Part 1 - Let the journey begin... [Finished]

[Pulsar]

Pent looked at Tando and frowned.
Pent:’ It was called the Tenga pride, and we weren’t throw out of it, we left of our own choice…”
Pent said to Tando. He let out a little moaning sound as Pulsar once more hit him in the side.
Pulsar:” Do you ever stop to think about things?”
Pulsar said in a slightly annoyed voice.
Pent:” What does it matter if they know the name, not like they actually ever seen or heard of the pride…”
Pulsar:” Yeah, well, I just don’t think it’s something you should go around telling everyone we meet….”
Pent sighed and shook his head.
Pulsar:” And as for that…”
Pulsar said as he looked at the other lions.
Pulsar:” We’ll keep our past to ourselves, so don’t bother asking us about it again…”
He said his voice more agitated then before.
Pulsar looked at Pent and frowned slightly, and Pent knew why Pulsar had frowned at him. Pent still wasn’t sure about the group, he wasn’t sure, maybe it was just his sense of wanting to explore and find a true reason for why he existed, other then to kill… But he didn’t trust these new lions at all. And he knew that however nice Pulsar was being to them, he to, did not fully trust the group either.

IC: At the sound of another voice Dabiku turned her head to see to who the voice belonged to and looked at its owner with a dull expression. "Oh well, I'm getting used to it..." she said sarcasticly and yawned. Then laid down and rested her head on her front paws. She also closed her eyes to illustrate that she really didn't care anymore... Time for her to give up it was... They'd never end that pointless running away all at once as soon as somebody new approached... She did have some things to teach them later...

She opened one eye and glanced up the hill again, still no sign of them... "But whatever..." she thought and shut her eyelids again.

[Kirsui]

Tenga pride, Flare thought, Why does it sound familiar?
He didn't say anything aloud. Not before he would remember why that particular name sounded so familiar.

"Well, now that we know eachother", Kirsui said, "should we go and introduce you two to Dabiku?"
She then remembered the animal, waiting to be killed. Kirsui stopped smiling and took a deeb breath.
Don't think about it, she thought.

[Pulsar]

Pulsar smiled at Kirsui.
Pulsar:” We would be delighted, wouldn’t we Pent?”
Pulsar said to Pent hopping he’d be a bit more cooperative and friendly to the new lions.
Pent:” What you asking me for? Not like my opinion matters….”
Was Pent’s remark to Pulsar’s question. But it wasn’t the answer Pulsar wanted to hear from him.
Pulsar:” When we get time Pent, I want to talk to you about those manners of yours…”
Pulsar smiled as if he was joking to Pent, though he was actually being serious.
Pulsar:” Now quit being sulky and lets go introduce ourselves.”
Pent sighed and then grumbled slightly under his breath.
Pent:” I’ll show you manners!”
He said in an aggressive, low voice. Pulsar looked back at Pent and gave him an evil glare.
Pulsar:” I’ll ignore that comment for now…”
He said in almost demonic voice. Pulsar hated it when lions had the gall to talk about him behind his back, if it was one thing he couldn’t stand it was that.
Pent leant his head back and looked at Pulsar almost horrified by the tone of voice he used. Then looking away he lowered his head and followed.
Pulsar kept an eye on all the lions they had met so far, he wasn’t ready to openly trust them, although he’d let them believe he did. Flare and Tando in particular where on the top of his list, something about them made Pulsar unsure.
Pulsar:” I’m sorry about him, I’d teach him how to be polite but I’m afraid I would just be wasting my time…”
Pulsar said in a calm tone as he looked back at Kirsui.
Pulsar:” Please, lead on, I’d love to met this other group member of yours…”
He said smiling.

[Kirsui]

Kirsui smiled back to Pulsar.
"Follow me" she said and started to walk thowards the place where Dabiku was with the animal.
She still didn't want to think what they would have to do with it...

Flare started to follow Kirsui, keeping closely eye on Pent. He wasn't that worried about Pulsar...
Maybe I should, he thought. He still couldn't remember the thing that made him worried about the fact that Pulsar and Pent came from Tenga pride...

Oshiani looked at the lions. She wasn't quite sure about pent.
She stood on the spot and waited for him to start following Kirsui then followed him. She looked around and saw that Karmye was already gone..
" He must be up on the hill with Dabiku..." She thought.." DABIKU!! oh no... she's really gonna hate me now.. i've left her again..." Oshiani mumbled to herself.

Tando kept his eyes at Pent's and finally realised that this wouldn't lead anywhere, hostility was the lowest prioriated thing in Tando's mind to do.
''I'm sorry, I just thought you were about to do something to Kirsui... I guess I'm a bit too protective'' Tando said and put on a weak smile, that quick faded as he looked down at his paws.
''My behaviour ain't what it used to be... I appologize''

[Kirsui]

Kirsui walked and finally reached Dabiku and Karmye. The odd animal was still on the ground. She flinched when she saw it.

Flare followed Kirsui, still thinking. Then he sighed and gave up as they reached Dabiku and Karmye.
He went to Dabiku.
"Hey, you all right?" he asked concerned.
"Sorry we left you all of a sudden. It was just thet we found two more wanderers from the waterhole."
He wasn't sure if Dabiku would accept his apologise, but he had tried. Then he took few steps away from her, jumpped on a rock and sat down, keeping an eye on the odd animal that was still alive.

[This Land]

Sheek sighed and shook his head
"i diont belong here. There is somthing better than this place" He said to himself
"But no, i have friends here" he said again
He shook his away to try and rid of these feelings
he lay down on the grass and thought for a few moments

[Lorien]

Not far away, laying beneath the shade of a tree, layed a lioness. She had travelled far in the past few days, and this peace and quite, this resting time was well looked forward too. She couln't hear or see the lions conversing near the waterhole, mainly because she was dozing in and out of sleep. Her head rested upon her milk chocolate paws, her saphire eyes hiding behind her eyelids. Her chest heaved up and down as her slowly faded into sleep.

In her dreams that followed, she saw herself running. She had no recolection of if she was running from or after something. Then, a shadow formed behind her, slowly engulfing her form. If she hadn't known before, she could definately tell now that she was running for her life. She kicked her legs into high gear, but to no avail. The blackness consumed her and with it, she suddenly awoke in a cold sweat, her breathing extremely heavy.

She decided that this was enough sleeping for her. So with that, she stood up on the spot and looked around. She stretched out her fore legs and back, finally resting to her slender haunches. Her tail swished back and forth idley, as she continued to gaze across the lands. Then, she spotted them, the group of lions.

"That looks like an interesting bunch..." she said softly to herself. She continued to look, noting that there were quite a few of them, most males. "I better stay away...they look as though they could do me great harm...and I'm not that fast of a runner to be running away from group like that if I get into trouble....." She decided to stay under the shelter of the tree. No need to go out in the sun, but also no need to make a grand appearance. She'll just stay neutral for now, unless other circumstanses don't allow for her to.

[This Land]

Sheek got up from his thinking and he decided thats it. he wanted to leave, he felt no importance here.

He started to walk away quitly and started to jog.

As he was walking for a while somthing got his attention.......A lioness....laying low under a tree. He starred at her and smiled and nodded his head to her to say a quick hello. He started to walk slowly off again, he didnt really want to interfeer with what ever she had planned. Sheek turned his head away and walked slowly off,m only taking a few paces at a time. But sheek couldnt go out of this lionesses sight for some reason. So he covered it up by lying down on the grass on his back.

OOC: Sorry for the delay...

IC: Dabiku showed no reactions or what so ever to what the others said and replied with a sarcastic "Sure, whatever..." and a shrug to show them that she was bloody sick and tired of this, but had given up caring. When she saw the new ones she raised an eyebrow and looked at them with an, otherwise, blank expression. She opened her mouth to say something when she noticed a movement at the corner of her eye. As usual her ear turned in the direction first, then her head.

Sheek.

What was he doing? His lips moved so he was probably mumbling something... But what? Her curiosity was awakened and the golden lioness slowly rose up, but before she reached him, he had left. Walked, then jogged. Dabiku raised an eyebrow again and wondered if she should stay or leave... Well, since the others had left her before, it was probably her turn now, she thought and frowned slightly at the thought of yesterday...

Without saying anything else than a mumbling "I'll be back..." she turned away from the others and started following the male.

It took her only ten steps before she realized that another stranger was around. Her blue eyes turned to look for whoever it could be, and found a silhouette in the shadows under a tree. A lioness. Definitely. Well, she'd pay attention to her later... Now it was Sheek she wondered about.

She followed him on a steady pace, but not too eagerly... During this walk, a funny thought came to her mind. Why was she doing this? it was funny... When the others left she wouldn't give a damn, any more, but if he left. Oh, then she had to follow... What on Earth was this good for? Nothing probably...

Sheek had stopped and laid down on his back just a few paces away and Dabiku made no effort to hide her presence by walking softer or more slowly. She didn't want to surprise him... When the lioness reached the lion she stopped, held her face right above his and looked down on him saying "Hey, what are you doing?"

[This Land]

Sheek smiled
"ah, Hey there Daibiku" Sheek said happily

"Im gald sombosy came, i began to feel left out from the group, i was about to leave, but a lioness caught my eye. i have no idea what she is doing"

"what made you follow me anyway" sheek said happily

Tando's eyes closed on half as he spotted out in the azure yellow and green savannah, highlighted by the sun, feeling how the wind went through his mane as his deep thoughts about the newcomers was racing through his head. He didn't like Pent, but though he didn't have a problem with Pulsar he still didn't thrust him. There was something familiar about him, something about his past.. something black in his mind, that he could not describe with words or thoughts.
Tando turned away and came to think of something his father had told him when he was a little cub....

''Remember my son.. Aiheu and the great kings will always watch over you and I'll always be with you.. no matter what. Sooner or later *Cough* you'll.... find... your love'' Isramile said and let out his last breath, his last scent was caught my Tando as he took a deep breath of his father's scent and let it through his body, feeling how his veins began to work harder, screaming to him that he could do it.. he should find a future with his beloved and grow his own cubs... being one

Tando layed down on the ground, sighing deeply as he watched an ant going through the green grass with something in its ''mouth'', the little creature was like him... helpless and just damaging everyone around him. He doubted he could protect his Kirsui, he didn't know if Kirsui started to doubt in her feelings for him after Tando's meeting with the two newcomers.

Tando let out a deep and sad sigh and then stood up and suddenly caught something carried by the wind, it was a scent.. another animal... no it was a lion... a female lioness.
Already on his feet, Tando began to walk toward the scent, wondering where his Kirsui had gone at the very moment.
As he got up to Sheek and Dabiku, he noticed a lioness, not old nor very young.. standing down in the grass apparently hiding.
''Hey there... don't worry! We won't hurt you''
Tando said in a calm and friendly voice.

[Pulsar]

Pent’s eyes shifted as he watched each of the lions seem to do their own thing, two having walked away from the group. Then he looked at Tando who was shouting at some lioness of in the distance.
Frowning, he walked over to Pulsar and sat down in front, facing him. He looked up at Pulsar, who had his eyes closed and his head tilted back.
Pent:” Are you sure about this group Pulsar?”
But Pulsar said nothing, he just frowned slightly.
Pent:” I mean they aren’t very organised if you ask me…”
Pent continued as he raised an eyebrow, looking over at Sheek and the lioness beside him then everyone else.
Pulsar:” I’m not blind Pent, and as for their disorganisation… well you’ll have to get use to it wont you?”
Pulsar said in a low calm voice as he took a deep breath in.
Pent:” I don’t see why we joined them, in all honestly, we don’t fit in with them….”
Pent argued, but kept his voice low. He withdrew slightly as Pulsar dropped his head and his eyes shot open to meet Pent. To any other lion it would just seem a glare, but Pent knew there was something much worse behind it, something he’d rather not mess with.
Pent:” I’m just saying that’s all….”
Pulsar:” Yes, well your opinion is noted and I’ll consider it, but until such time, we are going to stick with this group…”
Pulsar said in a slightly annoyed tone.
Pent:” Yea mean stay with them till they either case us away for some reason or you go crazy and kill them all….”
He said in a frustrated tone, but he quickly put a paw over his mouth once he realised what he said.
Pulsar:” Your idiocy thus far since we met the group is testing my patience Pent, you’re walking on thin ice, I suggest you shut up for now…”
Pulsar warned as he looked over at the others then back at Pent.

Pulsar stood up and walked over to Tando.
Pulsar:” Is that lioness a friend of yours?”
He asked looking at the lioness Tando was shouting at, trying to make some conversation.

[Kirsui]

As Tando shouted to someone Kirsui lifted her head and looked around. She had been deep in her thoughts, without thinking nothing. She blinked her eyes a bit and then saw a lioness under a tree.
She smiled and stood up. The she walked beside Tando and looked at the new lioness. She didn't regognize the lioness.
"Maybe we should go and talk to her" she said and smiled again.

Flare looked to the direction everyone else seemed to be looking at. He noticed Sheek and Dabiku and then an unknown lioness under a tree. He was still sitting on the rock. A weak gust of wind blew to his mane and made it swing in the wind.
"I wonder who she is..." Flare whispered quietly so that no-one else would hear him.
Then he was slightly shocked as Kirsui left the group and slowly walked to the lioness.
What is she doing? Flare thought.

Kirsui walked to the lioness and stopped when she had come close enough. She didn't want to act offencively.
"Um... Hi" she said to the lioness and smiled. "I'm Kirsui and these guys are my friends."
She kept smiling in a friendly way.
"Who are you?"

[Deleted]

Karmye stayed where he was. And watched as Kirsui went down to the lioness.
Who was she?

Oshiani wasn't really fond of Pent, but he seemed a bit lonely so she decided to go and have a little chat.
She padded over and sat next to him.
" Hi..." She said... shw wasn't really good at starting conversations.

[Lorien]

The white lioness watched as, first, a male lion took himself away from the group. Then, she felt his eyes upon her as he walked, and she looked away, hoping he wasn't coming to chastise her in any way for tresspassing or anything. When she saw that he wasn't, she let out a sigh of relief. Then her saphire orbs watched as a lioness followed him. She smiled at that, wondering if they were a couple. She remembered when she had loved, but that was some time ago and in her past now. Then, yet another lion left the group and this one seemed to be coming more her way. When he spoke, her nerves were calmed. They aren't hostile at all... she thought. She wrapped her tail around her sitting frame and watched as, yet again, another lioness retreated from the group. This one, however, approached her. She listened as she spoke, a kind smile playing over her face.

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Kirsui." She scanned the lands to get a look at all of the others. "And your friends." She bowed her head in introduction. "I am Sarumba." She then looked back up at the friendly looking lioness before her. "I apologize if I am tresspassing on your land. I presume that you all are some sort of pride?"

[Kirsui]

Kirsui smiled at Sarumba a bit amused.
"Well, I quess you could say us a some kind of pride" she said.
"We only met a little time ago. We were all wanderers who just happened to meet eachother and formed a group of good friends."
She smiled again.
"Would you want to say hello to the others? I'm sure they would be pleased to meet you" she said to Sarumba.

[Lorien]

Sarumba smiled a warm smile. It had been awhile since she had been in the presence of others, and meeting them all would be wonderful, now that she knew they weren't going to hurt her. She once again looked at the large group, excited about meeting each and every one of them.

"That'd be wonderful, Kirsui. I'd love to meet them all." As she said this, she stood up on all four legs, ready to make the walk over to the others.

[Kirsui]

Kirsui smiled and then started to walk to the group. As she reached it she gave a look at Sarumba and then turned back to the group.
"Everyone, this is Sarumba" she said. Then she walked to Tando and sat next to him, giving him a gentle nuzzle.

Flare looked at Sarumba and smiled. He was still sitting on the rock.
"It is nice to meet you" he said to Sarumba. "I'm Flare, Kirsui's brother."

[KanuTGL]

Dabiku chuckled and another of those smiles appeared on her muzzle. "I see..." she said and stared out into what seemed like nothing in particular. But in fact, she was observing the lioness under the tree. Who was she? Dabiku then thought of what Sheek had said. "Well, at least I know what it feels like... Even though I haven't really cared about it that much..." she thought. Next question he asked starteled her though and she winced in surprise. "Uhm... well, I... I..." she began. her mind was desperately trying to think of something that sounded better than "I don't know really"... "I... Just wondered where you went that's all..." the golden lioness said and then looked away, slightly embarassed actually.

Then Tando and the gang came in and broke the silence. And Dabiku was quite happy, for once, that they did. Gee, that was so not like her...

Kirsui had apparently greeted the new one, and now they came forth. Dabiku decided to play her role as the silent, nonchalant character in the group and didn't move from her seat next to Sheek. She wanted them to come to her first.

The blue-eyed also glanced at the two new males. "They seem interesting..." she thought and took a closer look. She'd find out more about them later...

[Lorien]

She looked to Flare and then to Kirsui. She didn't see any resemblence, but thought better not to ask about it. "It's nice to meet you as well, Flare." Sarumba looked around, her saphire eyes stopping on each in turn. She really didn't know what to say, being surrounded by so many others. She was afraid that she would say something to offend them, so she just waited for more introductions so that she could get to know the group better.

[Pulsar]

Pulsar stepped forward and bowed courteously to Sarumba.
“Greetings Sarumba, a pleasure it is to make your acquaintance…”
He said as he finished bowing.
Then he looked at Pent who sat there glaring.
“Don’t be arrogant Pent, introduce yourself to the lioness…”
Pulsar said hitting him lightly in the side.
Pent let out a puff of air as Pulsar hit him; he frowned and looked at Pulsar before looking back at the lioness.
“I’m Pent…”
Was all he said as he looked at Pulsar then back at her once more. Pulsar shook his head and sighed.

[Lorien]

Sarumba look at the two males as they spoke, a slight giggle escaping her. The smile still on her face, she bowed her head in turn. "The pleasure is all mine, Pulsar...Pent." She looked at each of them as she said their name, still smiling. These two seemed quite interesting.

Her tail wrapped silently about her forepaws as it always did when she was nervous. Yes, she was quite nervous. Meeting all of these new lions at one time, being thrown into their lives as well as them being thrown into hers. It was all a little overwhelming. She had not seen another lion in months while on her travels, and now she had before her enough aquantences to span through a normal year.

[This Land]

Sheek went up to the sarumba
"nice to meet you" he said while he nodded

"so where abouts are you from" sheek questioned directly

[Lorien]

She smiled as well at the new introduction. "I'm from..." Her voice trailed off. Did she even remember where she was from? The land of her cubhood was a blur. She'd travelled so far since then, she wouldn't be able to make it back if her life depended on it. As she thought this, she felt the eyes of the others upon her, waiting her answer.

"Oh, not anywhere around here," she said with a smile. "I don't really have a home, just wander about on my own." She then looked around at the lands they resided upon. "This place seems to be pretty nice. You all are sure lucky to come across a place like this."

[This Land]

"yeah, im sure it was luck" sheek smiled
sheek looked around
"Woah this gruop is getting big" he laughed

Oshiani stared blankly at Pent, still waiting for an answer from him. She leaned forward and put a paw up in the air." Oshiani's the name.." She said and stared at the lioness who looked a bit like herself. She then turned back to Pent.
" You seem quiet." She said frowning.

[Deleted]

Tando bowed in front of Sarumba and smiled softly.
''Tando is the name and I welcome you here... You're welcome to stay as long as you need''
He said and lifted his head again, he looked over at Pent in his eyecorner sharply.
''So, a wanderer you say.. just like us... I came from the great plains to east and met up with these guys and luckily the destiny thought it was best that I met Kirsui here''
He said and licked Kirsui's cheek.
