Fire saw his chance to help when Aramile steped his ground in front of Legacy, leaping over towards the immense lion and standing alongside Aramile. It was a bold move for Fire, indeed since he never usually fought anyone unless his brother was alongside him. But, Aramile was a friend to him. And that's all Fire needed to get his strength going. The knowing that he had someone to back him up in a time of need.
"You never seem to be satisfied with what you want, Legacy... Ever since that I have heard of you and your evil tyranny throughout the land, I can't help but think the pitiful and gut-wrenching life you live... When I was one of your... 'helpers' and you first saw me... You barely recognized me... To think that after all of these years of not seeing you and now seeing your old and hardened self... Heck, you haven't changed... That emptiness inside of you still exists... My family never regretted taking me away from you when I was old enough... You think that I wasn't thinking of who took away my brother?... And don't you dare tell me otherwise, Legacy... My family never regretted taking me away from you when I was old enough... Only a fool would come between the bond of brothers... You.. are slowly eating away at yourself... And like Sheek said... You are going to die one way or another.. Maybe you won't expect it the way that you want it...."

Legacy just sat there looking at Fire as he made his little speech, an unamused expression on his face the whole time. He still had the gash covered with his paw. And when Fire finished speaking, Legacy just snarled slightly.
"Please Fire..."
He said like it bored him.
"Spare me the tale of your weakling brother and your pathetic family..."
Turning his head to the side he acted as though he couldn't have cared less.
"Now both of you, out of my way, so I may finish this...."
Standing up on three legs, Legacy got ready as if to use his paw he had been covering the wound with and strike Fire and Aramile from his path. Teeth bared he got ready to take his paw off the wound for the split second he would need to dispose of them, but just before he was about to, his ear flickered. Frowning slightly, he looked off to the distance to his right.
"Out of all the times.... argh..."
He growled angrily as he seemed to watch something in the distance.
"You three are very lucky...."
He said looking back at the out of the corner off his eye before backing off slowly.
"It seems something else requires my attention.... I will be back for those two, you can count on that..."
He looked at Sheek and grinned.
"Besides, Sheek does not look as though he will live his little ordeal..."
Legacy's ear twitched again. He watched the others as he let out another growl before continuing to back away slowly on three legs. He could have, should have, would have, ripped them apart. But it seemed something else was preoccupying him right at that moment.
Des looked at Tef and smiled faintly as she placed Anmani on the ground for Des to take back into safety. But to Des's surprise, when he reached to grab Anmani, the cub withdrew and then made a small jump and clung to Tef's leg.
Looking on with mouth open in slight shock, Des couldn't understand what was wrong with Anmani.
"Anmani? What's wrong?"
He asked in a low worried voice as he reached for Anmani with one paw. But when the cub withdrew even more and clung tighter, even burying it's face in Tef's Leg, Des withdrew his paw. He frowned in sorrow at what was happening, and could only guess it was what he had done.
"I.... I guess, he wants to be with... you..."
Des chocked out in a trembling voice as he looked back up at Tef. He wasn't really sure what to say to her at that point, such a situation had never presented itself before.

Azure ran over to were Safila was standing over Jenna. Safila bent down to her mother. "You're not leaving us today mother.." Safila said and nuzzled her. Azure helped put Jenna on Safila's back and helped safila walk to a more deserted location away from the others, not too far though. Safila put Jenna down gently. "You're going to be fine mum.." Safila tried reassuring Jenna.

As Legacy started to back away, Aramile withdrawed his claws and looked at fire in his eyecorners as Aramile picked up Sheek on his back and started backing slowly away from the monster in front of them.
''Fire, where are the others..?''
Aramile asked, a piercing pain was within him, like something terrible happened during his absence.
''I know something's wrong, I have to find.. Jenna''
Aramile said as another piercing pain went through his very heart and body.

Safila turned to Azure. "You stay hear with Jenna, i will be back soon.." She said and looked around. "She saw legacy with some of the others, one of the others including her father. She ran at full speed straight towards him. "Father... come this way.. It's Jenna." Was all she said, she knew he would follow. She then ran back in the direction she had come from back to Azure and her mother.

Tef looked down at Anmani with a shocked expression. She hadn't expected the cub to act like that. She then heard Des' voice. She looked up at him, seeing the sorrowful frown on his face.
"Des.. I..." she started. But she had no idea of how to continue.
What should she say in a situation like this?
Tef flattened her ears. She felt sympathy towards Des. Seeing brothers in a situation like this made her feel bad.
With a sigh Tef lifted Anmani to her back.
"I'm sorry" she muttered to Des, not daring to look at him. She stared at the ground instead, hoping that she knew what to do.

Sheek still gasping for air coulny give up
"I must Finish him" he growled
Sheek pushed himself off Aramile's back and landed on the floor with a Thud.
"I must"
"I must"
"I must" he growled
Sheek, using his his front legs, tried to push himself arcoss the ground, but his chest got tighter and tighter, another crack pelted the air as His ribs crushed even more so into his lungs.
Sheek raored in pain. He started coughing badley, and with every one, blood spelt on the floor from his mouth.
"No" he said trying to breath in air
"He Isnt Finshed" he growled
Sheek continud to drag himself acrooss the ground. Another final crack from his chest came. and sheek froze, and didnt move one bit.

Aramile turned around to look at Safila, telling him it was Jenna...
''..b..but Sheek!''
Aramile yelled and turned towards him, his constant resisting clearly proved what kind of a honorable lion he was.
''Fire!! Get him out of here!''
Aramile yelled to Fire as he turned around and raced towards where Safila had run to.

Jenna coughed once more. She knew she wasn't going to be there much longer, but she knew she had to tell them that she loved them, that she would never wander far, that she would always watch them. She closed her eyes momentarily and felt herself slipping. You have to stay AWAKE! She opened her eyes with a bang and watched as Aramile ran towards her. Stay awake for them!

Aramile panted heavily as he made his way towards Jenna, he noticed in horror that she was laying on her side, things didn't look bright.
Aramile roared as a tear ran down his cheek, this couldn't happen one more time, she had escaped fate before, and she for sure could do it again!
''Jenna!!!''
Aramile yelled as he got to her and nuzzled her cheek lovingly, trying to comfort her as best as possible.
''W..what is it love? What's wrong?''
Aramile said frustrated and scared, the fright in his eyes clearly shown.

Jenna smiled faintly. It faded as she saw the tear roll down Aramile's cheek. She raised a paw, face tight against the pain, and wiped it away. She coughed and quickly regained herself.
“Aramile...”
Here she paused and looked around. Everything seemed to have gone away. She saw Sheek fighting for his life yet standing still. She saw Fire running, and the others scrambling away. But the sound wasn't there, it seemed as if it was in slow motion. She turned back to Aramile and Safila.
“Safila...Aramile...I love you both. Whether I am here or away, I will watch over you, I will never break the promise to myself. I told myself when I met you that I would never let you down...”
She stopped to cough.
“That I would never let you down, that I would always love you. I hope I have done so in your eyes...”
She closed her eyes, she faded away, she went home.
OOC: I'm crying at the moment...

Safila couldn't hold it all in any longer. She fell to the ground, landing gently ontop of her mother, tears streaming down her face onto her mothers fur.

Sheek lay there motionless, Legacy went out of his site. His breathing was going very thin
what have i done, What have i done
he thought to himself, sheek started feeling dizzy, his eyes futtering, trying to hold on
In the Distance, Sukari Seen that Legacy has gone for some reason, sukari used this opputuntity and ran as fast as she could over to sheek
"Sheek hold on" she yelled sadley
Sukari Stooped infront of him
Tears running down her eyes, she knew this was it, he was going, and he is dying fast
Sukari scooped her body underneath sheek. She used all her muscle power to lift him up, she wast the strongest lion after all.
After she got sheek firmly on her back, she started to walk fast over to the group, her legs where killing her, she couldnt handle the weight, she leant side to side as she was walking fast towards the gruop, trying to keep her balance.
Sheek moaning and growling in pain Manged to say a few words
"Jenna, she is hurt, lay me beside her" he said very weakly
Sukari Nodded and kept on walking, she finally got to the others, not saying a word, she was becoming very depressed about the situation.
She got to the others and Lay Sheek beside Jenna
Sheek slowly lifted his head up to look up to the others, and in one last final breath
"Im.......sorry......for everything, but please live on. Look after each other, look after each other like i would of loved to look after you, i love you all as a family, and i love you Sukari, with all whats left of this black heart of mine, i will watch all of you......always, and i will watch our child Sukari".
Sukari had loads of mixed emotions, she smiled faintly but she was very upset. She stood over sheek and Kissed sheek for the last time again. Sheek Put his Paw over Sukari's Belly and smiled.
Sheek's expression chnaged suddenly, His chest gave up and sheek couldnt breath any longer, sheek tried to push out his chest to try and breath but nothing happened. He rested his Head On Jenna's Back. Sheek knew exactly what had happened to her, a throw like what Legacy done to her and how awkard she landed is fatal.
A Tear came out of his eye
Sheek rested his head on Jenna and Layed his remainding front paw on Safila and then Exhaled the remaining air in his lungs and closed his eyes calmly, and didnt move a bit. His heartbeat ecoing around the gruop began To slow down. His paw slowly brushed off Sukari's Belly and hit the ground with a slight thud. His whole body Never Moved again.
Sukari breathed in and out quickly. Tears running down her eyes. She closed them, that all she wanted to see.......Black and empty. because she wanted to see what she was feeling. Black.........and epmty.
She fell to the ground after all the weight she carried while carrying sheek and lay beside him, wrapping herself around him, and Safila and began to cry, Her head Buried in Sheek's fur. She just lay there for several moments, Crying and hiding her head.

Safila cried even more when Sheek stopped moving. She dug her head into jenna's, sukari's and sheek's fur.
" why do bad things always happen to this group... why doesn't someone just kill us all in one shot and be done with it?" She said between gasps of air while she was crying.

Tef lifted her head up as she heard Sukari yelling at Sheek. She watched as her friend carried Sheek back to the group, as Sheek took his final breaths, as Jenna also seemed to have died.
Tef couldn't take it anymore. A tear rolled down her cheek as she looked at her brother.
She started sobbing. She wanted to walk to Sukari, to comfort her friend. But her legs refused to do so. Helplesly she let her head fall down as her tears almost blinded her. She blinked her eyes, not seeing properly.
Sorry, Sheek... she thought, flattening her ears.
Sorry if I doubted... I will remember you, and never think less...
Tef closed her eyes in sorrow, not really paying any attention to what happened around her.

The wind blew around the heartbroken “family”, whispered that everything would be alright. It was the dawning of a new era, one without Sheek, one truly without Jenna. They were gone, there was no “bringing them back”. But new times were ahead as the sun broke through the clouds that threatened to add ever more water to the scene. In the distance a young male walked through the grass, but the sight that met his light eyes was not one of pure beauty. It was broken, a scene of hurt, of death. He froze in his tracks. Two lay there, eyes closed, one a male, one a female, others crowding them, crying on each other's shoulders. His name was Kairu.
He stayed a small distance away, he didn't want to intrude. This was bad enough, a stranger in their midst would be worse.

(Wow.... Miss one day and loads of stuff happens....>.<)
Fire agreed with Aramile and then sprinted over to where Sheek was hopelessly trying to regain his goal, seeing Sukari had already done his job and cursed under his breath. As he watched the drama occuring in the distance, it was very awkward for him since he couldn't truly compare himself to their troubles because he had no idea what they were going through. Maybe Tef since she was losing a brother, but... It was hard for them....
Fire saw a lion in the distance and thought it was best for him to greet his presence. It would help not only the group but himself cope with the current situation at paw. He walked over to him in a walk that only had a purpose of getting himself to the lion. "Hello... I'm sorry that you had to cast your eyes on this scene... It's not exactly the most 'heartwarming' thing in the world.." He chuckled softly at the comment and stood beside the lion.

Sukari took her face away from sheek. Sniffing in sorrow, she stood up slowly.
"Goodbye Sheek" she said quitley
Sukari gave safila a hug of comfort, Sukari Then stood up and Walked to Tef
"Im Sorry Tef, Nothing we could do, sheek is gone, But We will always stick togther"
Sukari looked to the others
"We all will"
Sukari Looked back at Tef
"I am honoured to know you tef, for being the sister of the most bravest and Lovable Lion I have been with"
"I am hounered to know you tef, as great friends we have been all these years and finally seeing each other once again"
Sukari Hugged Tef, and broke up in tears again, he hugged tighter and didnt want to let go.
Sukari Looked around to see Safila, and Aramile very upset. Sukari tooked at tef and gave her a nuzzle on the Shoulder and walked over to Safila and Aaramile.
"She will always be with you, she will always be by our side, You too especially"
Sukari Hugged Aramile and Safila and stood back up again. Looking at Jenna and Sheek. Now resting peacfully. Sukari walked and lay down besides Sheek again. She put her Paw on Sheeks Mane and \Stroked it softley. Sukari Burried her head in sheek's Fur again.

Aramile froze in horror as he saw his love joining their ancestors in the far east, along the mists. He trying to remain calm, but it was like a bomb had just blowed up within him...
''This can't be true.. not again''
Aramile said as he layed down, his head on Jenna's now completely still paw as he gave it a loving lick and then closing his eyes to breathe in her scent for the last time.
Aramile slowly began crying and felt how the tears started streaming down his cheeks, his heart had been blown to pieces, he held a paw tight to his chest as a shrieking pain shot through his body, he roared as he knew that his heart was never to be fulfilled again.
''I promise J..jenna, that I will live on.. And take care of the group.. I will try''
Aramile said as he stood up and looked into the distance, having someone within his very mind.
''I must go... I will return soon with help..''
Aramile said as he then looked down at the body of his love again.
''I will bring her, and take her to a place... I dont want you to follow me''
He said as he crouched down and licked Jenna's cheek once and then placed her upon his back.
''I will return soon, around dawn.. With help from a good friend of mine''
Aramile said as he looked at the others.

Kairu turned to the lion now at his side. He shook his head, a hurt expression upon his face.
“I...I cannot say anything but sorry...”
A sudden thought struck him. It was strange that this lion, obviously of the group, did not grieve with them.
“Not to be rude, but why aren't you over there? My name's Kairu by the way, call me Kai. And you are?”
The lion seemed a bit older than Kai, but only by a little, so he felt he could talk to him.

Des was still awe struck at his brothers reaction. But he snapped out of it pretty fast when Tef started sobbing. Looking around he seen the rest of the group. The first thing he noticed was that Legacy was gone, and he was praising that fact. Though, what was still left was pretty bad....
Sheek and Jenna seemed very worse for wear, and the rest of the group was in shambles.
Turning his head a bit more, he noticed Fire and another lion. He didn't give it much thought, instead turning his attention back to the group. Sukari was in tears over Sheek, and Safila over Jenna. Aramile seemed to want to try and fix the problem, but Des could tell things weren't going to be so easy.
Anmani at the time, was hugging himself around Tef's neck, his head still buried in her fur.
Des looked back at Anmani and Tef. A look of sorrow appeared on his face as he looked at the two of them. And for a moment he hesitated. He looked over at the others and sighed lightly, before walking over and sitting beside Tef and nuzzling her slightly.
He could have said some reassuring words, but he wasn't sure what to say in the given situation. What could he have said? It was her brother who was dieing after all, and he was her best friends mate to add to that...

Azure looked at Safila. "I am sorry safila... but i cannot bare to see you and the rest of your group in so much pain.." She nuzzled her gently. "I must leave you again.." She smiled at her then walked off into the distance.
Kisima looked around and saw a group of older cats. She walked up to 2 males and tugged on one of their tails. The other one had a mane as red as fire, she then looked back at the one that's tail she had pulled. "Excuse me mister.. but umm.. do you know where i am?" The little cub said staring up at him with big eyes.

Aramile gave a last look towards the others as he picked Jenna up on his back and started to walk quite fast towards the horizon, where his eyes had caught something in the distance. It was Alatarion, and he was going to help Aramile get Jenna buried the correct place.

Alatarion gave forth a slight sigh as he noticed what Aramile was carrying on his back as he neared him.
''Aramile...'' Alatarion said and sat down and brushed his mane.
Aramile sighed as another tear ran down his cheek.
''This time, there's no returning. She's still with you, and she will not leave you'' Alatarion said and gave him a slight hug, making sure that Jenna wouldn't fall off his back.
Aramile sighed again as he looked up on Alatarion. Alatarion was a very big and muscular lion, though with a suffering heart after his father, the hate still lurking within him as they spoke.
''We should go to the holy ground.. you know what I am talking about'' Alatarion said as he looked at Aramile with a raised eyebrow.
''Yes Ala.. I do''
Aramile replied as they began to walk towards a big hill where some other lions was apparently awaiting them.
''Get out of here..'' Alatarion said and growled menacingly at the lions and they disappeared as quickly as possible. The ceremony began and shortly thereafter, Jenna had joined mother earth.
''God bless her and her parents..''
Alatarion said and drawed a cross in the soil.
''Now, you told me about another friend of yours, who also joined the ancestors.. who is he?''
Alatarion asked and looked at Aramile, Aramile trying not to look at Jenna's grave.
''Sheek.. was my brother.. Well, we were like brothers... But he turned out to had tricked us all apparently, and then not.. He just wanted his father to be proud of him, but in the end he understood what was going on''
Aramile said and clawed the earth once before standing up.
''I would like to meet your friends, I am all by myself now.. my father exiled me as you know''
Alatarion said and looked at Aramile in his eyecorners.
''Yes, because of your damned father... slaughtering beast he is.. just like Legacy''
Aramile said and then jumped slightly up in the air as Alatarion made a swift move up in front of Aramile.
''Legacy?.. Hmm... my father told me about him once, I dont know what they are.. Neutral to eachother, I dont know.. I just know that they are both bloodthirsty beasts''
Alatarion said and then appologized to Aramile for the scare.
''Now, let's go see your group, shall we?''
Alatarion said as he smiled a good friendly smile to Aramile.
''Yes... let's''

Shortly thereafter, they could see the group in the distance.

Fire turned to the lion with a small smile. "The name's Kito. But.. Call me Fire. The answer may seem simple if I tell you, but... If you take the time to look deeper into it, it actually is not simple at all.. I try not to surround myself with the hurt and sorrow that is mostly what I have lived throughout my life.. Those lions I hardly doubt that they haven't suffered as well, but... I can't sympathize for them... Not by a long shot.. Only my parents were slain and my brother taken away from me.. But... Some of them have lost more than that... I fell that it is my duty to be someone that is the optimist..."

Kisima stared up at the lion who had just said to call him Fire. "What's optimisimisimy?" She stared at him curiously wanting to know what he meant by this word.

Fire felt a little tug on his tail. It wasn't hard, so he knew it couldn't be anything big. He turns around and sees nothing, but his eye catches something down below, looking down and seeing the lioness cub. He smiles at her question and then moves over just a little so that she doesn't see the... 'incident'. "Heh heh. It's 'optimisim', little one.. And it's when you are always thinking about the good things in life."
He shakes his head while still smiling, trying to get a piece of fluff out of his cheek. "My name's Fire. What's yours, oh adventurous one?"

Kairu nodded, then looked down at the little one. He smiled in a kind manner before raising his head back to Fire. He noticed his small movement, it sheilded the cub from seing the end of the sobbing. It seemed to be drying up, but just to be sure, it was a good idea to block her veiw. Although not asked, Kairu decided to throw his name in, just for good measure.
"I'm Kai, and I'd like to know your name as well...if you don't mind, that is."
He looked up and noticed two lions on the horizon. He leaned to Fire and whispered in his ear.
"Their part of the group too, right?"

Kisima mumbled to herself, trying to pronounce the word optimisim. She then looked up at Fire and Kai as they asked of her name. "My name is Kisima." She said grinning. She giggled at the name fire had given her. 'oh adventurous one.'
