Wherever Adventure Takes Us {Private Amani and Accalia}

[Accalia]

Novinha watched Bahari, him looking all too peaceful and so she crept over to him and gave him a large splash of water in the face and laughed, awaiting his reaction

[Amani]

Bahari flinched as the water splashed his face, then laughed. "Hey!" he said playfully, laughing as he playfully splashed back at Novhina in response.

[Accalia]

Novinha was glad with his response and frolicked around in the water, splashing large torrents of water in Baharis direction, momentarily putting her paw infront of her face when water came splashing towards her. Novinha laughed, feeling the safest she had ever been scones her parents death.

[Amani]

Bahari dodged around in the water, getting splaahed before he could counter. He then shook out and parted his wet mane from his face, laughing with her.

[Accalia]

Novinhas laugh slowly died and she fell backwards into the water, staring up at the blue sky.

[Amani]

Bahari sat forward and stared into the water, making ripples in the water with his paw. He watched the ripples move out, trying to make them go further.

[Accalia]

"Bahari... Why must we struggle for life if it only pushes us back; if our own kind reject us?" Novinha askes sounding rather defeated and distant.

[Amani]

"Hm?... Even I don't know the exact answer. I just hope that if we keep trying, it'll get better and we'll find our place, in time." Bahari replied assuringly.

[Accalia]

Novinha was contempt with the answer and closed her eyes, beginning to humm a small song that grew into a melodious sound, not pretty, but strong yet elegant. She lay there singing, the water lapping up her sides, everything perfect

[Amani]

Bahari contently nodded, then closing his eyes, relaxed in the water. He listened to her sing song pleasantly, the sound of the water rippling water below.

[Accalia]

Aleila's song stopped abruptly as her acute senses took in an unfamiliar scent, her body now sitting right up, the eerie silence filling her head.

[Amani]

Bahari's water rippling ceased in response. He sensed around the area himself, so he didn't make any noise. He waited quietly and alertly for anything.

[Accalia]

Novinha took a deep breath in sensing an unfamiliar being on the horizon, a dark black figure stood, it's dark mane rippling in the wind, it's blinding white teeth spread in a sharp, warning smile as it drew closer.

[Amani]

Bahari was sitting up straight now, aware of the approaching figure. He tried to identify what the figure was. Whatever it was it didn't have a friendly smile.

[Accalia]

Novinha's shivers sent ripples quivering though the water, her eyes fixed on the approaching figure as its dark features began walking towards the two of them, its orange eyes flaring with murderous intents.

[Amani]

Bahari was becoming uneasy now, letting out a low growl at it. He kept looking at the figure as it drew closer. It very surely didn't seem friendly either.

[Accalia]

The figure began to run, Novinha slowly rose and began walking slowly towards it, her claws unsheathed and ready to kill. Her eyes were hard and uncaring as it drew closer it orange eyes burning holes into novinhas own cold ones

[Amani]

Noticing the figure speed up, Bahari was on standby and walking towards ready. He'd attack if worse comes to worse, seeming how it appeared to want to kill them.

[Accalia]

Novinha had no hesitation and gave a short sprint towards the figure and hit it hard across the face.

The figure stumbled back his eyes shocked

[Amani]

Bahari watched and followed suit, sprinting towards the figure and hitting it hard again. He ended up where Novhina was, unsure of how this is going to go

[Accalia]

The figure groaned and Novinha bit it, still unsure of who it was until it lifted its head and sudden realisation flooded through Novinha's face. "Brother?!"

"Wait.. Novinha?" the figure asked unsure

[Amani]

"You're related?" Bahari asked looking between the too. He stood down a bit, but not completely to make sure.

[Accalia]

Novinha sighed and said "Unfortunately he is my brother." Novinha didn't put her claws away and sat her tense muscles flexing.

The figure laughed, but it wasn't a normal sort of laugh, it was forced and unnatural. "So... Who's you boyfriend, little sis?" he somewhat spat her title at her moving his firery orange eyes to Bahari.

[Amani]

"Ohhhh..." Bahari drifted off when he replied. The weird laugh and the look kept Bahari in an uneasy impression. Atleast he knew who this was now though.

[Accalia]

Novinha swat her brother hard across the face, leaving blood trailing down his dark fur. She however smiled a wicked smile and turned her back on him, flicking her tail as she walked back towards the water. However her brother ran infront of her snarling, his eyes hard. "How dare you turn your back on me."

"Oh im turning on you, do you not remember who left the family to go join the enemy?!" she spat in reply, her eyes hurt and distant.

[Amani]

Bahari headed back for the water, with the intent of not getting involved, for now at least. He looked back at them briefly as he stood near the shore.

[Accalia]

Novinha growled at her brother and pushes him away with her paw, but her brother just swipes her across the eye, leaving her with three long strikes trailing from her eyebrow to the top of her cheek, gluing her eye shut. He gasped and collapses, Novinha stunned and after it all sets in runs to the water to wash away the blood from her face, but she would never appear the same.

[Amani]

Bahari was shocked by the collapsing lion as well. After a few seconds he relaxed, feeling that it was over. He then turned to Novhina and asked, "Are you okay?"

[Accalia]

Novinha looked up at Bahari, her eye swollen shut by the cuts and her vision blurred by tears. "No....." She let out quietly

[Amani]

Bahari moved over and tried to comfort her. "Sorry about your brother." He moved his concern to her swollen eye. "Did your eye get hurt bad?" he asks.
