Kanu, I'll try to record my lines in the next few days haha. 

It'll be helpful because Hyper and I are around the same age, so our voices will sound sort of similar. Minus the accents XD

Everyone else says it will work though so I'm confident despite my own feelings!

Edit: Just to be sure I send things in the right format:
- Do you want all of the lines in one file or each separate scene or even each line?
- Would you rather me pick my best lines myself or just send you the top three or something and let you decide?
- MP3 or Audacity files?

I'd say that you have nothing to worry about, really. We're all in a similar situation where it's hard to match those great performances in the movie, but the point is also to have some fun with it. It'll feel great once you get the hang of it, just try to be in character and "feel" what Simba feels at the moment, it'll come naturally after some tries

And well, the way I do it, I record a line over and over again until I have a few that I like, then I select the one I think it's best. I usually send Kanu my files line by line. I think it's easier to arrange them that way. And I send .WAV files to Kanu, but I guess MP3 is more ideal

I'm sure you'll do fine, Hyper! And like Leor said, this project is for fun, so you should just have fun working with it too ^^

The way you send in the files is largely up to you. You can send the lines in separate files or all in "one go", and you can send me several versions or just the ones you think are the best. It all works for me! I do need them in MP3 or WAV (or anything similar) though, as sending the Audacity project file is a little unreliable. It might not include all data, so, to be safe, export the sounds first :3

I should have more to send to you this weekend, I'm a bit busy during the week. Also, are we only doing those scenes or are those just the ones we're doing for now? The only reason I ask is because we're skipping over some great scenes like Mufasa's ghost to name one.

Well, the main goal is to have the full movie fan-dubbed, of course Those scenes in the first post are some of the tentative ones to get done first, but as we get the full cast covered and complete more scenes, Kanu should add the rest (At least that's how I got it xD)

And man, I would so love to do the Mufasa's ghost scene with you I still don't know how I'll do Mufasa's voice on that one, though, he has to sound huge and powerful xD Plus, we also need a voice for Rafiki.

I've made a "wishlist" of scenes to complete first, like Leor said. People are free to add things to the list though! Like Mufasa's Ghost scene That one is a given, of course (my favourite scene in the film, haha), I just didn't add it before since we didn't have a definite Simba and no Rafiki. Now we at least have a Simba, so I'll go on and add it

Both Scar and Mufasa's Stampede lines are now all done and edited into the project file It feels great to see more green in the first post =P

I also finally had a chance to add in Leor's Elephant Graveyard lines too, wohoo! I'm gonna look at the Finale tomorrow, @arules92, but so far the lines sound great! I've added another scene with Scar in the "wishlist", if you're interested in recording those too

Well, I just finished with all my scenes in the wish list
I have to say, the "Lesson/Under the Stars" scene was the hardest to do, especially with Mufasa's laughing (And yay! I finally pronounced "deliberately" right... I think )

As for the Mufasa's Ghost scene, I recorded it too, but I'm still trying to figure out how to put those sound effects ><
So this means the last scene remaining to do for me is the "Challenge" scene with Scar and Zazu, I'll get to do that soon

Haha yeah, that'd be much better Alright, I just sent you the Ghost lines I also added an extra "Remember" line to the mix for the Finale scene ^^
