Lion King Cub Adventure!

This is a thread all about lion king-like cubs having fun. They can be male or female just as long as they are realistic lion king colors. All cubs are friends and none are the prince or princess. This is also my first thread, so I'll see how it goes. Just fill this out with your lion cubs info:

Description: He is a golden lion cub with a red mane growing already. It sticks up on his head. He has green eyes and a red tuft on his tail. He also has red tufts growing on his elbows of his two front legs and he has some black outlining the top of his ears. He's also lean, making him fast.
Gender: Male
Crush: Will develop
Personality: He is very rebellious, outgoing, humorous, and fun to be around. He knows how to have fun and how to get into trouble. He usually learns lessons from his experiences which help him as an adult. He also has a prominent can-do attitude! It usually rubs off on others.

Name: Niliah
Description: Niliah is a light golden lioness with a lighter underbelly. She has blue-gray eyes and brown paw pads, tail tuft, and inside ear fur. She also has a bright pink nose. She's very muscular for a female and very stocky.
Gender: Female
Crush: Will develop
Personality: Niliah is very sweet, kind-hearted, and smart. She usually is the voice if reason and doesn't like getting into trouble. But even if she fails in trying to get others to see reason, she'll go along with it anyway. She's also good at making up games to play. She does have a naughty side, but it only shows to her best best friend.

Description: A blonde tuft of mane, along with a blonde tail tip, cream eye rims and blue eyes. He has two small tufts coming from his shoulders, which are blonde.

Crush:Unknowng
Personality: He tends to be sarcastic most of the time, and he's a little prankster that knows nothing to do but cause problems. He despises anybody who does something to him, that he doesn't like.

Name:Ara
Description:Golden pelt, with an almost white paw sock on her front right paw. She has minty green eyes and brown ear rims
Crush:Unknown
Gender:Female
Personality:She loves to pull pranks and such, but she doesn't do it that much, whenever she gets caught she shys away from her friends and isolates herself, afraid of being embarrased again.

Description: Light gold-colored coat with same-colored paws, blue eyes and a lean build. Also he has a light-colored muzzle, underside, and eye shades, along with a brown tail tuft and brown inner ears.

Personality: He is playful and quite curious, loving to explore. Generally, he is friendly and outgoing, but tends to be shy around strangers. Also he is obedient and usually doesn't like to get into trouble, but sometimes his aventurous spirit can't help it. Attitude-wise, he mostly tends to looks on the bright side and is more positive can-do.

Name: Tumaini "Mai"
Description: Tan-colored coat with white-colored paws, teal eyes and and a lean build. Also she has a light-colored muzzle, underside, and eye shades, along with a black tail tuft and light inner ears.
Gender: Female
Crush (if any): Unknown
Personality: She is pretty outgoing and kinda unruly. Sometimes she is mischievous and in turn dislikes getting caught for it. Also, she usually tries to plea with authority and cutely get out of it. Some have a soft side to this, which Mai tries to take advantage of. However, this cutesy act sometimes doesn't work on others and fails.

I'll Pitch in Leto for this.

Name: Leto.
Description: Similar to his adult counterpart, barring the mane and chin-beard. Slightly thin, almost malnourished looking.
Gender: Male
Crush (if any): Find's the idea of crush's icky, like any child. Instead might develop particularly strong friendship and loyalty to someone(he gets along easier with males than females, mostly cause he outright doesn't understand girls very well) but it won't develop into a crush, given he's too young to even understand it.
(Note: Am I the only one who find the whole idea of kids having crushs'(which is essencially unrequiited romances) to be very creepy? lol)
Personality: Is very adult in his behavior and mannerisms, though at heart he is still a child deep down. Being raised in an very militaristic society he's had to grow up very fast. And as such he lacks some of the innocence and carefreeness associated with other cubs his age, and is not familiar with a lot of things other children take for granted.

Tendaji and Niliah awoke in the main den, yawning and stretching. They planned to head into the Pridelands and have some fun by the water hole with their friends. They raced out of the cave and looked around for the others.

Wasana was already out, studying flowers among the grass at the edge of the pride's home. She licked one of them, then screwed up her little face. "Ew... the monkeys say the white flowers are good for you, but you'd never know it," she said to herself, then scribbled some notes for herself in the dirt. She didn't notice the cubs leaving the den, which was right behind her.

[Amani]

Mai stayed in the den and took her time waking up. She'd catch up with the other cubs in a second.

Amani quickly stretched and sprung out first-thing. He scouted the area, but as novice would miss the trail.

Ara woke up, but bounded out after the others. "Hey wait up!" She yells grumpily. She finally caught up.

Azua rolled his eyes and plodded out of the den with a smirk on his face. "So, who we pranking today?" He grins.

[Leto]

The orange pelted youngster was already near the waterhole, having woken up shortly before sunrise. Once again he had managed sneak out before his assigned guardians had known he was missing. Granted the cub hadn't wandered too far, and was now sitting on the edge of the waterhole staring at his own reflection in the water.

However whatever musings he had were kept short as the sound running paw-steps reached his ears. 'Great.' Leto muttered to himself, a little annoyed his time of quiet was now over, with the rest of the pride's cubs being up and about.

[Amani]

Instead, Amani would see Ara rush past and go after her to catch up. When he got there, he would see he caught up as well.


Mai gradually made her way to the end of Pride Rock, spotting some cubs run off. She climbed down and padded after them.

Ara dissapeared from sight, smirking she jumped out and pinned down Amani. "Ha!" She laughed victoriously.

Azua just shook his head at Ara. He found her quite annoying. He huffed and sat down.

[Accalia]

Arlo had woke up late and ran as fast as his little legs would carry him to the wattles hole.

"Hay, wait up!" He said out of breath, but he wore a large childish grin. He straitened up and slowed his breathing "So what happened here?!" He said giggling as he noticed Ara had pinned down Amani.

[Amani]

"Ahh!" Amani screamed as he got pounced. He giggled after realizing he had been pinned, as Arlo showed up. "She surprised me."

Mai made her way there to the water hole finally. She arrived just after Arlo, giggling when seeing Amani and Ara. "She got you~!"

[Leto]

Leto had no trouble finding the other cubs, given how they were as loud as an elephant with a toothache. He could see how one of the cub's pounced and succesfully pinned another with reckless abandon. "She would've never surprised me." The ice-blue eyed cub boldly claimed. "I noticed as many as 12 flaws in her technique, that even a dim-witted hyena could've found and exploited." he spoke walking up beside Mai.

During the short time since he had been adopted by this pride Leto had acquiered an almost infamous reputation as a kill-joy and party pooper among the cubs. The notion though was a little unfair given how harsh and unforviging and outright loveless living his birth pride had been. His critical observation were not malicious or mean-spirited, but rather his if not unique way of giving advice and helpful pointers to those who's skills he greatly outmatched despite his young age.

Ara grinned, lifting her golden form from Amani. She chuckled to herself. She turns to Leto, and sits down, listening to him. "So, what could I do to improve?" She asks. She hated having things wrong, and always liked to perfect things, well most of the time, when she wasent messing with her friends. She was also not bothered by Letos way to do things, because everybody was different and you couldn't outcast somebody just because of who they were. "Since your the best around here at things like that, I figured you would be able to tell." She laughed.

[Accalia]

Arlo came closer to Ara, he slumped down, ready for the lesson. Arlo loved to learn and more than anything else he loved to learn with others, so he waited for Leto to begin his lecture, prepared to take in every word. He smiled at Leto and then at Amani and Mai, he didn't know them that well but from what he did he sae they were prepared to have a laugh.

[Amani]

Amani got back to his feet and turned to Leto. "Really~...like what?" he said, in a slightly shy but curious way. He would love to listen and learn.

[Accalia]

Arlo smiled and beckoned them to come join the learning circle.

Mai and Amani then came into the circle and sat by Arlo, eyes and ears open and ready to learn.
