The Dark Times jump in!

"However Sarafina, the herds may have water, but they won`t have food. All of the grass is withered and.. grey, which sounds very odd."

"Something will be sorted out soon hopefully." Sarafina suggested gently, wanting to make her friend happy.

"We will try, and we will fight. Im not giving up this easily. We need help. In a few months, it will finally be time, and hopefully, we will be saved"

[Ruby_Fehu]

"Be time for what?" Sarafina asked, caught offguard.

Scar began to stir, clearly having a bad dream.

[mane6]

"Nala, she is the last hope for us. She can find help" she stated

[Ruby_Fehu]

"I can't let Nala go out, not alone." Sarafina started protectively.

[mane6]

"We need to. We need help, she is nearly fully grown, and she would be out of the way of Scar. Shes our last hope Sarafina! " she said, slightly saddening her tone.

Nala, began to move around and stir. "Ugh" she moaned in her sleep. "No.. Simba.." she said again falling on her side with a thud.

[Ruby_Fehu]

Sarafina turned to her daughter and ran a paw along her. "Shh." She whispered softly.

"Its going to be hard for her.." she murmered turning to look at Nala with a sadness in her eyes.

[Ruby_Fehu]

"Scar might not let her go though." Sarafina pointed out.

[mane6]

"We will find a way." She said placing her paw on Sarafinas to try and comfort her.

[Ruby_Fehu]

"She's my baby girl though Sarabi." Sarafina sighed.

[mane6]

"I know, but, since my very first day in the Pridelands, I discovered a small cave passage that leads out of the Pridelands, so far, only I know of this, but Scar does not."

[Ruby_Fehu]

"Is the risk worth taking? If Nala gets caught, we're well and truly stuck." Sarafina argued.

Z
"She won't be harmed, Scar wouldent let anybody lay a paw on her. Its a stealth mission, if they hyenas find out, I will not hesitate to attack, and Nala will run, she will be successful. "

[Ruby_Fehu]

"He wouldn't harm her now but if she runs he will. That's just have Scar is Sarabi." Sarafina sighed.

"Mhm, perhaps we should discuss this another day however" she decided her eyes growing droopy.

[Ruby_Fehu]

Sarafina nodded her agreement and rested her head on her paws, not feeling tired at the moment.

[mane6]

She let out a quiet yawn, as her eyes finally closed. This was all fake however, just so she could go and spy on scar. A few moments later, she snook out in the dark. But was soon shocked by a voice, as bright blue eyes looked at her. "Sarabi, what are you doing?" The young lioness asks with intention, to go along too.

[Ruby_Fehu]

Sarafina eventually fell asleep not realizing her friend and daughter had left.


Scar padded out of the cave and past the two lionesses, he didn't acknowledge them as he made his way to his old cave.

Sarabi:
"Nothing dear, go back to sleep" She warns, before walking away, but not following Scar. She peeped inside her old den, a look of sadness in her dull eyes.

Nala:
She shrugged and padded away, sitting down on a nearby ledge, the silver moonlight basking her cream fur and blue eyes. She glanced towards the sky, a small sad sigh escaped her maw.

[Ruby_Fehu]

Scar soon head back to the Pride, walking heavily, his head lowered thoughtfully until he reached a ledge and saw Nala, "What are you doing here so late?" He asked, genuinely surprised and curious.

"Watching the stars" she mumbled still staring at the dark sky.

[Ruby_Fehu]

Scar glanced upwards to the sky then back to Nala, "It's not safe for you to be out here alone. The hyenas aren't to be trusted. And there's Zira too." He said, showing that he knew exactly what had gone on between her and Zira earlier that day.

[mane6]

Nala:
"So, if the hyenas aren`t to be trusted, why allow them to enter the pridelands, and kill innocent lions? Just so you can continue to reign and spoil our lifes?" She says in anger, as her ears flicked back, as she took a small step forward. "All the time you hated Mufasa, but he was ten times the king you were! We were all happy!" She says again, growing more angry. "I woulden`t be surprised if it was /you/ who killed him" She hisses.

[Ruby_Fehu]

Scar stayed surprisingly calm, "The hyena's needed a home too, it was originally going to be Shenzi, Banzai and Ed. But they brought their pack. I hated Mufasa, but I wouldn't kill family." He replied coldly.

Nala:
A sneer spread across her muzzle. "Oh, and, im never going to be your Queen, the only one that i would ever give my heart to was Simba, not his Uncle." She says again, beginning to walk away.

Zira:
A cold chuckle echoed around, as her gleaming red eyes observed from afar. "Ah, so Nala. does`nt love scar? Well, at least it would be too hard for me to be his Queen now."

[Ruby_Fehu]

"I'm not expecting you to be, who's saying that?" Scar asked, feigning innocence.

[mane6]

She paused. Looking worried. She had said too much. Again. "Nobody" she saud, until she let out a sigh. "I overheard the hyenas" she said with a lie.

[Ruby_Fehu]

"Well it's not true." Scar lied convincingly, pretending to be angry he turned and stalked off.
