Shani smiled and started making her way back staying close to kiume as she cam towards the pride.Once there she bumped into her father and saw the wounds on him look better.
"Hi dad, are you feeling better"Shani asked a big grin on her face.

Shani nuzzled her father then kiume and pressing her face into his mane.she then made her way into the cave wanting kiume to follow.

Shani smiled as kiume came closer, her eyelids feeling heavy.She rested her head on her paws and began to drift into a light sleep.

As shani slept she could hear her parents moving around outside with the pride.She thought about how in afew years she would have to become queen with kiume by her side.A smile then spread accross her face as shefell into a deeper sleep.

Aria and Alex had decided to go for a walk together, the couple never really got time to themselves anymore and whilst the Pride was sleeping they decided to visit the place where they first met, the watering hole which was about an hours walk from where they were.
Kiume draped his paw across Shani as she slept.

Shani felt kiumes paw flop over her and she smiled.She licked his paw and rested her head back on her paws.She saw her parents walking past the cave together and smiled.She liked the fact they where spending some time together.

Shani awoke the next morning.Her eyes opened to the morning sun and she was laying ontop of kiume in an awkward way.She stood up being careful not to wake kiume, but as she did she felt something move in her stomach.
"oh.. God.."Shani mumbled.
She could feel something moving inside her, and she Coud just tell she was pregnant.Although she was pretty much an adult she knew her parents would not be impressed with what had happened.She nudged kiume, trying to wake him up, and was dreading telling him.

"Huh?" Kiume asked still half asleep, "You're expecting cubs?" He sat up as he spoke. "You're expecting cubs. My cubs?" He allowed a grin to form as the realization sunk in.
