It was morning in the vibrant lands, known as the pridelands. Today prince chaka and princess nama had been born. Chaka was held up to the kingdom as he was the future king. A few months had past and princess Shani had been born she was the youngest but wasstill loved by her parents, however she could never be happy when she just started to walk, the abuse started, Nama would attack her little sister leaving wounds of pain and scars that could not heal. When she could talk her parents were thrilled. Shani was a bright and happy young princess. One day Shani went to play outside were she met Chaka and Nama she playfully bounced on her sisters back she had forgotten of the past of abuse. However when Shani pounced on Nama, nama bucked around and sent her younger sister to the floor before shani blacked out she heard "stay away you mutant!" When kiara found her youngest all the family came down to her. When nama got there she played nicely and
Pretended to be worried the sick truth was that she was glad. When Shani awoke she smiled she though nama was her freind again. When she was re allowed to play outside again Shani decided to explore but she made a grave mistake nama followed her, shani completely un aware until it was to late. Nama ponced clawing and biteing at shani, the young cub cried in pain all she could mutter was "why?" Kiara and kovu started to get worried shani had not retured the truth was shani was slowly making her way home dragging her broken and mutilated legs behind her. When she got home she fried "mommy! Make it stop. Please mommy daddy it hurts! Nama did it send her away!" Kiara burst into tears she couldn't save her daughters legs they were to broken, the only thing she could do was keep an eye on her daughter, her life was ruined. It broke her heart that her own child was almost killed by another sibling nama was banished she was teen now. Chaka had just started growing his mane he ran away though because his sister was banished shani couldn't rule with her legs like they were. When the moon came up and bathed the lands in silver shani crept out the pain to much for her to bare, she jumped from priderock words going through her head such as freak mutant and horrible names all in namas voice. When kiara and kovu woke up in the morning shani was gone they searched everywhere until they found her lying peacefully on the ground. "It was what we should have done kiara, i bet she hurt so much........" the distraught parents buried their last child they were heartbroken and forever they will be.
