She nodded in agreement, "More of this in time but first you need to eat darling." She moved slowly away and then looked back and winked at him.

They walked slowly outside. The pride had already eaten. Most of the lionesses were napping. Tani could see her parents in the distance enjoying the shade of an acacia tree, "This way." She smiled and lead him to a small cave embedded in a rock gorge. The same place her parents had their first kiss. Tani looked triumphant as she lead Enuthu inside and showed him the large antelope shed killed for his breakfast

He giggled when she called him darling but walked by her side contently. They walked past many dozing lionesses, but Enuthu didn't pay much attention to them. She followed her to the small cave and entered the cave to find the large antelope lying inside. He smiled widely and said "Did you kill that?!" it was an impressive catch and all the more to Enuthu who was forced to live off smaller prey due to his brothers almost killing him is he ever tried hunting larger prey.

"Im not all that hungry." Tani said honestly, "But Ill have a little if you don't mind sharing. We can eat together. " she grinned. She paused for a moment, "Thank you.... my father lets my mother and I eat first but I didn't know anyone else would."

he smiled at Tani and said wit a slight giggle "Yes we can share!" he listened to how her father lets her and her mother eat first and said "that is how is should be. The lionesses caught the food, they should eat their prize first."

"My dad taught me too." She grinned, "Maybe tonight?" She asked as she nuzzled him and watched as he nodded his agreement. She smiled contentedly, "Lets eat."

They both enjoyed a hearty meal. After they were done, Tani lay on the ground and smiled up at Enuthu, "Now what?" She asked looking up at him with a glint in her eyes

He sisnt realise just how hungry he was and it felt good to have a hearty meal in his stomach. "how about... you show me around?!" he wasn't sure what they could do, but that was a good place to start

She showed him the watering hole and what was left of the elephant graveyard. She took him to the gorge and the river and showed him the vast grasslands. Finally she showed him the waterfalls.

Tani was growing tired of walking. She flopped down in the grass after taking a long drink of water. She rolled over on her back and looked up at Enuthu with warm eyes, "What do you think? "
