Would you rather be a linguist or a cyclist?

I'd rather be linguist. My 1st language is Finnish, and I can already speak English fluently. My spoken Swedish is very rusty, but I understand written and spoken Swedish very well, and even get by in Norway even though they're two different languages. In addition to that, I also have basic skills in Northern Sami, and though I've never learned German I understand snippets of it and can pronounce the words pretty well.

So yeah... Learning the languages I know already properly and then picking up a few more wouldn't be that much of a problem for me. I'd welcome it, actually. xD

Dark room with bats all the way! I like bats, and even if they'd fly all around me they'd never hit me due to ecolocation. x3

UGH. Is there an option for none? xD To be honest, im rubbish with languages, and our french teacher dosen`t help. HE GIVES YOU A DETENTION FOR SPELLING A WORD WRONG. {MyMomSaysICanDropFrench} He`s an evil teacher thats so mean. ;w;

See everything upside down. Your brain actually does a cool thing when it's exposed to these situations by registering everything as upside down and accounting for that difference. Essentially you would see everything right side up again given enough time. But even if that didn't happen I wouldn't be able to deal with hearing people talk backwards all the time =P

Would you rather lose your phone or your wallet in a busy place?

My phone. My wallet has a lot of important stuff in it, and I can always turn off that phone and get a new one if it's been stolen/lost xD

Would you rather be able to eat anything and be in perfect bodily shape, or never go to school and be extremely smart?

Umm, that's a hard one... I think be able to eat everything because there are still more knowledge to learn, even if I was already extremely smart.

Without shampoo. I reeeally need soap in my profession And if I were to live without shampoo, I'd just shave my head, I guess xD

If you had a time machine, would you rather go to the past, or to the future?

I would probably go to the future. Not necessarily because I wouldn't want to see the past but more so because I would be too afraid of changing one little thing and drastically affecting the outcome of the present day.

Would you rather do what you love for half of your working career and then be forced to do menial labor for the rest or do something you enjoy but are still a little annoyed to do it for your entire working career?

Wow, that's one hard question. But I think I'd prefer to work on something I really love, and then live doing something else with the satisfaction of my previous work, rather than have a job I'd be always annoyed with. Although it also has its good side, I guess.

Would you rather travel anywhere in the universe, or to travel to any point in time here on Earth? (Yeah, I've been watching so much Doctor Who )

Anywhere in the universe. It may sound corny but that would be invaluable to our understanding of the universe and that's pretty much what I want to do with my life.

Would you rather visit Tokyo, Japan or Cairo, Egypt?

Cairo. I've always had a fascination with ancient Egyptian mythology, and seeing the pyramids and sphinxes in person is one of the things on top of my things-to-do-when-I-have-the-money list. xD
