[Jenna]

Jenna smiled as she saw Sheek lay down and she ran quickly up to him, leaving Aramile to catch up to her.
"Sheek!"
She nuzzled him affectionatly. She had always thought of him as a sort of "father" but as a friend as well. But her grin quickly faded when she saw a tearstain on his cheek.
"Sheek.."
She titled her head to the side, a concerned look on her face.
"Sheek, what's the matter?"

[This Land]

Sheek Looks at jenna and tries to force a smile
"nothing" he said plainly
sheek stood up
"everything is just fine"
sheek stood still for a moment......quiet
sheek sighed in sadness
"Face it Jenna, you dont want to know me...........please dont like me........im not worth it"
"Ive known you ever since you was a little cub, i thought as you as a daughter to me, but i cant think that anymore, because i need to complete somthing, somthing that i promised to someone, i dont want to but i have to soon, its hard to explain, but you will know soon, but promise me, when you find out...........please just get away"
sheek sighed again
"Im sorry, jenna, this is making no sense, please ignore me"

"But one thing that i will do"
sheek put his paw deep into his mane, scratcing inside........sheek pulls out a lock of hair wrapped in a old vine. and places it on the ground
"Ive kept this ever since i found it, just after when i found you..........its that peice of your Father's mane i found when we was looking for him.......ive kept it ever since........i dont know why, i just did..........but now i feel you should have it back. As a symbol for you to remind me off. a symbol to show, no matter what i do.......i still care about you". he said emotionly
sheek stood up and paused in silence

[Jenna]

Jenna watched as the long forgotten lock was thrown at her paws and she shook her head. What Sheek was saying was laughable, yet the urge to laugh was not hers. What little words she could manage seemed to choked out of her, as if an object was making it twice as hard.
"What do you mean 'please don't like me'? Sheek.. I can't just stop respecting you and loving you as a..as a dad..."
The last word she whispered and she had to swallow hard before she continued.
"It's like...telling the sun not to shine or the birds not to sing because you said so! And Sheek...you can't leave. We need you!"

[This Land]

Sheek sighed
"i Knew this would be hard, Jenna, its to hard to explain is words. Jenna, please listem to me when i say i am not worth anything for you, or everybody esle, my whole life i have been living a lie, my whole life ive been playing a game, my whole life i have been........" sheek paused
sheek sighed again

"The more i talk about it the more upset i get, so i will just leave now, and i beg you for yourt forgiveness when i return............Im sorry" he said emotionly

"And Dont follow me" he suddenly said demandingly
Sheek took a few paces backwards and then turned and ran, the pain from his accident was keeping him in agony, but he carried on running.
After a while, Sheek Roared.......Calling out to him........to Him.

Safila looked up and saw Jenna talking to Sheek. he then ran off and left her standing there. "I will be back Fire.." She said and walked over to her mother. "Jenna.. are you okay??" She said and looked at her, concerned.

[Pulsar]

Des looked up at Azure as she approached him and asked was anything wrong. He couldn't help but smile faintly at her before looking back forward with a serious look on his face.
"No... Everything is fine... I was just taking some time to clear my head that's all..."
He said in a rather plain tone of voice as he stood up and turned to face her.
"What brings you out to talk to me?"
He asked curiously as he raised an eyebrow at her, but maintained his smile.

Meanwhile, Anmani was still with Safila and Fire as they played with one another. He merely sat there looking at the two lions with a tilted head, not exactly sure what game they were supposed to be playing.
He was never good with adults, most tended to be boring, but these two seemed pretty cool, though, a bit odd in their play. Saying nothing however, he continued to watch them play with one another, still trying to make out exactly what they were doing.

A short time after Sheek had roared, a tall figure appeared in the distance. Slowly but surely it made it's way closer to him. As it took each step it's image became all the more clearer. It finally reached Sheek, the lion towered him, it's eyes glaring down slightly but yet the figure had a plain face.
"It is nice to see you again Sheek..."
Said the figure in an unwelcoming tone of voice.
"I expect to hear only good news from you.... do tell, how are the plans going?"
It continued. Not really giving Sheek time to reply. But when Sheek seemed silent the figure got annoyed, but let out a deep breath.
"Do not tell me... You are having second thoughts..."
The lion sighed in anger.
"I would be disgraced to call you my son if that were so Sheek, so you best say what i want to hear, and quick...."
Upon examining the figure closely one could tell all too easy who it was, the black and white fur, dark purple mane, and emotionless red eyes....
It was no other then the fabled Legacy.... Time had taken a tole on the lion, but even at that rate he seemed strong and able to still put up a fight.
Leaning his head forward, he grinned evilly at Sheek.
"Now tell me son, what is your progress with that wretched group?"

Azure smiled at Desmani. "I dunno... you just seemed alone... so i thought i would come talk.." She replied, still smiling.

Aramile tilted his head and revealed a worried face as Sheek ran into the distance, Aramile had an idea of what was going to happen.. but it was all just so blurry within his very mind.
Aramile sighed and walked over and sat down beside Jenna, looking towards where Sheek had ran.
''Hm... poor guy''
Aramile only managed to say as he inhaled deeply and felt how the refreshing wind went into his nostrils and then back out again.

[This Land]

Sheek sucked up some air and let the air out slowly
"Hi Dad" he said plainly
"Havnt seen you for a while too" he said slowly
"Yes, the gruop is......."
sheek sighed, he didnt want to do this but he had no choice, this is what he was trained to do, A Spy
"They...........they.........are over"
sheek dropped his head down and closed his eyes
"Please have mercy on me you guys" he said very quietly
sheek started to shake and pionted with his paw the direction of the gruop.

"Father...........do it painlessly, i have had enough pain in my life"

[Fire]

Fire was looking over at Anmani when Safila went over to see if Jenna was all right, smiling as he looked over at the cub. "Well.. It look like it's you and me, little dude."

Fire had glanced over at Sheek talking to someone that he couldn't quite make out. The other was big, very big. Although, he was probably just a lion passing by and Fire thought nothing of it. Although, it made Fire a little suspicous when Sheek pointed to a direction that the group was somewhat near, again Fire can't really tell much since he was far away from the two lions.

[Jenna]

Jenna closed her eyes, willing herself to not see Sheek run away from them. She didn't notice the large figure now standing beside Sheek, didn't notice the act of pure betrayal that they would surely come to face. She turned to Aramile and shook her head at his small comment.
"You have no idea...let's just...go."

She didn't even wait for Aramile. What she wanted now was to see her "daughter", Safila.

[This Land]

It clisked into sheek now, what the purpose of his life was, thoughts ran through sheeks head.......
*He was born to be a spy
He was born to serve for legacy
The gruop he was with, he was with for too long it made him chnage into a normal lion
Sheek knew that he was put on this world to follow orders.

The last gruop he was with was for only a short amount of time, he told legacy where they where and legacy killed them, tahts how simple it was.

This will just be the smae with this gruop, but he has grown too attched to them, he knew he had to let go, and let legacy do the job.

Sheek Is Legacy's son, and no son Of Legacy can be as nice as he has been
He has to be Tough
Be A spy like he was trained to do
Be Like Legacy told him to be.

Sheek Stood up and stood beside Legacy
"IM sorry i took so long Father, for me to report them to you, i somehow grown attached to the gruop. But i Know i cant, Because i am Your son, and i dont want to Dissapoint you" he said plainly

"Comon......Lets go and get this over and done with, then i will find another gruop to get your paws on" he smiled Faintly.

Deep Deep Down, Sheek felt somthing, something towards Legacy, he couldnt describe what it was, but somthing was there, he just had to find out what it is.

[Jenna]

Sad or not, motherly instincts always work, and Jenna's were starting to kick in. She looked at the lion and Sheek, but noticed they were coming nearer to the group. A strange, prickling sensation arose on her neck and she moved habitually nearer to Aramile, whispering,
"I don't like that lion. Aramile, go to the group and stay put."
She looked at him and noticed the doubt.
"Please, just trust me."
She, on the other hand, stayed put. She wasn't going to let them down again.

[Kirsui]

Tef had been staring at the sky for a long moment. She felt a slight gust brush her face.
And with that gust came an odd feeling.
Mom? she though. No it wasn't her... It couldn't be her. I was just imagining it.
But the odd feeling didn't go away. She turned her eyes away from the sky and looked around worriedly. The group seemed to be fine, so it was something else.
Then she noticed Fire looking at something. Then Jenna too. Tef turned to look at the same direction they were looking at.
She saw Sheek.
With another lion.
What?
Something in the other lion looked familiar. She got a cold shiver from how familiar that lion looked. She flattened her ears and slowly stood up, focusing on Sheek and this other lion. Her tail swayed nervously as a worried expression came to her face.

Safila stood next to her mother and noticed she was staring at Sheek and another lion. "Who.. who is that other lion?" She asked quietly.

Azure looked up as she saw Tef, Fire,Jenna and Safila all staring at something. She looked around and saw Sheek standing with an unknown lion.

[Pulsar]

Legacy stood there listening to his son ramble on.
"Get a back bone Sheek, I didn't train you to be a weak minded simplton...."
Legacy said in a rather disappointed voice.
"You have been doing this years, this group should be no different then the last or any of the others before that..."
His voice was slightly scolding in tone. He needed to remind Sheek of his place and what his job was.
"Now if you will excuse me son, I have a little matter to attend to..."
Walking past Sheek, he started making his way in the direction of the group, and as he did a grin worked it's way across his face.
"We will talk about your disposition about doing your job when I am finished..."
Legacy said as he turned and looked at Sheek out of the corner of his eye before looking back at the group again.
As he got closer, he scanned the members to see what exactly he had to deal with. The only two he seen that would offer any fight however where two adult lions. The rest were either lionesses, adolescents and there seemed to be one cub. As he observed the members however, he noticed a few details about some of them.... very unforgettable ones. He noticed Des and Anmani and immediately recognized them as the sons of Mino, that annoying lion who openly apposed Legacy some time back and fought him. But he died like any other.
Then turning his head he seen something he didn't expect, it was Tef.
Out of all things he did not expect to see the likes of her here. But then again, he wasn't complaining, this made getting rid of this group all the more sweeter to his mind.
He turned his head back away from Tef and toward the middle area of the group.
His grin widened as he made his way toward Fire and Anmani, they after all seemed like the easiest target.

At this point Legacy was close enough for Des to make him out all too clearly. But the pure shock of the idea left him frozen in his place. He could only watch as the lion he knew walked over to Fire and Anmani. Then stop in front of the two and look down at Anmani.

"Hello there little one...."
Legacy said in a rather mischievous tone. But Anmani knew not what the lion was or who shall we say. He simply looked up at the lion.

At this point Des's eyes shot open and quicker then one could count, he was up and gone. Rushing past Azure without saying anything. He then slided to a halt so he stood over Anmani to the point one could not see the cub when looking down.
"What are you doing here!"
Des said in an aggressive yet trembling tone of voice.
"Come now Des, is that any way to treat an old enemy?"
Legacy replied.
"We have know each other for some time, I would assume you would treat me with better respect...."
He continued as his grin changed to a smirk.
But Des didn't reply, he just lowered down and growled slightly, as though ready to fight. Meanwhile, Anmani knew from his brother's reaction that something was wrong, but he didn't understand what exactly. With ears against his head in a scared fashion, he looked out from under his brother at the big lion.

Then all three went silent to see which one would make the next move. Legacy had taken no attention on Fire who was standing right there. He thought he would play with Des and Anmani first then get rid of the rest.

[This Land]

Sheek stoff there still as legacy walked towards the group
Sheek started shaking, all his friends there about to get killed.

Sheek suddely slapped himself around the head

"Comon sheek, you wasnt like this before, you have seen lions die before many of times, this should not affect you, you have just been here for too long, Snap out of it sheek" he said angrily too himself

Sheek started walking over slowly, until he got to besides Legacy. Sheek smiled faintly as legacy and the rest of the gruop. he had to get Legacy's trust back.

"Here they are father, as you told me too, the group of lions" he said plainly
"if i was you everybody, i would not try to fight him, you will die instantly" he said demandingly

Sukari Walked up to sheek and legacy, it took her by pure shock, to actually relise that sheek and legacy was working togther.

"Sheek, how could you, HOW COULD YOU!!!" she said angrily upset
Sheek focused on Sukari
"Im sorry Sukari, legacy is my father, you wouldnt think i did really hate him?"

Sheek looked at Legacy and smiled and looked back at Sukari.

"Sukari, I did love you, i always did, but my father comes first" he said plainly

Sukari was speachless, tears ran down her cheek
"Sheek" she scweeked quietly

"im sorry Sukari, but after this, i will return with legacy, and go out again, to find another gruop to gain my trust and to be killed" he again said plainly

[Fire]

When the unknown lion started walking over to where Anmani and himself were, it was coming clearer and clearer who he was. But, as he approached him and Anmani, he shot his eyes wide open and stood up straight for attention. The reasoning for this was that he was ready for anything that Legacy could do to him, phsyically or mentally. His voice... sent shivers down his spine. Especially when he talked to Anmani. He couldn't imagine Legacy having cubs. His voice reminded the lashings during the training regiems and...... his brother.....

It was actually grateful that Des took protection over Anmani since at least he had some sort of backup alongside him. But, Des was showing signs of aggression, and with a quick size comparison with his eyes, odds were not looking good. Fire whispered over to Des in a harsh tone without moving his head. "Des! I'm taking Anmani..... Let me get him out of here, ok?..."

[Kirsui]

Tef gasped and her eyes shot wide open as the recognition hit her. She knew only one lion with black fur and purple mane. No wonder he had looked so familiar to her, no wonder she had felt scared.
"F-father?!" was the only thing she could say.
Then she noticed Sheek.
No... He couldn't... she though. But that thought faded away as she understood. He had been acting, working for Legacy all the time.
I should have realized, she though, flattening her ears and taking a step backwards. But he's my brother!

Tef knew she was trying to fool herself to believe in that. She had fooled herself to believe her borther was like her, a kind being who escaped from Legacy.
How stupid she had been!
Tef's eyes turned steel green as she forced herself from backing away. No, she wasn't a coward, she would never be one! Instead of backing away, she lifted her head up slightly and walked closer to them. She had a cold expression on her face, hiding the fact how scared she was under it. She stopped right beside Des, nodding her head slightly to Legacy.

"Has been a while since I last saw you... father" she said coldly, not paying any attention to Sheek. She had trusted him, she was sure everyone else in the group had trusted him.
And yet still he was now no more than a traitor in her eyes. Yes, he had said her not to think less of him. But after what he had done...
Tef shook those thoughts away, paying attention only to Legacy and what he might do.

[Pulsar]

Legacy just looked at Tef with a blank expression.
"How very nice to see you again, my dear sweet daughter...."
He spoke back in an equally cold tone of voice, but with a hint of disgust added to it. Turning his head he looked at Fire then. He raised an eyebrow ever so slightly as he recalled the lion.
"Ah... Fire... I had a feeling you looked familiar to me...."
He said in an all to friendly tone of voice.
"But where is your brother? Not with you this time it would seem..."
That fact legacy was all to aware of, and he thought he'd remind Fire of it too.
"I'm surprised at this I must say, Sheek has never before brought me so many traitors...."
He looked at Tef, then Fire, then at Des.
"And very important ones also...."

At that point Des looked at Fire then with one paw slowly moved Anmani out from under him and toward Fire.
"Take Anmani and get out of here Fire..."
Des didn't need to say anything to Anmani, the cub knew straight away something was wrong and when shoved toward Fire, jumped on the lions back. Des then looked at Fire with a look that he was hopping his trust was placed well.
"Now go!"
He whispered in a low tone.

Legacy just watched them. He could see what they were doing, yet he was so sure he would kill them all, that he didn't stop Fire from running away with Anmani if he wanted to.

"What is it you want Legacy? Didn't you ruin our lives enough as it is?"
Des said in an opposing tone.
"My, my, you are alot like your father, do you know that Desmani?"
Legacy said grinning.
"You better damn well believe it...."
Des said growling at Legacy's comment.
"Hehehe, yes.... and if I recall correctly, he died...."
Was all the evil lion said in response.
But it was enough to completely anger Des.
"HOW DARE YOU SPEAK OF MY FATHER IN SUCH A TONE!"
He yelled at Legacy in a boomed and aggressive voice.
"Don't think for a second you can mention his name... A monster like you doesn't even deserve life..."
He continued, not caring about the consequences of his words.
"HA! Don't make me laugh..."
Legacy said amused.

"Laugh? You can't laugh! You don't have feeling, no emotions...."
Des replied in retaliations.
"You're just some spoiled brat, who when he can't have his way, removes those that don't agree.... I'm even surprised you have it in you to kill the lions yourself..... you're pathetic Legacy, nothing more, you amount to nothing in this world... when you die, no one will sing of your deeds or you.... you'll be lost, no one will or does care about you..."
Des rose back up to a relaxed height and raised his head up high as if to look at Legacy in disgust.
"And frankly, i find that sad...."

Everything went silent after Des's little rant, one could tell it had hit Legacy, for the lion's eye twitched slightly.

[This Land]

Sheek Just stoof there listening to them ranting, this feeling for legacy grew stronger in sheek, Sheek still couldnt describe it.

"Legacy.......Get this over and done with, i need a fresh start" he said impatiently

Sukari Walked up to sheek
"Sheek, i thought you loved me.......properly, the great times we had, the very first time i met you in ages, your emtion then couldnt be said in words, Only your love to me couldnt exaplin how happy you felt when you met me. Why the sudden chnage in heart sheek.........why" she said upset

sheek Sighed
"I Loved you Sukari, you meant everything to me, But i understand now that i have been in this happy gruop too long before i met you, when i did, i chnaged, but now i have to get back on track, and carry on with my objectives from my Dad"
sheek sighed again
"Sukari........I never ran away from my dad, Nor did my dad scare you away for no reason, I told him to, because i wanted to be alone with him and fight for him, and i couldnt have you by my side while i did. The only reason why i was uprised to see is because of the natural reaction of not seeing a lion a knew for a very long time and plus my personalty chnaging when i was in that gruop for a while, my heart couldnt stop the sensation of love for you"

"But now i know, Legacy is here and it has brought me back to reality as why i am here, to be by my father's side"

Sukari just stood there in shock, she manged just to say a few words
"Our Future Cub Will Not know his father then"

Sheek's heart jumped a beat,
"What?" he said in shock

[Kirsui]

Tef kept the cold expression on her face when Legacy spoke to her. Then she forced herself to keep calm when Des made his little comments.
Run, Tefnut! a voice shouted inside her mind. Run now that you can and save yourself!
Tef blinked her eyes momentarily, hoping that no one noticed it.
No... I can't leave my friends to die alone...
When Des had finished and all became silent, Tef gathered her thoughts and spoke again.

"Did I just hear you call me... A traitor?" she asked her father with a lifted eyebrow. Her eyes still had their steel green colour.
"Funny... I don't see a reason that gives you the right to call me that."
She paused for a moment, as if stopping to think.
"Or was it because I ran away?" she asked with a slightly amused tone. Her amusement, however, wasn't real.
"Let me tell you something, father..." she continued before anyone could say a thing. "You made a mistake, many years ago. You let mother raise me away from the pride, away from you."

Tef paused again, her eyes flashed slightly.
"I could be in the same situation as my brother" she continued glaring at Sheek with disgust. "But I am not. And why? Because you didn't keep me fully with the pride, fully under your 'watchfull eye', as I could say."

Tef flattened her ears, making sure that the white spots behind her ears were seen. Deep inside she felt scared, but she wasn't going to run. Not before she had said everything she needed to say. It was silent for a moment, then Tef tilted her head slightly, gazing up to the sky momentarily. Her eyes turned from steel green to dark and they seemed to have a soft look in them. Then she turned to look at Legacy again.

"So it has now come to this..." she muttered, doing it so loudly that everyone around her could hear her. "First it was mother, now it is me... You called us both traitors, and yet we had done nothing. Nothing else than being what best suited our nature... Being leopards!"
Tef's eyes turned back to their previous steel green colour.
"Why don't you just die and go to hell, father..." she said on a disgusted tone of voice that had a hint of sadness in it. "Because that's exactly where you belong."

[Jenna]

Jenna's eyes flew open. Not...not Legacy! But what made her tremble, both with fear and with anger was Sheek.
"HOW COULD YOU?!!!!!!"
She screamed her heart out and ran as fast as she could, protecting those she didn't know and those dear to her heart. She glared at the demon, the monster, the pathetic excuse for a lion so hungry for power that it had to be eating him up inside.
"You...you are a MONSTER!!!!"
She could feel the anger welling up inside of her, and aged though she might be, she was still the fighter they remembered from the days of Mino.
She attempted to scratch the lion's leg, knock him down...but she would need help.

Sheek stared at Sukari
"I will be a Dad" he Just Manged to say

Sukari closed her eyes and slowly hung her head down facing the ground

Sheek turned his head to Tef, His Sister, she is in anger
He then turned his Head to Jenna, The Lioness he promised to keep safe, she is in anger
He turned his head to Des, the son of on of the bravest lions he has ever seen, he is in anger

What have i done, everybosy in this gruop must have trusted me with their lifes, and now because of me, thats exactly what goin to be taken from them. I have lived all my life, taking orders, being Legacy's spy. And not once hasmy father praised me for my work. I has never once felt good for what I have done for him. But i Feel so good for the things i have done in the past for this gruop. And now, the bond between me and Sukari and now permantly been made, she is expecting a Cub, i have always really loved her, and now i will be father. its just now that ive realised that Legacy is draining all my emotion, and i dont like it. I want to be the lion i was like before, i want to carry on being the lion i was, and not the lion i was meant to be, but the lion i want to be. Legacy is Brainwashing me, and i cant escape that, he is chaging me to be like him, but i cant be like him. And there is only one way now that i can stop him chnaging me.

Sheek looked at Tef
"Tef, Remember, Everything i told you, and everything i told you before i left, Do it Now"
Sheek winked at her

Sheek looked over at Sukari
"God Bless our future child and take care of him"

Sheek looked at Jenna
"Im sorry jenna, im sorry i cant keep my promise i said to you when i very first met you, Let Aramile take care of you and you take care of safila"

Sheek Looked at Des
"Des, do what you gotta do, Let Mino's blood chain carry on"

Sheek walked infront of Legacy

"Father, i cannot stand this pain any longer, i cannot stand you any longer, I had this feeling deep down inside for you, and i just realised what it is, My Hatred towards you, You have been making me into somthing that i am not, i must have too much of my mother inside you, and thats proberly why you killed her, she was too nice. I am not this Lion you want me to be, I am not comfortable killing Innoscent lions anymore, i have had a taste of life with this gruop that show love, and friendship, and thats the life i want, Like my Mother. "

"I made a promise to all of these guys, and its a promise i will keep, you ........are ..........not..........going.........to..........TOUCH THEM" he roared in Anger

[Jenna]

Jenna's trust was gone. She pushed Sheek out of her way and glared at him.
"Don't PRETEND! You are just as bad! You betrayed us! Don't even THINK about standing in front of ME!"
She glared, the tears pouring down her face.
"All this time, I TRUSTED YOU! And you left US! You left just as if we were sticks, you called on your FATHER to kill us, to squish us as if we were bugs!"
In her anger, she scratched Sheek across the cheek, and three, thick lines of blood poured over, reminders of her hate, her anger.

[This Land]

Sheek wiped the blood off his cheek and put his paw back on the ground and looked over at Jenna
"Think what you want to think Jenna, You have only just returned to the gruop with a loss of memory, it now seems that your memory has retunred if you can remember that your trusted me, and still trust me," he said sadly

[Pulsar]

Legacy stood there as the lions seemed to drone on and on about things that meant nothing to him. Rolling his eyes he watched as Tef slandered him, Sheek changed sides, and the lioness called Jenna seemed to lash out.
But what he did next, and was something unsuspecting, even to Des who had not taken his eyes off Legacy for a second. Legacy jumped up over Fire grabbing Anmani off his back, then turned around and jumped backward out of range of everyone.
"NOO!"
Des roared angrily as he made to sprint at the lion.
"Ah ah ah, not so fast, you come any closer and I'll break his neck like a twig..."
Legacy said with a grin as he held up Anmani in one paw by the neck. Anmani squirming to get free but to no use.
"Des! Help!"
He said in a frantic/scared tone of voice.
This was enough to freeze Des in mid sprint as he slid to a halt a couple of meters away.
"Leave him alone Legacy!"
He growled.

The lion just continued to grin.
"I'm afraid I can not do that..."
he started in a plain yet oddly at the same time cheery tone of voice.
"You see, there were only two lions I came here for, and it was you and Anmani...."
He said looking at Des.
"Frankly you people give yourselves too much credit..."
Looking at the others as he spoke, his grin got wider.
"I could not care less if any of you life or die, even if it is Sheek or Tef..."
He raised Anmani up beside his face.
"I am just here for this one..."
His voice rang in a demonic tone as he spoke the sentence.

"Unlike the rest of you, their father did not just oppose me in words, he had the back bone to go and openly apposed me, even make an army to overthrow me..."
He lowered his arm which held Anmani back down to waist level.
"So you see, I can not have that incident happening again, so I must eliminate that lions blood line, before they take like him..."
He laughed.
"You all actually thought i gave a thought to whether you lived or not?"
He laughed again, this one being deeper then the last.
"Spare me, I would not give that thought the time of day, merely thinking about killing all of you is a waste of my time...."
He paused and raised an eyebrow.
"However.... I guess I could kill you all now, just for the sake of it.... seeing as how you seem rather content on the idea that I am going to..."

Legacy was enjoy this, the chaos of the moment, and how he was in control of what happened.
"Leave Anmani alone Legacy! He is just a cub, he doesn't know anything..."
Des pleaded, as a tear formed in his eye. His baby brother meant the world to him, if he died, Des wouldn't know what to do...
"And why should I not? I could just kill you all now..."
Legacy replied in an eager tone of voice.
Des's eyes shifted left and right along the ground as his mind raced through any idea to fix the situation. The only real thing that came to his mind was that the others were stupid enough to get caught up with each other and not pay attention to Legacy.
"Well, no time like the present as they say...."
Legacy said as he raised his arm up with Anmani in it, getting ready to kill the cub.
"NOO! WAIT!"
Des screamed out taking a step forward.
"Oh Do not worry, you will be next, then the rest of your self righteous group..."
Legacy replied before laughing.

"Wait Legacy! Please! Don't do it! I... I'll!...."
Des choked on his words, he knew the group couldn't take Legacy no matter how much they out numbered him, and he wanted Anmani to live.
"I'll make you a deal!"
Des finally blurted out.
Legacy had been focusing on Anmani who had been squirming, getting ready to snap the cubs neck, when Des's words hit hie ear. Ears perked up, Legacy looked at Des with a raised eyebrow.
"What type of 'deal'?"
He asked curiously as he lowered Anmani back down.
Des paused and looked at the ground again, then turning his head, looked at the other, before looking at Anmani.
Anmani in turn looked up at his brother, and for a brief second their souls locked, brother to brother, they could see in each others eyes what each one was feeling. Des knew his brother was scared beyond recognition. Thoughts about his brother ran through Des's mind. How Anmani still had a life to live and a world to experience.
"If you let Anmani and the others go....I-I'll will......."
Des paused, eyes still locked with Anmani.
"I'll swayer and dedicate my life to you and doing your will..."
He finally finished before closing his eyes shut.

Anmani just looked on in awe at his brother and what he had said. But Legacy looked on with a raised eyebrow.
"And what of Anmani? No doubt he will try to avenge you and Mino... why should I let him live?"
Legacy questioned. Des opened his eyes and looked up to meet the red ones of Legacy.
"He is just a cub, over the years he'll learn to forget and move on... I promise the group will leave these lands forever and go far away if you let them live...."
Des replied.
"Hmmmmmm...."
Legacy pondered the idea.
"And you would serve me without any note of weaving of Faith?"
He asked further.
"Yes, I will serve you to the end..."
Des replied to the question.

Legacy looked at the group and wondered how Des could make such a sacrifice, the adolescent was smart, he seemed to know they stood know change against him.
"Very well.... I accept the terms of your agreement..."
Legacy finally said after a few minutes of silence.
Between the three of hem, the rest of the group seemed none existent to some extent.
"You will come here before I release Anmani..."
Legacy said sternly, knowing in doing this h couldn't be double crossed.

And what was worse? Des obeyed, without hesitation or resistance. His will to fight at that moment had seemed to just fall apart into nothing. So head hung low, he walked over with eyes closed up in front of Legacy. At which point Legacy let Anmani go and placed him on the ground. Anmani didn't look back at the lion but merely ran and clung to one of Des's legs.
"Big brother, why?"
Was all he could say as tears ran down from his eyes as he buried his head in Des's leg. Des sat down and place a paw on Anmani's back, rubbing it slowly.
"It's ok Bro.... I've lived an eventful life.... you still have to live yours...."
He whispered in a low voice as he lowered his head to Anmani's ear.
"In time you'll learn to forget and move on, live your life to it's fullest...."
Des paused a moment.
"This time, I just wont be there with you..."
At that point Anmani looked up into his brothers eyes.
"But... I'll never forget my brother..."
Anmani replied before hugging Des's leg tighter.

Legacy just watched the two in disgust, he hated love and compassion, and that scene was making him sick to his stomach.
"Alright, enough...."
He said growling.
"Time to go Des..."
He then looked at the group.
"You, better all leave here like Des said you would, or I will end up having to kill every one of you..."

Des stood up as Anmani let go of his leg, the two looking at each other before Des walked up and stood beside Legacy before turning to face the group.
"Please guys, do as he says, and go....."
As Des spoke, Anmani walked over to the group, but all that time, he looked back at his big brother, at that moment in time, Des was more a hero to his little brother then any other courageous lion he had ever seen.
"We all know we can't take Legacy, so please...... Don't fight, just go and live your live....."
he said as he looked at each member.
"If not for youselves..."
He paused and looked at Sheek and Sukari.
"Then for your desendants...."
He closed his eyes as a tear ran down his cheek.
For Anmani....
Was the last thought running through his head, and the only thought that would ever keep his life going from that point on....

Sheek Shoved Des away from legacy and then turned his face to Legacy

"Legacy, you was a great father, but im afraid i connot live the life you expected of me, And Be it Mine or Your Life............It Ends Now" sheek said coldy

Sheek turned his head to the rest of the gruop
"You guys, i am sorry for what i done, but if you have any sense or trust left, use it now and go, Leave........Run. Leave me to him, I have done a stupid misatke of bringing legacy Here, and im going to end it."

Sheek turned to Sukari
"Sukari, Leave, lead the gruop away, and please trust me, and tare care of our future cub."

Sukari, tears running down her face, he shook her head
"No, i will not leave you..."

"Sukari....GO......NOW" sheek said loudly

Sheek Bared his claws and pounced as hard as he could onto Legacy, Sank his Claws into Legacy's chest and pinned Him To the ground.

"EVERYBOSY.....RUN.........NOW!!!!!!" he raored

"No Sheek.......NO" sukari screamed

While Sheek was there, trying as hard as he could to keep legacy pinned, his stregnth was giving away, Legacy was still strong.

"Sukari, and the rest of you guys......"

"You must go now, and live on, I dont care if any of you hate me, let that be your opinion , but please for me, Run.......Run now, and never look back.........Never Look back"

"And Sukarui, i Love you, always have, forget what i said, i just said it to to look good infront of Legacy, and such a idiot i was".

Tef had been watching in horrow what Des was doing. She hadn't been able to do anything, just stare.
Oh no... Not Des... she though desperately.
Then Sheek had jumped in, telling the group to run away when he had pinned Legacy.

"I ask you to not think less of me. And this may seem harsh, but when the time is right and you know it will be......Do what i say."

Tef snapped out of her thoughts when the words Sheek had said to her previously came back to her mind.
"Everyone!" she shouted on a loud and steady voice. Even if there should have been fear in it, she had put that aside, replacing it with her strong will to get her friends safe.
"Do as he says, and RUN! NOW!"
She didn't know what she was doing, but carefully she picked up Anmani, placing him to her back and then turning to run away from what would happen next.
Deep inside she hoped that the others would follow, escape, get away from Sheek and Legacy. But if they wouldn't, atleast she would get Anmani safe.
Her eyes had got dark green again, and she felt tears flowing down her cheeks.
