Anmani Lay there still, huddled in a ball, trembling. A tear ran down his cheek as he started to sob. "I want to go home!"
His voice was so faint that even the words he spoke could barely be heard by him. How did he lose track of Kisima? She had been right there... What a fool he was, always oblivious... No wonder he lost his family...
And now, he's lost his new family too....

Kisima looked up at Sukari. She didn't say a word. The cub stood there with a blank expression on her face for a few seconds before blinking a couple of times. A frown placed itself upon her face.
"Well if you're not gonna find him then i will!"
The tanned cub exclaimed impatiently as she slowly started walking in a random direction. Normally she would have run. But she was hoping that Sukari would follow her.

Tefnut really begun to feel nervous. The cubs had to be found, it was dagerous to be alone. The liopardess glanced up at she sky. There was nothing. Atleast the vultures hadn't noticed the two cubs... Yet.. Tef pounced over to a large stone, gazing around. Nothing... Shaking her head she climbed down and begun to walk.
Then she stopped, ears perked up and head turning slowly from side to side. Had she heard something...? Very faintly...? "Anmani?! Kisima?!" She begun to trot. If the cubs were here... "Anmani! Kisima!"
The liopardess felt her left front paw hit a root. She felt like tripping over and falling to the ground and tried to regain her balance. Hopping over with three legs she finally stopped, still standing. She took a deep breath, trying to slow down her breathing.
She caught a glimpse of movement from her eyecorner. She turned her head, and her eyes widened in surprise. She saw a small cub with a creamy white tuft. A wave of relief went through her body, and a smile came to her face as she headed towards the trembling cub. "Anmani.." she spoke gently, lowering herself down to the ground to look closer at the cub. "Are you ok?"

Sukari Had Her Ears Perked up the whole time, she heard faint noises, of another cub. "Hold on a Second there Kisima" she said, Pinning her tail gently"
"Somtimes, You can find lost ones, not just by walking off, somtimes you have to listen somtimes for a while, then slowly walk" she said gently and smiled.
Sukari lifted Kisima up, by the nape of her neck and placed Kisima on her back. "I heard faint a cub voice, also Tefnet's, hold on" she said again gently
Sukari started slowly walking, with her ears perked up, and when she heard other rustling from ahead, her walk turned into a sprint.
She then sighed in relief as she Saw Tefnut Ahead, along with Amani. Smile came to her face as she stood by Tefnut. "Well, what a stroke of luck" She said continuing her smile
Sukari Nuzzled Tefnut and then stood quiet.

Kisima frowned at Sukari when she was stopped in her tracks by the lionesses paw on her tail. She was about to open her mouth in retaliation but the golden lioness started to speak.
"Yes Sukari."
The cub replied in annoyance, not really paying any attention to what the words were that came out of Sukari's mouth. The cub was then picked up and placed on the lionesses back, and the next thing Kisima knew, Anmani and Tefnut were there infront of her. The black furred cub jumped off Sukari's back and landed on the ground near her best friend.
"Mani!"
She exclaimed as loudly as possible befor tackling the male cub.

Anmani heard them calling him, but their words didn't register to his mind, he seemed to be in shock. He didn't even seem to flinch at their calling to him. It wasn't only till after a few moments that the cub came back to earth. Blinking several times he looked at each of them, and forced a faint smile.

"Mani, whats wrong " Kisima said as she stood beside her friend, she then moved in front of him and touched his nose with hers, "Mani, it's me Kisima".
She was starting to get worried, her playmate wasn't doing anything, she glanced up at Tefnut and Sukari, then back at Mani, she bought her face down by Anmanis and gently rubbed her cheek against his, and her little pink tongue darted out and gave it a lick as well.
Kisima watching Mani saw a little smile hesitantly appear on his muzzle, she leaned in closer and whispered to him, "please don't ever wander off and get lost again, I don't know what I would do if you weren't with me, promise me Mani you will always stay with me and be my friend". Kisima stood there waiting for Mani to reply, with a shy look on her face

Anmani nodded in reply to what the others had said to him. "ugh... I'm ok now, thanks..." The faint smile still on his face, that was until Sukari mentioned for them to move on. His eyes shifted to Kisima and Tef, as if waiting for them to take the lead and for him to follow.

Safila came slowly through the bushes after Tef, a smile breaking into her thoughts as she saw everyone gathered , the cubs had been found and by the looks not a scratch on them.
As her eyes swept over them all she heard Sukari mentioning it was time to move off, stepping closer to her, she gave her cheek a slight nuzzle. " Sukari, do you think it might be time for us to travel and find a new home for us all, where there is water and food plentiful, before your cub wants to make an entrance into our New World?".
----------------------------------------------
Kisima was feeling happy now she had her playmate back with her, her little paws started tapping on the dry ground, and she felt like jumping around, "come on Mani, lets go, lets play", she stood there in front of him with a silly grin on her muzzle.
"Tef, you can come play too if you want, come find pretty butterflies with us?" Kisima looked at Tef, her eyes shining bright and her head tilted to one side, while a little dribble of saliva ran out the corner of her mouth. quickly Kisima made a loud sucking noise catching the water, then licked her lips and grinned.

Sukari listened closley to what Safila said, tears running down her cheek as soon as her cub was mentioned. it just kept reminding her of sheek. "I dont know Safila" she said upset "This is Sheek's Homeland, i cant leave it..." she almost cried
Sukari sat back down again. "at the moment...i just want us to get out of this part of the forest, we have found the cubs, just dont want anyone else getting lost in here, need to get out into the open. But about moving to different lands.....im not no sure" she said upset
Sukari Wiped her Tears and stood back up. "Comon, lets go" she said gently Sukari Glanced at Tefnut and Safila and smiled faintly. Then started to walk slowly.

Tefnut listened to Safila and Sukari, still keeping Anmani close to her. She would've never forgiven herself if something had happened... Giving a small nuzzle to the male cub, Tef rose to her feet, turning to face Sukari. "Su..." the liopardess said as she walked beside her friend, keeping a close eye at the two cubs at the same time. "We'll leave these lands only when you're ready for that. If you don't want to leave, then we wont..." She smiled at Sukari, poking the lioness' shoulder with her nose.
And then her attention turned to the two cubs and the surrounding areas. Her ears moved into different directions, listening to noises that could mean danger. She didn't hear them, and was relieved of that.

Safila smiled weakly at Sukari before speaking in reply.
"Then we shall stay here until you're ready to move on, even if that's never."
And straight after she finished speaking Tefnut started to talk. Safila simply nodded her head in agreement. She looked at Sukari's belly, thinking about how she would soon be a big sister... not by blood, of course. But Sukari was the closest thing Safila actually had to a mother. Speaking of which, she hadn't seen her father in a while & had forgotten about not seeing him in the fuss of looking for the cubs.
"Oh! Sukari!!"
The lioness spoke quickly and caught up with Sukari, as she had slowed down whilst day dreaming.
"I still haven't seen Ravincal in a while... do you know where he would be?"

Sukari Retured a Little Nuzzle to Tef "Thankyou Tef" she said affectionly, and then turned towards Safila "I dont know Safila" she said gently Sukari then Gave a Little Nuzzle to Safila "Im sure he is around, you two are so close to one another, im sure he wont leave you" Sukari Looked up into the sky and sighed It hasnt trully sunk in that sheek is now gone, the love of her life....just gone. Sukari returned back to looking at Safila "and thankyou safila" she said gently and nuzzled her. Sukari Looked Behind her at the cubs, she walked back and stood By Kisima. "Cmon Kisima and Amani we will play later" she said softly Sukari then picked Kisima up and Placed Her On Her Back and the Same with Amani. Sukari then Walked back up to Safila and Continued walking "Best get a Headstart, ill have to get used to this in months to come" she said with a faint but genuine smile.

Kisima sat upon Sukari's back contently looking around at the surroundings as Sukari walked by. She turned to look at Anmani with a look on her face that showed she was thinking deeply. After a minute or two of staring at him she opened her mouth and spoke.
"Maaani."
The cub said simply, still staring at him.
"Do you think we'll be friends foreverrr?"

Anmani had been looking forward as he walked along, lost in his own thoughts. That was until he heard Kisima say part of his name in an unusual tone. "uhm?..." The cub let out sheepishly as he looked up at her. "I guess......" Was all he replied, the cub wasn't sure how to answer the question really. "I mean, yeah Kisima!" He said then a second later with a more reassured voice as he smiled up at her. "uhmmm where are we going anyways?" After being in his own world for a while Anmani hadn't really heard if they were going anywhere in particular.

Kisima grinned back at her friend when he replied.Shuffling a little bit closer to him, she hung on even tighter.
"That's good, then."
She then heard what he asked the adults and added on after him.
"yeah! Where are we goin' anyways? Are we going to somewhere where everything's green, and there's a great big waterfall, butterflies, and..."
Kisima trailed on about her fantasy world, naming every little detail about it, not realising she was still speaking out loud, she had a secret little smile on her face and her eyes were a little bit glazed over.

Sukari Looked over her shoulder
"something like that......Over time" she said gently
Sukari continued to walk until she was back out of the forest, hoping the other's where following. Sukari scanned the area and soon found a slightly long grass patch near to where she was lying before all this happened, and walked over to it, it was not too long, so she could keep an eye on the cubs when she let them down. Sukari then slowly let the cubs down onto the grass and she laid down herself and stretched all her body over the grass, and kept the position. "go on you two, have fun, but don't run off again" she said plainly but with a smile.
The grass was cool and refreshing, just what she needed, to get away from all the stresses, even if it was just for a moment. just one moment of not trying to worry about anything.

Safila followed along after Sukari, keeping an eye on her. They would need to stop more frequently so she wouldn't get too tired, and she was still in mourning for her mate Sheek.
Now they all knew they weren't going to leave these lands, they could move when they wanted. Watching as Sukari gently lowered herself down into the long grass, Safila moved over closer and quietly spoke to her.
"I'm sorry if I made you sad, suggesting we leave Sheeks homeland, I wasn't sure where you wanted to go to give birth to your cub, but here is fine, you know wherever you need to go we will be with you".
Leaning down she gave her a small nuzzle, then moving away found her own spot in the coolness, and lay watching what the cubs were going to get upto.

Tefnut watched as Sukari let Kisima and Anmani down and laid down to the soft grass. The liopardess gazed around for a while, wondering how they had ended up like this. First, their group had seemed to grow so fast, and now... Tef was alone with Sukari, Safila and the two cubs. Most of the group were gone - dead or just simply disappeared.
Tef sighed and sat down, watching Sukari momentarily with her green eyes. She smiled at her friend, before she turned her gaze away to keep an eye on the surroundings again. Everything was so peaceful, so calm...
The liopardess laid down and placed her head on her paws. She seemed to be relaxing, but her ears were still listening closely, just in case something suddenly decided to appear somewhere.

------3 Months Later------ So Many memories.......just so many. My name Is Sukari, the mate of Sheek Arnel. The future mother of Anthi Arnel. Anthi will be arriving any time soon. I chose Anthi as a name because of course I don't know what the gender of my cub will be, it’s one of them names you can use for both. I hope it’s just one cub, because I don’t want to be cruel, you can probably understand where I am going here. Too many cubs and I won’t be able to offer full protection and their lives will be gone, I don’t know at this time if I can even guarantee the life of one cub, I’m lacking self confidence, inside myself is still a wreck. I try not to show it up on the surface. All I can do is try my very best for my cub when it enters this place called “The World”. I don’t know whether to smile or cry. My life is so empty without Sheek, but I have to keep reminding myself that if Sheek didn’t take his life, our group would have been a lot emptier then it is now. My Only strength is through the lionesses and cubs I live with. The only way I can see Sheek is through his sister - my best friend Tefnut, the Liopardess. The two Cubs Kisima and Amani are getting slightly bigger every time I lay my eyes them every morning, they have bonded such a great friendship between them. Safila has grown a lot as well. It’s amazing how in 3 months so many changes take place. You can pass Safila off as a young adult now. And my very good friend Tefnut, always on look out for us along with Safila. Tefnut and I go some time back, it was so nice to re-unite with her as our group was moving along the savannah. She has had so much trouble finding a steady pride to live with when she was younger, I would of helped her, but I had Family troubles of my own and got chased away all them years back. It’s great that she is here now, I hope she will call this group her home. It’s Nice her being here, just the same as all the other lionesses I live with. What is this group? I ask to myself. The only answer I can give is that we are a surviving group of great odds. Sheek told me of all the things that have happened in this group a couple of weeks before he died, he has seen lions and lionesses been and gone in this group, he has told me of the continuous journey to nowhere, settling down on certain locations but then due to dangers, they had to keep moving. So that is what I want to do, what I need to do. I am going to follow in Sheek's paw prints, to keep on moving. It sounds stupid, even I thought of that myself, but how does a pride of wondering lions actually live? I then Knew the answer straight away. We have enemies, sorrow, bad memories and deaths in these lands, but one thing we have to combat all these bad things is that of just pure group strength within . If we are strong, our group is strong which fights enemies, our prosperity is strong which fights sorrow, our Happy memories take over our bad memories, and .......I have realized just this moment why my Future Cub means so much more to me. New life in a Group conquers over deaths. I know now that for new life to begin, a death has to happen, i just never knew that it can be so closely related down to one single group. It’s going to be a fresh start in this group hopefully. We will carry on with our lives, battle through obstacles of life in Africa. I know it isn’t going to be easy, but we must try....... Try and find a new home, new place, new friends..... A new world. We must try......But we cannot fail. ~ Sukari.

Tefnut, the daughter of two different species, was resting peacefull in a tree. The sun was waking up at any moment, and the liopardess in the tree could finally relax. She had been on guard, just like she had been almost every night during the past three months.
She slept only short moments during the nights, her senses always alert. For some reason, she had taken the duty of making sure the group was safe during the time they slept. She felt that as the sister of Sheek, as a dear friend of Sukari and as the aunt of the becoming cub of the two... Watching over their little "pride" was her responsibility.
She sighed, gazing down from her branch. Anmani was fast asleep under the tree. Tefnut couldn't help but smile. The adorable cub whose brother had left after Sheek died... He had grown, and Tefnut had taken care of him, just like she promised to Desmani.
Des... Tef wondered how the older brother of Anmani was doing - or was he even alive anymore. It felt like an eternity since she had seen him for the last time. She missed him, missed him greatly... But she was glad he hadn't come back. They didn't need a reminder of the sorrow they had left behind.
Tefnut's gaze wandered away from the sleeping male, to the other creature next to him. Kisima had grown too, and Tef was glad she had witnessed the friendship grow between her and Anmani. The two just needed it, both being alone in the cruel world...
She shook her head, pushing the depressing thoughts away. She let her gaze wander tho the remaining two of their group. Or three, actually. Tefnut smiled, Sukari would have her cub soon... And Safila... She had grown into a real beauty in the past three months. A real beauty indeed...
Tef's ears perked up and she automatically extended her flashing white claws. Her gaze wandered at the surroundings, searching for the cause of that sudden noise she had heard. The horizon was already becoming brighter as the sun was rising higher...
A lonely gazelle pounced from its hide, racing away after it had caught the scent of the still sleeping felines. Tefnut relaxed greatly after seeing the gazelle escape. But she kept up her guard now, and would completely relax only after the rest of the group would be awake.
((OOC: I hope that's ok. =3 Did my best with the time jump and all... XD))

Many years have passed since the incident in the cursed jungle. The pain, both physical and emotional, from the ordeal had contributed to Liam's resiliance. Meeting Tefnut, Misteeca, Uru, Dunston, and everyone else involved had contributed to his inner strength. He still yearned for his late parents. He never saw them except for an illusion in the jungle. He was also hardened slightly by the death of one of his close friends, Abeni. The image of the ground swallowing her still haunted him. Maybe it was time...time for him to put his past and the thoughts of that tropical mystery behind him...and work towards a better future in this new world.
Liam had been walking through the Savannah. At this time, he seemed like he was hunting. In reality, he was taking a daily walk through the area. The calmness of the plain and the morning sky had always helped him clear his mind before the day truly began. He then saw another path and figured he might as well change his route. Who knows? Maybe he might find a familiar face here.
As he went through this new path, he saw a gazelle pass by. Did it see him before he saw it, or was it a coincidence? This he would never know, but he continued. He then was approaching a tree, but kept a decent amount of distance so as not to disturb the sleeping group of lions. He then saw someone who looked very familiar. "Tef?" he asked to himself as he stopped so he could look at Tef more carefully. He had not seen her since the jungle. He did not get closer, however, because he had a feeling it might have been another lion and there might be an ambush if he approached. He was hoping so much that it was Tef and that Tef would recognize him. After all, it had been years since they last saw eachother.

Silence lay over the grey savannah, a thin layer of fog snaked coverd the tall grasses. The night-time skies where gaining some color as the pale yellow hue of the sun painted the heavens. The air was still cold, despite the arrival of the suns rays, the plains were moist and droplets of dew coverd the landscape. A figure was moving through the silent savannah, it seemed as if time had stopped, no sound could be heard but the gentle wistle of a morning breeze.
A pair of round ears swirled, as a faint, visible exhale escaped the figure as the hazle eyes narrowed. "There must be some food around.." the lionine figure murmured as he came to a halt, his broad paws shifting the dirt. Giving a glance at the horizon seeing that the sun had yet to break the horizon lightend the burden on his heart, he was hungry and sun's unforgiving heat would make hunting quite an uncomfortable experience.
Returning his gaze to the path ahead of him, the young adolscent continued on his way through the tall grasses, towards a gathering of trees maybe he would be lucky finding food somewhere in the scrub forest. His sandy-tan pelt made hunting an easy sport for him to master. Judas had been doing well enough on his own since he had left his mother over 5 months ago, this was earlier than what was normal, though the young adolescent wouldn't bear think of another day spent trailing that lioness' paw-prints. He finally had freedom!

A gentle light filtered through a small dense bush where sukari lay, curled up and sleeping. she had slept in this bush to protect from any bad weather during the night. The gentle light settled on her face but was blocked for a very short moment as somthing walked by. Sukari stirred from her sleep, unaware it was a lion that walked past and she slowly squinted open her eyes, blinking a few times for her eyes to adjust to the light. She straightened her body out a bit and yawned. her eyes fully opened and she looked through the bush to scan the area to see where the group had settled down for the night.
The group where a few paces away to from where she had slept, and they all seemed to be still sleeping. Sukari's attention got diverted to a tree where she saw a bit of movement, and up there was Tefnut, wide awake. A smile came across Sukari's Face, just the sight of seeing her closest friend awake and someone to talk to made her morning brighter.
Sukari fully straightened her body and crawled out of the bush slowly and gently, Making sure not to put too much weight on her Belly. She stood up after she got out and stretched and took a deep breath of air and exhaled slowly. She walked over slowly to the tree where Tefnut is. Sukari smiled and nodded to her. "Morning Tef" she said slightly quietly not to disturb the others "Did You sleep? You know what im like about you sleeping" She said slightly joking.
Sukari Sat Down and dug her claws into the tree and stretched again.

As the light from the sun slowly began spreading itself across the surface of this world, a gentle ray, shone onto the lion of the group know as Anmani. This light though as gentle as it was, was enough to stir him from his slumber. Anmani was, to put it bluntly, the only male in the group, that would be until Sukari's new born. Even at that rate the new cub might not be a male. The situation which had resulted in Anmani's rather forced union with the group, had all but faded through the 3 months that had passed. Anmani like the rest had tried to put it behind him, but to this day the lion still wonders what became of his brother Desmani, and if he would ever be able to see him again....
But.... in those months, a lot had happened. The group has come accustom to each others company, not only that but in that space of time, each member of the group had grown in their own little way, be it emotional or physical. It took Anmani some time to adjust to his new life with the others. But now he was growing up, slowly but surely. In that time Anmani had formed a strong friendship with Kisima, the two had hung out quite a bit and gotten to know each other.
Stretching out his front paws, a yawn escaped his mouth. And slowly but surely Anmani rose to his feet. After a few eye blinks, and a quick shake of his entire body, he had become wide awake. The wonders of being young and full of energy... Blinking once or twice, he looked around in front of him. Both Kisima and Safila were still sleeping. <Shesh, how lazy can you be...> He thought with a smirk as he went over to Kisima. His paw lifted up from the ground as he went to poke her awake. <No no.... wait Anmani, let's think about this... last time we poked Kisima while she was sleeping she bit our head off...> The mischievous lion put his paw back down on the ground and sighed lightly to himself. At that moment a noise caught his attention. Ears perked, he turned around in a split second, only to see Sukari near a tree and Tefnut on the tree. With a stupid looking smile on his face he strolled over to Sukari with pride.
As the time had passed over the 3 months, Anmani's true personality of the type of lion he was had settled in. Now that he knew the group, he was more playful and unfortunately for them, way too energetic and adventurous. This was in fact, the bane of Tef and Sukari, as often Anmani had gotten himself into trouble.
"Hey Sukari!" He said in a low cheery voice as to not wake the others still sleeping. "Hey Tef!" He waved up the tree with one paw before putting it back on the ground, that stupid looking smile still on his face. Being the only male, gave Anmani a sort of boost of energy at times. He felt unique, instead of being just another silly female. Though he never said this to the others, because even though he was really strong and manly, when you are outnumbered 4 to 1, it's best not to annoy the females of the group.

The sandy-pelted adolescent trailed his way through the tall grasses, getting closer and closer to the shrub forest. The winds had begun to pick up turning from a gentle breeze to a more constant blow, the winds would atleast help quell the heat of the impending sun. Judas slowed down his walk as he sniffed the air; Maybe there was some prey nearby. But the scents lingering in the air was anything but prey, the adolescent's ears flipped back and his brows furrowed.
He could smell other felines about, there seemed to be many of them and the scent came from somewhere close to the shrub forest. A gathering of felines could mean a pride of sorts, though Judas' had been able to pass unoticed into numerous terratories he had usually avoided the resident pride at any cost, but now he was hungry and that was whole diffirent matter. Deciding to take the risk, the male leveled his head with his shoulders and resumed his approce of the shrub forest, but this time he placed his strides carefully, softly treading the ground.
Judas planned to go the stealthy route and maybe he would beable to pass this pride, without attracting attention to himself, as they say; 'Out of sight, is out of mind'.

Safila had awakened a few moments before but was just lying there relaxing, feeling the sun rays warm her face and move along her body. A small yawm escaped from her muzzle and she stretched out her agile limbs getting them ready for another day.
Her gaze moved around the others, taking in the quiet atmosphere of her 'family'. She didn't know how she would have got through life after watching her parents die a slow and painful death in a fire. She owed them all so much for accepting her and there was Sukari due to give birth and bring a new life into the world, Sitting there a while longer she wondered if everything would stay as calm and peaceful as it had been over the past few months.
***************************
Kisima'smooth black body gave a litle twitch as she felt some air pass over her head, she was half awake, but her dream had been nice and she didn't feel like relinquishing it just yet.
Curled up in her position she felt a little nudge to her rump.Sighing for being disturbed, one eye slowly opened and she blinked a few times, then shook her head to move her mauve tuft from hanging over and blocking her view. Her eyes the same colour mauve as her tuft surveyed the area. She saw Anmani walking away nah he wouldn't have been so foolish as to try and wake me, surely he remembered what happened last time . Swinging her head around further she found the cause of the nudge, it must have been Safila with a paw while she was stretching.
oh well that's it for now, I'd better move and see how the others are. Pushing herself forward and leaning on her outstretched legs she arched her back and moved her body at the same time, feeling a surge of energy go through her. A smile lit up her face as she saw Sukari and Tefnut, a new day had arrived.

Sukari turned her head and smiled as Amani came strolling over with a big smile on his face. Sukari stopped clawing the tree and waited until Amani was next to her and she crouched down to Amani's level and nuzzled him. "Good morning Amani" she said happily "Did you sleep well" Sukari changed her stance to sitting down. She Saw that Safila was awake. Another smile came from Sukari. everything was so peaceful, it had to be one of the best morning's they have had so far. but as Sukari took another deep breath of fresh air through her nose, She feared that this morning is going to change dramatically.
A little growl escaped her throat, and Sukari's eyes widened Sukari quickly looked up to Tefnut in the tree. "Tef, did you hear or see anything this morning that was unexplained" she said plainly and quickly
Sukari's Abnormal super strong sense of smell, that she trained as a young cub. Had picked up 2 Animals. Sukari closed her eyes and sniffed the air once again. She concentrated on the smell. "2 Lions" she said plainly
Sukari took a few steps from the group and scanned the Area, with her Ears Perked up and eyes in a trance. She wanted to just sprint off and find where these lions where. But she always had to have seconds thoughts, because of her unborn Cub.
OCC. -To all the new members - about Sukari's strong sense of smell, half way through this whole RP, a small story is told about How Sukari has a very strong sense of smell, by Her and Sheek always playing games as young cubs and mainly including using their nose, and therefore Sukari and Sheek both grew up to have very abnormal strong sense of smell.

Tefnut smiled down at Sukari when the lioness woke up and came to her tree. She chuckled slightly when Sukari asked if she had slept dueing the night. "You know me, Su. I didn't sleep as much as you'd like me to sleep, but it's more than enough for me."
She was saved from further replies as Anmani stirred awake. The liopardess looked down from her branch, examining the early morning activities Anmani was doing. To poke Kisima or not to poke... That brought a wide smile to Tef's muzzle.
"Hey Sukari! Hey Tef!"
Tefnut nodded politely her greeting to Anmani, closing her eyes momentarily while nodding. The smile was still playing on her face when she turned her attention to the surroundings once again. It was Sukari's question that made her smile disappear. "I saw a gazelle", she replied, a thoughtful expression on her face. "It left just before you woke up."
Sukari's next works startled her, though. She agai automatically extented her pure white claws, looking down at Sukari with a serious expression. "Don't even think about checking it out, Su. You'll stay right where you are!" Tefnut balanced herself to slightly stand on her feet on the branch, preparing to climb down. She gave a quick look around, taking in the scents, her ears perked up and her tail swaying slightly to keep her steady.
"I can't see them, Su..." Her eyes narrowed as she let her gaze wander around once more. "Oh, wait...!" she said, her voice low so that only those under the tree could hear her.
She caught a movement, and growled softly. An adolescent male lion, with sandy fur and dark mane was trying to sneak its way around their group. "There's one... To left from us." After letting the others know what she already had seen, she let her gaze wander again, searching out for the other lion.
And then she saw him, he too being an adolescent. But unlike the other one, this was standing right there, not too far from their tree. Her eyes widened slightly, and she stared. This lion had golden fur, and he seemed... familiar? 'Why does he look familiar, though?' she thought.
Then she looked down at her friends, and made her way down. "I saw the other one too", she informed, turning to Anmani. "I'll go check him out. Can you take someone with you and go check the other one, Anmani?" Smiling faintly at Sukari, Tefnut left the tree, heading towards the adolescent who she thought looked somehow familiar. 'L...' she thought again. 'Something beginning with L...'
