Part 1 - Let the journey begin... [Finished]

[Kirsui]

Kirsui smiled happily to Tando.
"I'll come and watch" she said and giggled for the first time after her mom had dissapeared. It felt a bit funny at first, but Kirsui liked it.
"Maybe I'll learn something about hunting if I watch what you guys do."
After saying this she joined the others, ready to stop when the hunt would start.

Tando looked at the others with a weak smile and then looked back at Kirsui. ''Hey, want me to teach you some hunting before we go? I mean, it's lots more fun if you could join us'' Tando said and blinked at her, somehow he felt that he wanted to everything for this lioness after what she had been through. And he was the only one who knew, so he wanted to make her happy in any way he could. ''You guys dont bother do you? We'll catch something as well, wont we Kirsui?'' Tando said and blinked at her once again.

[Kirsui]

What? Me? Hunting?
Kirsui was amazed. She looked at Tando her eyes wide open. Then she started to smile with thrill.
"Shure!" she said. "That would be fun!"

''Then come along, I'll show you some basic tricks'' Tando said and began walking towards the horizon. He looked back at Kirsui and smiled. ''You coming?'' Tando asked and sat down, waiting for Kirsui. Never had he seen such eyes before, even his mothers eyes couldn't beat Kirsui's. Tando looked down at his paw and showed his claws to make sure nothing was wrong or anything.

[Kirsui]

Kirsui walked to Tando, who had sat down to wait her.
"Yeah" she said excited. "I'm ready"

''Alright then'' Tando said and began walking. ''Let's find something good shall we?'' He asked and began looking around the savannah. Nothing really to see yet, other than the sun reflecting in Kirsui's eyes. Tando walked a little forward and then heard something just nearby. ''Hey, lucky.. A gazelle, alright.. Watch and learn'' Tando said and began crawling forward through the tall green grass, the smell killed Tando, he never really liked to crawl around in grass. As he reached his target, he showed his claws and waited till it looked the other way and then took the jump, the poor alone gazelle got caught by fear and began running for it's life. Tando jumped at it and aimed for the throat, he brought it quickly down and layed a paw on the body. ''Now, it's your turn. Do you see that butterfly over there? Use that as a practice target'' Tando said and smiled as he licked his lips.

[Kirsui]

She really was amazed. Hunting had looked so easy when she saw Tando doing it.
"The butterfly" she said a bit confused. She looked around and saw a little butterfly on a rock.
Well, why not, she thought and crouched the way she had seen someone do it for a long time ago. Slowly she took steps to the butterfly and came finally close enough. Then she prepared. The little butterfly sat on the rock, warming itself at the sun.
This is easy! Kirsui thought. Then she jumpped.
Right over the rock.
"Oops!" she said when landed on the other side and giggled a bit.

Tando rubbed his backhead and smiled at Kirsui. ''I guess we better get something bigger for you'' Tando said and walked over and helped her up. ''Now, do you see that little gazelle over there? It's alone, and it's all yours.. Go for it'' Tando said and gave her a pet before he walked a bit backwards and crouched down.

[Kirsui]

Kirsui saw the gazelle. She started all over again by crouching down. Then she slightly sneaked closer to the gazelle. It really was alone. It looked like it had lost it's mom.
Carefully Kirsui took little steps foward. She looked straight to the gazelle and slowly became closer and closer. She was consentrading to hunting. Old memories came. She remembered some instructions some lioness had tols her once so long time ago. Kirsui gave herself for them and act instinctively.
Then she was close enough. She showed her claws and prepared for jump.
I will get you! she thought as she jumpped.
Litlle gazelle was scared when it saw Kirsui jumping out from grass. It tried to flee, but without older gazelles help it was an easy target. Kirsui managed to catch up the gazelle, stick on its back and finally bite its neck. She lied on the gazelle as long as it was trying to flee. Then she felt it stop moving and she let go.
"I... I did it?"

Tando came running over laughing in joy. ''Well done Kirsui! Well done!'' Tando said and gave her a hug. ''See? That wasn't so hard was it?'' Tando said and smiled brightly. ''Now, I think you should have a piece of your well earned catch'' Tando said and pushed the body over to Kirsui. ''I'm glad you did it'' Tando said and kept smiling.

[Kirsui]

She still couldn't believe she did it. It was the first prey she had catch by herself. Slowly she started eating, thinking what had happened.
"Thank you" she said then, lifted her head up and looked to Tando. "I would have never caught anything without you."

[Deleted]

''Anytime Kirsui'' Tando said and layed down beside her as he watched her eating her prey. ''Now, I think you're good enough to hunt with us, dont you think?'' Tando asked and nudged Kirsui lightly.

[Kirsui]

"Yes" she replied slightly, "I think I am."
Then she smiled again. Now she wasn't anymore one of those "my-life-depends-on-everyone-else's-preys". Now she was a real lioness who could hunt herself.
After eating enough she started licking her frontpaw. That was her way to show peacefulness. And now she really was that. She had found new life - she had learned to hunt, found new friends.
And all of that with Tando's help. she thought.

Tando couldn't stop smiling, he finally got some self-esteme stabbed into the head of this lioness. ''I'm proud of you Kirsui'' Tando said and turned around, laying on his back. ''Aah.. what a wonderful day.. Filled with wonderful surprises'' He smiled and looked at Kirsui's pretty eyes, they reminded him of his mother so much, so beautiful and shiny they were.

[Kirsui]

She was just lying there, looking Tnado to his eyes. There was a bit cunfusing look in them, like he was thinking something. Finally Kirsui gave up and put her head between her paws and closed her eyes. Oh boy, she was tired.
Kirsui didn't sleep. She was just relaxing, the normal thing after eating. The sun shined warmly, making her feel good.
"What a wonderful day endeed" she whispered. And the day was still young.
Who knows how it will end, she thought smiling slightly.

[Deleted]

''Aah.. you tired as well Kirsui?'' Tando said and rolled over on his back and sighed deeply once again.
''So, did you eat well? Was it enough?'' Tando asked and looked over at Kirsui, who's head was down between her paws. ''Is something wrong?'' Tando asked and looked at her concerned.

[Kirsui]

"Hm?"
Kirsui opened her eyes.
"No, everything is just fine" she said when she understood that Tando had asked her something.
"I was just thinking."

[Deleted]

''About what?'' Tando asked and smiled softly, he pulled the body towards him and took a bite of it.
''Mhm, great! Tasty'' Tando said and giggled as he realised the piece was too big for his mouth.

[Kirsui]

Kirsui laughed. Tando looked funny with a way too big piece of meat in his mouth. She couldn't stop laughing.
"Be careful" she managed to say despite all of that laugh.

[Deleted]

''Haha, I'll get you for that'' Tando said and spitted the piece out and took a hold of Kirsui and began rolling around with her. ''Hah! Whatcha gonna do now?'' Tando asked and laughed as he pinned Kirsui, but he fell over a rock and accidentally fell down the edge of the cliff down onto the ground with a big groan and shout. ''Ah.. h-help! Kirsui!'' Tando said and looked up at her. ''Please'' He said and looked weakly at her as he watched him from top of the cliff.

[Kirsui]

Tando had pinned her. It had been a play that ended in a terrible way.
"Tando!" she shouted when he fell over from the cliff. No, this couldn't happen. Not now when she finally had found a friend. She looked around in panic.
"Wait there!" she shouted as she spotted a way down. Without waiting responce she ran to the path and started her way down. The path was long and she got furstrated. What if Tando was hurt!

Then she reached the end and saw Tando lying some way from her right. She ran to him.
"Are you hurt?" she asked in panic. She was shaking a bit and the fear filled her.

''*groan* I'll be fine..''
He answered and stood up on his feet, but collapsed again.
''Argh.. I cant walk... Kirsui, please don't leave me.. You dont know where to find the others''
Tando said and breathed heavily.
''We just have to wait.. wait for the others''
He closed his eyes and took a deep breath, the pain was terrifying, but when Kirsui was there... she was like a miracle cure.. ''I'm gonna be just *groan.. f-fine''

[Kirsui]

She saw his pain. It was terrifying. She lyed down next to Tando and touched him sligtly.
"I'm here, everything's gonna be alrigh" she said as calm as she could. The truth was that inside there was a huge panic going on. Thoughts runned through her head, preventing her from thinking. Some tears appeared to her eyes without her noticing them.
What could I do?! she asked her self. Tando was right. She couldn't find the others. And even if she could she didnät want to leave him alone.

She closed her eyes. Tears kept coming. She admitted, she was crying.

Tando moved his paw over at her head and stroked it lightly. ''You know what Kirsui?'' Tando asked and pulled her closer to him. ''You're the kindest lioness I have ever met'' Tando said and sniffed. Tando pulled her closer and layed his head on her shoulders. ''Shh.. it's going to be alright'' Tando said, trying to comfort her. He dried away her tears and looked at her shiny eyes. ''I promise'' He said and sighed.

[Kirsui]

Though Tando was kind to her and tried to comfort her panic, she still couldn't stop the tears. She wanted this to end - why did this have to happen in the firts place! She lyed there and didn't move. She kept her head at gnound, whispering:
"Everythin's gonna be all right, everything's gonna be allright, everything's..."
Eventually, tired by her experiences and now the fear for Tando, Kirsui fell asleep.

Tando kept her arms around her and stroked her lightly before laying his head on her shoulders again, closing his eyes. ''Why should this happen in the first place?'' Tando whispered into the clouded air.
Tando felt her heartbeat, racing and her breathing going fast as well. Tando could do little to ease his pains, but got Kirsui almost made his pains fully disappear. Though he still felt broken inside when he saw Kirsui like this.

[Kirsui]

Kirsui didn't sleep well. Her dreams were nightmares. They started with her bieng a cub and with others laughing at her. Then they changed. She saw Tando, falling from the cliff. But there wasn't any end from where he fell. He was just falling down, screaming her name.

Kirsui opened her eyes. She was breathing quickly. she couldn't say how long she had been sleeping. Obviously for some time. Then she looked around.
Tando was holding his head on her shoulders. His face was still in pain. Kirsui didn't know if Tando was asleep, so she just lowered her head again to the ground and started thinking.
"I hope the others will find us fast..." she whispered and forced herself not to think what would happen if they wouldn't come.

[This Land]

Sheek perked his ears up as he heard shouting or yelling, he couldnt really tell where it was coming from.
He started to walk, then Jog then run, then sprint as he got more worried, becuase he has seen all the lions execpt tando and Kirsui yet.

Shek was Completly out of breath and lost and didnt know where the shouting had came from, it was quite.
"HELLO..........ANYBODY..........ANYBODY HERE"

[Kirsui]

Kirsui heard shouting. She lifted her head up, trying to remember who had that kind of voice.
"Sheek! Down here!" she finally shouted as loud as she could.
"SHEEEK!"

[This Land]

Sheek pekred his ears up again, the voice shouting at him came from near a Cliff, this couldnt be Good
Sheek ran as fast as he could to the edge of the cliff, there was a long path down but sheek couldnt wait, the situtaion could be bad, so sheek just off ond dug his claws into the side if the cliff to slow down his fall, and sheek landed with a big Bump to the floor

"Tando.....Kirsui....you ok"]
sheek walked over to the lions
"Whats happened"
