She sighed softly and looked to the ground then said quietly "I was found by a monster of a lion who killed my whole my family infront of my young eyes and left me without family and forced me to use my powers for his pride and I spent several years aiding him, shivering in fear. That's all over though I just ran away... And now I'm here with you." she smiled and nuzzled him gently and a small tear ran down her face

Dye was horrified "That's that's horrendous oh my king" dye stumbled on angry words "Did you kill him? Where is he now?" Dye pushed his head against her nape "I won't ever let anything like that happen to you okay I swear I promise" he said, licking away her tears.

Laugh uncontrollably,

"I didn't kill him, he is most likely with his pride...." she smiled softly with Dye's words and she giggled slightly "Dye... Will you promise never to leave me... I don't need you to protect me... I just need you to stay by my side." she smiled and lowered her head onto her paws, watching the red sky and quickly disappearing sun.

She nodded and purred in agreement, she remained within their embrace until she asked her a question, she smiled and said "Can we just sleep here? The sunrise, I imagine, is just as beautiful." she smiled and awaited Dye's response as the last part of the sun slipped from view.

As Kivuli slept she felt safe as there was only Dye and a swirling beauty surrounding them and as sun broke through the trees kivlui half opened one of her dozy eyes and saw the tip of the bright sphere through the green of the forest.

She giggled and said lightly "Just before noon, you had a really big lie in." she smiled and looked to the sky, the sun seeming so small. She stood up and stretched before grabbing onto some vines and clambering up them, slipping slightly as she did so.
