Hello, and welcome to the 12 Stones of Magic RP's sign up thread!  Description of the RP:
For a long time the savannah has been peaceful. But now, an old volcano has come back alive. The eruption would destroy a very large area, even the most important parts of the savannah and other land areas that surround it.
There is one way to stop the eruption. A group of brave creatures have to collect 12 magical stones and throw them into the fiery lava inside the crater. All the stones are hidden in different places, each stone guarded by something powerful. And yet what’s worse, only one person knows where the stones are hidden.

Ooo, sweet! Sign me up for one character. I think I will be using Lorien...as I really like her abilities, and she's my favorite to roleplay...
Buuut, if it calls for it, I could always make up a new character to help with the plot, Kir. This seems like an intricate one that will call for a lot of in-advance planning, so if you need any help with that, let me know.

I've never really thought of that, but I've always pictured it as a usual stratovolcanoe x) I hope it's not a super volcano, cause then they're all screwed XD

Stratovolcano does sound right for the job. The landscape seems to be sort of flat with just one volcano sprouting out of it. Are we in the African Rift Valley? You can get some weird volcanos there.
Probably a felsic beastie? It's doing alot of rumbling but no actual erupting. That indicates that the lava is stalling inside the volcano because it is viscous...which means high silica content...which means a felsic volcano.
A caldera sounds like fun, but it may not be one of those...unless we zoom out and find outselves standing in some huge crater with many vents within.

The type of volcano doesn't matter. This is the Fantasy section after all, so basically everything is possible here. I have plans for the volcano, and if you've read any of the RP posts you might notice that it looks more like a normal mountain than a volcano. This thread, however, is not the right place to discuss about this. This is for signing up characters, not general discussion, so posts that are not related on signing up the characters are basically SPAM. btw, Reswob.. what character were you planning to use? If it is the winged character whose profile you posted, you need to remember that you have to play another character that doesn't have wings as well in the RPs where you use the winged char. =3 |

Ok, your in charge of the volcano. I'm not challenging your athourity or something. I was just curious about it, where else could I ask about the volcano? I think it matters, different volcano types erupt in different exciting ways! But you probably have your own special eruption style...
In my personal experience, science is the greatest magic of all. It makes a good flavour when you blend it with pure fanatasy.
I have got some other character in mind.
