Call this early, but its good to be organised. 10 years of history on a forum is a great achievement, admittedly the forum was closed for about 18 months at one point due to personnel reasons but as a whole i think this forum has done very good for itself ^^. One idea we have in mind is a real life meetup, this will require good timing and we most likley will have to discuss it. Meeting up on the 21st December we know wont work as it runs too close to christmas, so we can either meet up say a month before or after, or ever longer. Also if you are between 13-18 years old you will need Parents consent, your parents are more then welcome to come along if they want a peice of mind. We understand that due to us being all over the world that not everyone can attend xP, but it will be nice to get as much of us together as possible  Regaurdless if we have a meetup or not we will definatly be doing a skype meeting again. (this time i will make sure im not double booked with a christmas party xD). Things i have in mind is awards, fun quizzes, randomness and Member Awards (nominations will come later in the year). I may even do a sloppy speech xP So yes, they are the things i have in mind. what you do think ?  |

Well I think my parents would be fine with it, they think Pulsar and Ruby are lovely for sending me that card a xmas. Hahah xD I`ve managed to persuade them that none of you are evil internet people. I think the closest person I`m to is Ruby owo.
Where abouts would be a good place because If its too far from my home I don`t think I`d be able to make it; but I`d love to meet you all!

I'd be there Mane and probably London, we'd need to speak more about that but maybe a big city sort of place. There's always travel lodges if people want to stay for a night or something. I'm sure if we do this Pulsar and I would be getting a room so if we got like a three/four bed one two members could stay with us lmao. It's up to TL though |

That sounds so awesome!  I would so love to attend, but unfortunately as you can suppose, I most certainly won't be able to xP But I'm up for the Skype meeting, sure ^^ I'll make sure to have free time by then (last time I had to do some unexpected chores out of my place coinciding on the same day ><) |

I can pretty much guarantee that I won't be able to make it overseas but might I suggest having a UK meetup and an America meetup at the same time? We could Have a big skype between the two groups and everyone else who wasn't able to make it to either of the two meetups.

For the younger members:
If you would like to go to a potential meet up and your parents are hesitant, like TL said they're more than welcome to come. However if they can't come but they wish to meet us, TL, Pulsar or myself will have a skype conversation with your parents to explain safety etc.

^ Yes! So if we're definitely doing this, when do you think would be a good time to start planning everything properly? I think it would be good to begin quite soon really, to give people plenty of time to book time off and arrange travel and such. Because time flies, and all that First off perhaps, around when should this meeting be hosted? Summer or winter? I'm partial to summer myself even though it's quite far from the actual anniversary date, because European summer tends to be nicer than European winter... xD There are more things you can do outside and such. Plus, more people usually have time off during those months, so we might get a higher attendance too. The next question would be where, I suppose. Suggestions, Europe? |

Depending on the time of year, I could make it to Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado and maaaaybe some of the adjacent states. Just throwing that out there but we should really get an idea of who can make it to where. I have another idea. Maybe we should make two separate threads to coordinate, one for the EU meetup and one for the US meetup. I think that would cause the least amount of confusion. We could make a map of which cities people live in and get a rough idea of what cities make the best choices. I'm just tossing ideas out there. Anyone else? I haven't met a single one of you people in person and I'm determined to change that. |

I'm still not sure if I'd be able to make it, but I live about 4 hours from the Mexican border with Texas and New Mexico. I sometimes go to El Paso TX, so if the meeting is anywhere near there I might have a chance to go. But all the same, it depends on the time of the year and what I'll be doing regarding work. We'll see and as of now I think one thread is comfortable enough, but yeah, maybe two separate threads would help later on when there's more talk on both the US and EU meets |

If its just a couple of days, i can get any day/s off work as long as i give it 2 weeks in advance, so i can plan my time around anything that is convenient for you guys. ^^
Taking school and uni into account for members who want to come, what is the best month ?

I like the idea of having one thread for each meet-up :3 I think it would help to keep things organized! Maybe such threads could be placed in a members-only board too..? For some privacy's sake, I mean. As for when to meet, I still think that summer would be the best time, since a lot of people have holidays then. Maybe sometime in July? |

I don't think I'll be able to do July, unfortunately. I start my internship in mid May and it lasts for three months. They've said I can have off time for holidays in between if I want, but I suspect if I do take time off I'll have to spend that on visiting relatives. :c
I'll probably know better when summer is closer and I've sorted everything out with my bosses, but as it is I think August will, unfortunately, be best month for me.

I think this might be moving to maybe winter instead? Not everyone could make July or August, so perhaps sometime in the winter is a better option? Or autumn? I can book a day off for pretty much whenever I want now (except for August), but I still need to book things pretty far in advance. Soo throw some suggestions out and see where we end up? When can the European members interested in going absolutely not make it, and we'll work by process of elimination? |

I might be able to do sometime in late September or some time in November. This summer turned into a much busier one than I thought it would be so...... yesssssssssssss.... Sadly, I won't know for sure until August when I can apply for my courses. I know I'll have a week off sometime during the autumn/early winter, but when exactly that is............. No idea. xP |

Sooo, we're entering the 10th month of this year soon Is anything going to happen with this? I'll go ahead and suggest 30th October - 1st November, or 27th - 29th November, as they are probably best times for me to take a weekend off. I might go so far as to say that I'll be going to London/the UK during one of those weekends regardless. Anyone care to join? |
