As Tef was telling Fire this, everytime he tried to ask a question, Tef would respond back without even Fire opened his mouth. "L-Legacy is your father??" Fire words were uttered out in shock. The kind, sweet friendly lioness that was standing before him had the most creul-hearted father? He looked down at his paws with disgust. "Now I know why Bleak follows you around everywhere..."
Fire's head was swimming around with the event that Tef just told him. He then took a look at Tef's body for a moment. It all was starting to connect more together. The spots on her fur was because of her mother. But, her facial features were from her father... Goddamn her father...
"Yeah... Thank you... I have always wondered about you, Tef... But, now I am glad that you told me this..."

"No problem, I guess" Tef replied. She then again looked around, in case that Bleak would have found her, allhough... She knew it was pointless to try and see him if he was nearby... Tef turned back to Fire. "Just... Be carefull, ok?" she said worriedly. "I don't want to see my friend die..." Tef turned to look at the jungle. She was about to go there, but she then suddenly remembered the fact how easily Bleak had found her. "I guess I've got a problem of where to go" she said and sighed.

Fire turned his head to Tef. "Come stay with us... Since I know you, the others won't chase you away. And I'm pretty sure Kiala wouldn't since she knows you. It would be really nice for you to be around..." He smiles at Tef.

Tef flinched. The idea of joining the Otana sounded good. But if she would do that, she would be inside the war, which she didn't want to. Thoughts ran fast through her mind. She didn't know what to do. Then again the image of Bleak came to her mind. "I..." she started speaking after a moment of silence. "I'm not sure if that's a good idea..."
Tef looked down to her paws. If she would join the Otana, she wouldn't be free anymore. She would have to stay at the Otana lands, knowing that some day she would run to Legacy or Bleak and maybe even fight them. That was something she wanted to avoid.
But if she would stay as a wanderer, she would have the chanche to wander around both lands. But then again, if she would try to do something to get peace between the prides, she would be noticed at some point, since Bleak was following her almost all the time.
Tef sighed and looked up to Fire. "I don't know what to do" she said. "I... I have to think about this." She stood up. "Keep the offer open" she said with a faint smile. "Who knows, maybe I will join Otana, but not before I think." Tef smiled and then walked up to Fire and gave him a friendly nuzzle. "See ya around" she whispered and then turned to walk away. She looked at the jungle, but if she went there, she would have to move to another area. Tef started walking, thinking about the offer Fire had given to her.

Fire watched Tef ponder over the ofer that he had given her. He couldn't figure out what was holding her back about making her decision. You wouldn't have to be between the war of the prides. He started running towards Tef and started walking slowly beside her. "At least if you stayed with us, you would have a better chance of not running into any of the Jahina or the Otana that don't know you..." He wasn't sure if he should say this. "And I know you don't want to cross paths with Bleak or Legacy at the given time for the moment..."
Was Fire said was true. So far, the war had started heating up ever since Mino got hurt. A lioness that Fire didn't know got ambushed by two members of Jahina and was scared to death. The reason that they jumped her was to convince her to join. Of course, she refused. Not a good mistake to make... She found her way back to the pride so scared, her eyes looked like blue bowling balls and her knees were like jelly.
"And this new lion... He probably doesn't know much about you, yet..." He looks over at Tef with pleading eyes. "Please... Come with us... I don't want to see you get hurt..."

Tefnut stopped walking. She closed her eyes and sighed. "I'm not sure if I can..." she whispered. "I would be tied up to this land that I do not know, surrounded by lions that don't know me, or on the other hand may regognize me as former Jahina and treat like... an enemy or something..." She sighed again. "I hate to say it, but if I join the Otana pride, I will be forced to stay out of everytyhing. And why? Because I couldn't go wandering very far on my own in case that Legacy or Bleak will find me." She flinched. "And one other reason" she continued. "I would get more involved with the war, maybe even with fights. Yes, I was rasied to be a fighter, so leaving me out would be a waste of skills needed against the Jahina. But if I'd fight, I'd start acting against the lines I've set to my self. I've noticed that with figting, there will be no end in this war, or in any other war. And *sigh* reaching the end of the war and peace are the things I'll be working for." Tefnut opened her eyes and looked to Fire. "I am sorry, Fire" she said on a sad tone. "I really am sorry, but at the moment I won't be able to join the Otana pride." Tef turned to look away. "But as I said to you, keep the offer open" she said after a moment of silence.

"Ok... I'll keep it open..." He looks down at the ground for a moment, a sullen look on his face and he walks away slowly, preparing himself mentally for the days to come of brutal hard work and training in order to want to acheive his goal. When the day comes that he has to show his strength and his righteous opinion, so be it.......

Tefnut looked after Fire. She felt slightly bad of not aproving his offer at the moment. But what else could she have done? With all these thoughts she had in her mind? Tef sighed and turned to look towards the jungle. That would propably be the place she would head again, but she deffinitely would change place. I wonder... she thougt. Bleak doesn't know the area mom used to live... Tef smiled. Yes, that would be her new home. Although... Legacy might remember that place... Tef didn't care, as long as Bleak wouldn't be following her. She headed back to the jungle, now entering it from a different spot than usually, heading to the place her mom had lived long time ago...

Mino stirred slightly as he woke up. He let out a moan. Then his mind flashed as he remembered the last thing being beaten up by Legacy. At that moment his eyes shot open and he got a quick burst of energy. Quickly and without thought for his injuries he bolted to his feet and run as if still near the area where Legacy had attacked him. Still unaware he was safe back home he made for a sprint, but it was short lived as his first step was that with his crushed paw. As he placed it on the ground and placed pressure on it, it gave way, making a crunching noise as he felt a sharp pain run up his leg. With that he came crashing forwards to the ground with a thump, but he quickly rolled onto his side and clutched his paw. At that time the pain of his broken leg struck him. He let out a groan of pain as he clenched his eyes. He lay there for a few moments as his mind tried to make sense of his situation. Breathing heavily he looked around with wide eyes then it struck him that he was back at the cave. He would have let out a sigh of relief but he hadn’t the breath for it, his body still trying to recover from the shock. I’m alive?…… Was all that ran through his mind, it was as a surprise as anything to him. He was sure, from the very moment he locked gaze with Legacy that he had no future beyond that point. But how?... He thought as he closed his eyes and tried to relax.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile, Legacy was relaxing in a little clearing in the jungle. It was only a small clear patch, which had a small waterhole. It was a peaceful spot as the light came in thought the gap in the trees and lit up the area. Legacy was lying down near the waterhole. He came there often when he had free time. It was a secret spot, only him and Tef and her mother knew of that place. He looked up into the sky as he recalled the times they had gone there. They had, had some good memories, but since Tef’s mother had died, it didn’t seem the same. At least here I can have some quiet from the rest of the pride… There is only so much of having to deal with them I can take…Legacy frowned slightly, but it faded as he closed his eyes and rested his head on his paws. He had no doubt that someone in the pride was probably looking for him, but at that moment in time he couldn’t have cared.

Tefnut walked through the jungle, thinking about her situation. She couldn't get her mind away from the offer Fire had made her. And the words Bleak had said about her mom. Tef didn't actually look around when she walked towards the place where her mom used to live a long time ago. Her eyes stared straight in front of her, not noticing anything. When she finally came close to the clearing, she realized someone was there too. She could feel it. I wonder... Tef thought confused. Who might it be? Tef crouched down and sneaked closer. When she came to the edge of the clearing she took a careful look to there behind a bush. And there, in the clearing by the small waterhole, she saw Legacy, who clearly was relaxing. Tef stared at him for a brief moment. Then suddenly all the memories from this place came to her mind. She remembered all the good old times they had had. And with those memories her eyes filled with tears. She didn't even notice them, not before she was almost blinded by them. She closed her eyes and laid her head down, trying to keep quiet.

Kiala was almost asleep, laying beside Mino, trying to keep him warm and keeping an eye out for him. When he suddenly rose as if to run, she rose quickly as well, giving out a little yelp. Mino's sudden movements scared her and she started trembling, trying to remember what she was...Then she remembered as she caught sight of Mino. She quickly rushed to his side, her heartbeat pounding. He was awake and, although in pain, was going to be alright afterall.
"Mino," she said, not getting to close to him. She now felt kind of embarassed for having slept so close to him without his knowing. "Y-you shouldn't move around." She sat down next to him and looked down at him, seeing that he was in a lot of pain. She then realized that he probably had no idea who she even was. That wasn't going to stop her right now. He needed comfort of some sort, and she was going to give it to him, no matter what her nerves were telling her to do. Her tail flicked quickly behind her nervously as she spoke again.
"Your paw and back leg are broken, Mino." She looked away momentarily, trying to gather her own words. She couldn't find any, so she just sat there, waiting to see if he would say anything. If not, she would still be there for support and for comfort, even if she couldn't think of the right words to say..

Mino opened his eyes. Turning his head he looked at Kiala as she spoke to him. He had a confused expression on his face, that was till he realised who she was. “Kiala…” He said in a low tone as he smiled lightly. He didn’t exactly know her other then by name. That was probably the first time they had spoken. And he could have wished it under better circumstances. “Kiala…… ho…. How did I…get here?” He asked still uncertain how he was alive as last he could remember he was left for dead out on the land somewhere. He stayed on his side, not wanting to move should it cause his leg more pain.
----------------- ----------------------- ----------------------- -------------------- ------------------- -----------------------
Legacy though he didn’t flinch or move at all, had sensed Tef nearby. “Tef, you can come out… I know you are there…” He said with eyes still closed and head on his paws. “You have nothing to fear from me in this place, I’m not going to hurt you…” He added, waiting to see what she would do.

Tef's ears moved slightly when she heard Legacy speaking. She opened her eyes and lifted her head a bit, looking at Legacy. Some tears were still flowing down her cheeks and she could do nothing to stop them. Tef was unsure what to do. Would her father keep his word of not hurting her here?
Something made Tef to slowly stand up and walk to the clearing. She held her head low and didn't look to the direction of Legacy. She sat down near the waterhole. She had no idea what to do, so she just stared at her reflection.
Something about her reflection reminded her about her mom. With that she remembered Bleak's words again. Tef blinked her eyes as some more tears flowed down her cheeks. "I met Bleak" she whispered quietly. "Why do you have him following me everywhere I go?"

As Fire was walking back to where Kiala and Mino were resting and camping out, his mind was swamped with thoughts and feelings of Tef and the war. His world seemed to be turned upside-down, all the more reason to flip things around to make them right again.
He approached the camp with Kiala and Mino, seeing Mino moved to a different place and Kiala standing next to him. Fire rasied his head in confusion, rushing over to the both of them to see what was wrong. Then, he barely heard Mino speak. The only reason that he could was that afterwards, Kiala spoke back to him and he put two and two together as to what the conversation was. When he got to the both of them, he sighed in relief.
"Mino... You all right?..." He spoke in a calm voice, yet concerned due to Mino's condition. He jsut got there in time to hear Mino's question about how he got here.
"Kiala carried you most of the way from when I found you... Luckily, Tef and Kiala were nearby to help me with carrying you... Not like your body needed extra help..." He smiled calmly and warmly to Mino. "You were really beat up, Mino... The only lion that I can think of that could do this is.... Legacy.."

Mino’s gaze turned to Fire as he approached and explained how he had ended up back home. Letting out a sigh Mino nodded his head. “Yes… I’ve never taken a beating quite like this but I’ve had wounds from dealing with Jahina before….” He groaned as he forced himself to lie up straight. “… I should be… ok….” Mino looked down at the ground in pain, not only physical but emotional. Sure he was going to live, but his broken paw and leg might take some time to fully heal. Until then he wouldn’t be able to properly do his guard duties. And knowing that he was unable to do anything for the others in his pride then just being a burden to them hurt more then any physical pain could. “I’m…. sorry for getting myself into that mess… I should have been more careful….” He said depressingly as he looked up at Fire. “Thank you Fire, you’ve always been there for me, I couldn’t ask for a better friend then you….” Then he looked at Kiala. “Kiala… I must thank you to….. We barely know each other and yet you risked the danger of running into Legacy to save me, as well as carried me back here…. For that I owe you my life….” He said as he bowed his head slightly to her. “I appreciate what you did for me, Fire, Kiala…. But if you don’t mind…. I’d like to be left alone…” Resting his head on the ground, Mino closed his eyes. He couldn’t bring himself to look at the others, he felt useless, and the past event had brought much to his mind, many self doubting thoughts that he would have to deal with.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Legacy lifted his head and looked at his daughter who seemed rather upset. At that moment in time, if one had been watching, one might have said that it almost seemed to have affected him. “I have Bleak watching you not because you left the pride or in fear you might join the Otana, but because I’m worried about you… We lost one member of our family to the war already and I won’t let it take another….” Legacy looked up into the sky. “I know my actions towards you haven’t exactly proven that….” Legacy paused and waited, still keeping his gaze on the sky above. He wondered what Tef would have to say, he assumed she wouldn’t believe him, and she had every right to really.

Tef's eyes turned darker as she heard what Legacy had to say. "Yea, right..." she said. She wasn't slightly sad anymore. She was annoyed.
"Don't try to tell me about those wanderers again" she said on a low tone of voice. "How stupid Bleak really can be, huh?" she asked as she turned her eyes to Legacy. When she spoke again, she was actually shouting. "He told me what really happened to mom! And somehow, I have a feeling he shouldn't have done that!" Tef's eyes flashed as she stared at her father.
"Have you any idea how it is like to live here?" she asked on a slightly high voice. "Because if you don't then let me tell you!" She took a deep breath before continueing. "I just can't stand the sight of the two prides fighting with eachother for no reason, seeing how innocent get killed... or seeing how some of my friends get killed! The main reason for me leaving the Jahina. Now, you've set Bleak to follow me everywhere! I can't have any time alone and with Bleak you're dragging me back to th war. Oh, and about the Otanas... They're actually nicer than anyone from Jahina!"
Tef glared at Legacy for a moment and then turned to look at the trees on the opposite side of the waterhole. "If you're really worried of me, then get that Bleak away from me!" she said. "He said he'd kill me if I'd try to do anything about the war." Tef paused for a moment.
"And I can't stay away from the war. You're trying to get me to stay near the Jahina pride, Bleak is trying to get me back to the pride. Oh, and before I forget... I was offered a place from the Otana!" She turned again to look at Legacy. "And you know what in this situation is the most annoying?" she asked with her eyes flashing a bit. "It's the fact that no one seems to care what my opinnion is!" Tef sighed and again turned to look away.

Legacy Frowned at Tef’s words, rising to full height he walked up to her to the point he was a foot or two away. At which point he was glaring down at her. He took a deep breath in then let it out softly. “Very well, that is how you want it?” He paused a moment as he tilted his head back slightly as if looking down on her with disgrace though he wasn’t actually. “Fine, I’ll call of Bleak, and any others in the pride that are after you, you will not be harmed by any member of this pride, and you are free to go about its land as you wish, you will not be hindered in any way. I can’t say the other member’s will be happy….” But he didn’t really care. Then turning around he walked away from her.
“My advice to you Tef…. Would be to leave this place and never return…. The Otana may be nice now, but they weren’t always…. Don’t join them or you will regret it….” Legacy turned around and walked back to the waterhole and lay down. He looked at his reflection and closed his eyes, his expression one of calm but with a very slight hint of something else.
“And just one more note, I never ordered Bleak to kill your mother….. No Jahina ever hurt her or caused her death…. I wasn’t lying when I said that some wanderers killed her…. “ Legacy paused, he could have continued but he seen no point. “You’d better go Tef…. I’ll deal with the pride in due time, consider yourself free from the pride and all things that involve it….” Then a look of almost unhappiness appeared on Legacy’s face. “What you do with your life will no longer concern me anymore I’ll be nothing more then a bad memory… then again, I guess that’s what I always was to you…”

Tef was a bit shocked to hear this. She just stared at Legacy, without saying anything for a moment. Then she blinked her eyes and looked down to her reflection. She had completely calmed down and was now thinking the new situation she was in.
She sighed after a moment. "You still didn't let me say what I wanted" she whispered very quietly. She looked around the clearing, then stopping to look at a huge tree near the waterhole. She smiled faintly as one of her good memories came to her mind. It was her being a cub and playing around with her parents. Then the memoty faded away. Tef turned her face away from the tree and closed her eyes.
"I have no place to go" she said. "This is... or was all I've ever had. I just... Can't leave it behind." Tef opened her eyes and gave a quick look for Legacy, turning then to face the other way. "I tried going away" she said on a slightly sad tone. "But I... just coldn't stay away from the place I had all my... good memories." Tef's voice faded to a whisper when she said the last part.

Legacy looked up at her with an almost look a pity. “I know it must be hard to leave your home, but you must understand Tef, if you stay here you WILL be dragged into this war, if you stay you will have to one day make the choice of who you are going to stand beside. Your friends in the Otana pride or your pride and family of the Jahina….” Legacy paused for a brief moment. “I know what you are going to say, no, peace isn’t possible between the two prides, they are too different, they have their beliefs and we have ours, and they both clash, not to mention the hate that the prides have built up for one another over the years….” Standing up he walked over to Tef and sat down near her. “So many lion on both sides have lost family members to the other, and they look for nothing more then to repay each other back for what happened to their parent’s and kids, and that feeling of revenge, isn’t something that can be reasoned with…. I should know…”
Legacy let out a sigh. “I told you a lot of stories about how brave and beautiful your mother was, but I’ve never fully explained how Pilvi died… “ He paused again unsure how to explain it. “See the prides have never always been at war, there have been countless times in the past when there was peace, but those times never lasted….” Stopping again he looked at his and Tef’s reflection in the water. “It was on one of her annual visits to the Otana cave, I had protested about her leaving but she refused to stop until there was peace…” A smile appeared on Legacy’s face as he recalled how she looked. “I had gone with her and we had decided to bring you with us, you kept complaining how you wanted to go exploring so we seen no real danger in you coming with us, you were still so young and full of spirit back then… I don’t know if you would remember it though….. But when we arrived at the Otana cave there was no one there…. We were supposed to have met their leader to negotiate the final part of the peace agreement….”
Legacy smack the ground with one paw and clenched his teeth. “I shouldn’t have let her go, and even at that I should’ve stayed and helped…. It should be her here instead of me…” He said in a frustrated tone as he let his head drop. “We stood around calling out for a few moments wondering where they were, it was impossible that none of their pride could have been there. We assumed they might have taken a trip as a big group, we weren’t sure…. That’s when they came….” Legacy paused once more. “There were eight of them and they came out of nowhere, they... they jumped and caught your mother, I went to help her but…. But… I was too late to do anything….. Your mother’s last words were for me to keep you safe, to protect you…. Your mother knew had I stayed to try and save her that, not only would she have died but me and you….”
Legacy stood up and looked at the ground. “So you see Tef, I had to let Pilvi die, in order for you to live… I would have preferred both of you have lived instead of me, but that wasn’t possible with the situation we had been placed in…. I didn’t even get to say goodbye to her, I had grabbed you and left for our prides land before those lions had… finished with your mother….” Walking back to where he had been originally he lay down and looked back at the water. “And well, you know how the story goes…. As for us, well… I guess I let my hatred for the Otana consume me, I know after your mother died, I wasn’t the same lion I used to be… or the father I was and should have been for the time after….” Legacy closed his eyes. “I truly am sorry Tef…”

Tef stared at the water without seeing it. She slowly started to understand some points of why her father acted the way he did. "I... didn't know..." she whispered quietly. She then sighed deeply, stood up and walked to Legacy. She hesitated for a moment but then layed down next to him and slightly nuzzled his mane, something she hadn't been doing for a long time. "I'm sorry of... acting the way I did" she said quietly. "I just didn't know..." Then a thought popped to her head. "But if those lions did kill mom... Then why did Bleak say he killed her?" she asked on a confused tone of voice. What game was Bleak playing now?

He then looks over to Kiala, nodding his head away from Mino to signal her to follow him away from Mino, letting him be to think. " Let's go.. "

Kiala listened to Mino speak, could see the pain in the way he carried himself. She looked over at Fire once while Mino was thanking him. Then Mino thanked her as well, saying that he owed her his life, and she turned away, quite embarrassed. She didn't say anything, couldn't say anything. Her timidness had taken toll and it was back for good at the moment. Hearing that Mino wanted to be alone, she suddenly felt saddened. She didn't know why, but she didn't want to leave alone in his situation.
With her head low, she followed Mino from the cave.

Mino looked out of the corner of his eye and watched as Fire and Kiala left him be. He didn’t want to seem ungrateful or anything like that, but he was to depressed about his current condition, and he would rather not have them see him in such a state. What am I supposed to do now? Nothing… that’s all I can do… Mino let out a sigh of anger. I can’t do guard duty, I can’t hunt… I can’t even walk….. Some fighter I turned out to be… I don’t know how I hoped to protect the others, couldn’t even protect myself… I bet I look so pathetic…… Clenching his teeth, he hit a nearby rock with his good paw then let out another sigh. Soon he started to sob lightly. He then forced himself to stop and rested his head on the ground. He didn’t know what to think, he could blame Legacy for being the way he was, but Legacy was just like him, fighting to protect his pride, though what he did wasn’t fighting, it was more torture… His mind seemed to be falling apart, filled with thoughts, then other thoughts that contradicted others.
-------------------------------- ------------------------------ ---------------------------- ----------------------------------
Legacy looked at Tef as she nuzzled his mane slightly and smiled at her, he recalled the old days when she was still a cub, when she would try to wrap herself in his mane when she was cold. Those were the days when he had been a proper father, when he had showed her that he cared for his daughter, now…. he never even showed a hint that she meant anything to him. A mistake that he might have taken back if he had the chance, but this one moment they had couldn’t make up for all the pain he put her through, as he had turned her life into a living hell. “I don’t know why exactly he said what he did; he is Bleak, knowing him he probably just said it to watch you suffer as you listened to his words…” Legacy paused. “Don’t think about the things he said....... I’ll talk with him later about it…” He said as he placed his arm around her to comfort her. He knew though, that once they left that place that things would surely go back to the way they had been. And that time would come; Tef would have to face the reality of the war. But for now, he was going to leave the real life be. For her sake, so she wouldn’t be sad.

Walking out of the cave, Fire sat down and sighed deeply. Watching Mino being like this made him sad. He always wanted to help out the pride and become a good fighter. But, from Legacy, those options were, sad to say, cancelled out.
He looked over to Kiala. "It's been a rough day... I can't even think about what to say or what to do... It's...confusing..."

Tefnut smiled slightly for what Legacy said to her. "Thanks" she whispered quietly. For a moment it felt like she had been a small cub again. "Um, father..." she said then. "Do you mind if I'd... stay here for some time? I mean... I don't want to go back to the area i usually am and..." She stopped speaking, not sure if she should continue speaking. She sighed quietly and waited for the reply.
Bleak had stopped walking. he hadn't reached the Jahina cave just yet and felt like not wanting to go there. He was still mad of losing the sight of Tef. "I wonder what Legacy will say..." he said and glared around angrily. He had come to the border of the jungle and saw the savannah opening in front of him. Bleak frowned as he continued walking towards the Jahina cave again. "And that new one... Gargoroth... I surely hope Legacy won't 'teach' me to 'follow orders' while he is around..." Bleak frowned more. "No... That would be too much" he whispered. He glared around the savannah. "I should go and take a look at the Otanas" he muttered. "But at this state, it won't be any use... I could be careless and accidentally show myself to them..." Bleak growled slightly, showing his sharp teeth at the process. He saw a small chameleon on a stone. His eyes flashed as he suddenly whiped the chameleon with his claws, making three deadly wounds to it's side. Bleak watched the small animal to die slowly to the wounds he had made. "Stupid little weakling..." he muttered. Bleak continued to walk, now with a calm expression.

Mino let out another sigh. Then he looked at his broken leg, then lifting his broken paw slightly, he turned and looked at it with a sorrowful face. Tilting his head very, very slightly, he tried to extend his claws on his broken paw, but they quickly retracted once he felt a sharp pain run up his arm. Great, just blood great…. He didn’t bother moving his leg, knowing it would just meet the same result as his paw. What did I do to deserve this? He thought as he looked up to the roof of the cave, though in his mind he was looking at the stars. Have I done something wrong? Why did this happen to me? I mean I never did anything bad…. So why me? Surely Legacy deserves this more then me? Mino then clenched his eyes shut and fiercely turned his head away from the stars in disgrace as if not worthy of asking the stars, pleading to them. No Mino, don’t think like that, hate does no good, and it only consumes your soul… No matter what he did to you, wishing him worse only makes you as bad as him… He let out another sigh, and rested his head on the ground. A small tear ran down his face. For some reason he felt as though his pride would have been better off if he never had existed or if he had died when Legacy attacked him. After what had happened, it didn’t seem like his absence would effect the prides chances of surviving much, or at all for that matter.

Legacy almost smiled when Tef asked could she stay in that spot. “Of course, you may stay here as long as you wish. None of the others are aware of this place. If you wish to escape the world then you may stay here…” Legacy paused for a moment and stood up. “I however must go back; I have much to do before the day’s end…” He nodded respectfully to Tef. “I will see you around Tef…” Was the best he could come up with, he wasn’t exactly the emotional type he used to be ages ago. With that he turned around and started walking, disappearing into the jungle from sight after a minute or two.

Tef smiled as she looked after Legacy who walked away from the clearing. When he dissappeared from her sight Tef turned to look at the waterhole again. She stood up and went to take a drink. She then looked around, thinking what to do next. "I guess I might just relax for a moment and not to think about... the war" she said and walked up to the huge tree by the waterhole. She looked up and jumped, climbing quickly up and then laid down. "How wonderfully peaceful" she whispered as she looked up to the sky that she could see through the leaves.
Bleak stopped when he saw the entrance of the caves of the Jahina pride. He forced to keep up his calm expression, although he was still slightly annoyed. His annoyance could be seen only from his flashing eyes. Bleak sat down to the shadow of a tree. He didn't feel like going to 'talk' with other pride members. Though... He rarely did...

As Kiala and Fire made their way from the cave, she thought quietly to herself. She looked around, her head no longer in the drooped position it had been when they left. She wondered why she cared for Mino's well beling so much and shook her head of the thoughts. That had been the first time that she had ever spoken to him, and all she did was tell him the obvious. Oh well, she thought. She liked it better when things went without words. That way, she didn't have to talk.
Kiala slowlyl glanced over in Fire's direction. He looked deep in thought as well. He had more to think about, however. He and Mino were good friends after all. He's the one who should be worried over his condition, not her. She barely even knew him. She watched him for a little bit longer and then decided to leave him be. Suddenly, she bolted off without a word. She knew that Mino wanted to be left alone, but she also knew that he needed to heal. And he needed his energy to do that. She was going to bring him down some food, and why not with her perfected hunting skills? She dashed off into the grassy lands before her in search of some prey, hopefully close to the Otana caves.
Some time later, heaving and puffing as she pulled a small antelope towards where Mino was, she smiled to herself about her clean kill. It had been quick and simple and hadn't caused much of a disturbance at all. She dragged the beast by it's neck as she made her way towards the Otana caves.
Once there, she continued to drag it, only a bit more quietly now, to inside of the cave. She could see Mino there, but didn't know if he saw her. When she got close, she dropped the animal in front of him and smiled down at him.
"Eat it, Mino. You need your energy if those bones are going to heal properly." Were these words really coming from her own mouth? She couldn't believe it. She had told herself on the way there that she wasn't going to speak, that she was just going to leave it there for him to eat in his own time. But here she was, almost demanding that he consume the antelope. What had gotten into her? Realizing what she had done, she quickly turned from him and made her way to the entrance of the cave to leave him alone once again.
