon. Her head then turned back to look at him when he spoke. "Phew.. i thought i was in trouble or something.." She said with a giggle. She then repeated what he said in her mind. "Ooooh.. that's fine.. I might be able to get to know.. that.. uh.. whats-his-name a bit better.." She replied excitedly.

[Jenna]

Kai chuckled.
"You might be able to. Yes."
He looked over to Tefnut and Safila and smiled.
"I'll try to be friendly too, alright?"
He nudged her with his nose and noticed how much larger than her he was.
"You're tiny....grow. And you need a nickname if I'm livin' with you. Squirt, Shorty, Birdy, Flower, Hey You, Move......you have room for decision making!"
Kai grinned and swiped at Kisima gently.

Kisima giggled. " I'm not small!! I'm just not usually Big!" Kis said and stuck her tongue out at Kai. " You wish you were small like me! It's easier to hide." She grinned at him playfully. "Want an example?"

Tef watched as Kai chatted with Kisima. They were out of earshot, so the liopardess couldn't hear what they said.
Tef looked down to Anmani momentarily. The cubmade her think of Desmani. Would they ever see him again?
'I hope so...' Tef thought, turning her eyes from Anmani to Sukari.

"Hi, Su.." the liopardess said with a smile. "Did you get any rest at all?"
Tef was quite sure that her friend hadn't been sleeping, not much, anyway. But she still wanted to ask.

[Jenna]

Kai smiled, and a chuckle escaped his throat.
"Oh yeah? Well being tall helps me see you better!"
He grinned, but it faded quickly. On the horizon was a male, dark mane and light body. His face was in an almost broken state. He seemed lost, yet he must have known where he was. He hung his head before walking closer. He cleared his throat and looked around.
"I'm back..."
His voice was somewhat deeper than Kai's. He looked around again, and his eyes landed on the golden female, Safila. He walked over to her and nuzzled her.
"I'm sorry for leaving on such short notice."
His gruff tone didn't fit his look, and obviously it wasn't just Kai who thought so. Kai crouched down and whispered in Kisima's ear.
"Stay here...stay quiet."

[This Land]

Sukari looked over at Tef, walked up to her and brush her Nuzzle on Tef's Shoulders.
"Enough" she said gently and winked.

As Sukari Winked and opened her eye again, she seen something........way back on the horizon behind Tef. her eyes focused on it.

"And excuse me" she said plainly
With that Sukari Shot off in a flash, sprinting fast as she could, she couldn't resist this opportunity. after a while She Gained Towards her target, it didn't see her its back was turned. But by the time its Head turned around and tried to stand up, Sukari pounced on top on it and biting it by the neck, sinking her teeth straight into it and after a while of struggling, soon killed it. it was a Young adult Zebra, looking at the size just there by its own. Just enough for a quick snack for the group. The zebra being on its own, had less chnace of being alerted, it was a easy kill

Sukari picked it up by the neck and started to drag it back to the group. Slightly struggling, especially being in her condition, but it will all be worth it.

[Pulsar]

Anmani had been watching when Kisima walked away with Kai. He looked in silence as they spoke to eachother, apparently Kisima wanted to play too.

Anmani's thoughts were interrupted by Tef's voice. He looked up at her, seeing she was now talking to Sukari. The suddenly the golden lioness raced off to somewhere. Being a cub, Anmani got curious where Sukari had gone. He climbed up the fur on Tef's neck to her back, standing there and seeing Sukari hunt down a zebra. Anmani had a fascinated expression on his face. He imagined himself there instead of Sukari, hunting...

[This Land]

Sukari finally made it back to the group, almost exhausted, but she couldnt resist such of an easy kill.

She let go of it infront of Tef, and smiled

"Have a Bite to eat first before we get going" she said gently

"Cmon everybosy, have somthing to eat, treats on me" she shouted

she then slumped down on the floor and layed on her side, looking down her body. Seeing the slight bump on her belly made her wanting to smile but she couldnt. She just sighed and waiting for everyone to have a bite to eat.

This sadness for the loss of sheek wont go away, not for a long time.

[Pulsar]

((Hey y'all. This is Fire subbing in for Pulsar as Anmani... Hope I don't screw up too badly!! XD))

Anmani could see that Sukari was certainly out of breath. But, when she dropped the meat in front of Tef, this gave him all the more opportunity to have something to eat. After all, little cubs had to grow up big and strong, right? His grin increased tenfold as he hopped off of Tef's neck and then took a big 'rawrf' of a bite into the zebra, ripping the piece off of and then snarling it down with a big grin on his face. He smiled as he finished all the meat that was on the bones, padding his way over to Sukari and also noticing the bump on her belly. I hope that Sukari ain't gettin' sick... Cause I don't wanna have to hear any more sadness... I miss my brother..

He sat beside Sukari and giggled softly as he beamed with pride and a puffed out chest as he smiled down at her. "Can you teach me to hunt like you, Sukari?.. You're so awesome at it!"

[This Land]

Hearing what Amani Just Said Made Sukari Smile.
"One day.......Yes i will" he said gently and smiled
"And i promise you that" she said and winked.

Sukari reached her paw out and stroked Amani
"I can see you now, becoming the best hunter in these lands" she said smiling

"So you had enough to eat?" she said as she stood upand walked over to her kill

Safila padded over to the large piece of meat that Sukari had caught. "Don' t mind if I do..." She said sweetly in reply to the lioness, who was now the closest thing she had left to a mother. She bent down and took a chunk out of the dead animal. She brought her head back up as she chewed and swallowed. She then took another small chunk of meat and ate it as she trotted over to Sukari and Anmani. "Sukari... i'm getting worried about father.. i haven't seen him.. well.. i can't remember when i saw him last.. sometime after our losses..." She said worriedly, trying to recal there last meeting. She then looked down as she felt something rub against her leg. It was the tail of Kisima. The little cub had just come over from having a small meal.

Kisima stood there, next to Safila, smiling at Anmani. She put a paw out and touched him gently before turning and running a few metres away. "Tag! You're it!" She exclaimed playfully as she jumped up and down on the spot.

[Fire]

Anmani perked his ear up as he felt something touch his body. Who could that be?... "I didn't do nothin'!" He laughs and then turns around to see Kisima giggling and jumping up and down, obviously going to start a game of tag with him. He certainly got inot a playful mood fast as he crouched down low to the ground with a devious smile. After a few moments and when Kisima was in mid-air, Anmani pounced her to the ground and then placed a paw on her chest. "No! You're it!" He giggled as well and then ran off quickly to sit on the grass not to far away from her with a smile that said Come get me!!
