[Jenna]

(ooo, somebody got her mad!!! )

Jenna turned to Sheek.
"First off, I'm tired of you treating me like the baby that I WAS! Secondly, I'm not going to be bossed by you. You're not my father. Or my mother. Thirdly, Mino is joining the kings of our past. You...you spent hours with him. This is my chance to...tell him goodbye. Okay?"

[Pulsar]

Pulsar looked at Mino and frowned. And then spoke in a low gentle voice.
Pulsar:” You’ve caused so much trouble Mino I hope you realise that….”
Mino just glared at Pulsar.
Mino:” So kind? And only awhile back you where more then ready to rip me apart…. You’re losing you killing edge Pulsar…”
Mino said in a weak voice as he mocked Pulsar, who couldn’t help but smile….. There was one thing that never could be destroyed… his sense of humour…..
Pulsar:” Let’s end this shall we?”
He said as he raised a brow.
Mino:” I’ll be more then glad to….”
Mino coughed out... then he looked at Sheek
Mino:” You can leave me here Sheek.”
Mino leant away from Sheek trembling at first as he supported himself on his three good legs.
Pulsar:” I don’t want to kill you Mino…. I just thought I’d let you know……”
Mino ginned weakly at this remark.
Mino:” I just can’t believe I never noticed the similarities between you…..”
He said laughing, which turned into a cough.
Pulsar looked at the stars for a few seconds…. Then looked at the others….
Pulsar:” You can go back to the cave now… I’ll let you know when it is done….”
But Mino interrupted Pulsar.
Mino:” Don’t you mean that I’LL tell them when it’s done?”
Of course he knew that he wasn’t going to live this there wasn’t a chance he was….
Pulsar:” Even in the face of death you still mock and joke….. Your fathers spirit was more in you then I thought Mino…”
Mino:” Oh I’ve got more in me…..
He said threateningly. Then he looked back at the others before they left.
Mino:” Thanks guys… for everything….”
Then he looked back at Pulsar, who nodded.

"i wont let you TWO fight"

sheek stood right in the way of both lions, so they both couldnt possible reach each other

"sheek starrred into Pulsars face"

Illian walked over at Pulsar as well.
''Don't even think about it''
He said and looked deep into Pulsar's eyes.
Aramile's eyes widened.
''Illian! Don't do anything totally dumb!''

[Jenna]

Jenna lunged at the two lions.
"You have no idea...if you wanted to die, and we stood between you...what would you do?"
She pulled out her claws. Though small, she could be very deadly.
"Move,"
she said quietly.
When they did nothing, she growled.
"I asked you...to move. Now."

[This Land]

"MINO DOES NOT WANT TO DIE" sheek shouted in his cry
"HE IS WEAK SO HE HAS NO CHOICE, THATS WHY HE WANTS TO DIE, HE HAS NO OTHER CHOICE,.......... BUT HE HAS A CHOICE WHILE IM AROUND, HE HAS A CHOICE TO LIVE "

"I.......AM.................NOT MOVING" sheek said at the top of his voice then roared as loud as he should

Illian looked over at Jenna.
''Alright, as you wish''
He said and got out of the way.
''Sheek, better do as she says, what's done is done''
Illian said as he looked at Sheek.

without breaking eye contact with Pulsar but talking to jenna
"IF I WALK AWAY RIGHT NOW, I WILL CLASS MYSELF AS BEING RESPONSABLE FOR MINO'S DEATH"

"EVERY OTHER LION MAY WANT MINO TO DIE, BUT I DONT,...........LOOK AT HIM, HE IS ONE OF OUR KIND, HE IS A LION, EVERYBODY ELSE MAY WANT ONE OF THEIR OWN SPEICES TO DIE BUT I DONT"

[Jenna]

Jenna roared.
"YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE HIM SO YOU'LL HAVE HIM SUFFER!"
She was nearly in tears. They had always gotten along, but now...
"I CAN'T BELIEVE IT...I NEVER SAW THAT YOU WERE SELFISH! HE MAY NOT HAVE ANOTHER CHOICE, BUT LET HIM DIE QUICKLY AND WITHOUT SUFFERING!"
She roared at him once more.

"FINE JENNA...................FINE..............CUT ME, SLASH ME, BLIND ME. BUT I WILL NOT MOVE"

"I AM NOT BEING SELFISH BY LETTING MINO LIVE, I WOULD BE SELFISH IF MINO'S LIFE WAS TAKEN AND I LIVED, THAT WOULD BE SELFISH OF ME"

[Jenna]

"NO! IT WOULDN'T!"
None of the others had seen either of theem this way.
"Aramile, don't follow me."
She ran off, not close by, but they could see her as she turned into a speck and finally, could not see her.

She had run at least two miles before lying down and sobbing. This was so....painful, yet if she saw any of them, it would be worse.

Aramile sat down with a confused look in his face, but it sooned changed into anger.
''CHRIST! WHAT THE HECK IS THIS GONNA END WITH?!?!''
He roared.

Sukari wasnt the only one who took part in Hide and seek games when she was a cub, he had the same abilities as sheek.

"there was a tear in sheeks eye"

"This Group is falling apart, why?" sheek said softly to everybody"

"Look at us, what was the piont in starting a fight in the first place, Things do happen in life, i know you cannot change or improve bad situations, but why cant we live thorugh it togther"

"what is there wrong with Living with each other in peace, if you cannot live in peace,, at least live without fights. Fights do not prove anything they only prove how many scars you get get on the other lions body"

After sheek made his speech, he let out a tear, sheek wanted no one to die or fight

[Pulsar]

Mino looked at Sheek, then back at Pulsar.
Mino:” Finish this Pulsar… I want this to end…. I’m tired of causing so much pain…… I’ve done nothing but hurt the whole group, that’s all I ever seem to do….”
Pulsar looked at Mino confused, but then nodded.
Pulsar:” As you wish Mino…. I wish there was another way….”
Mino:” Huh same…”
It was the first time in awhile both had agreed on something….

[This Land]

Sheek was shocked what Mino said.

"Mino what are you saying, how have you caused too much pain to the group, al the great times we had, all the great hunts, the gazzelle chase and so much more, how can you have caused pain to the group, yeah of corse you ran away and left us for a bit but that was tempoarary. But now you want to leave for good. Mino, you and me both know that you dont really want to die. You Dying will be the One and only pain that you bring into the group."

Sheek notice himself, he was rambling on.
"you know Mino, ill tell you what"

Sheek stepped forward into Pulsar's Face

"Pulsar i do thankyou for Finding Sukari i thankyou for alot of things but im afraid, if you really are so desperate to Kill Your Best friend, you will have to kill me first, i wish i never had to come to this but this is the only laguage you understand........Death"

"So if you want Mino to die, you have to get through me first"

"but i reccomend you backing off, push every bad thought and past event right down to your tail, and we can try and start a new life"

[Pulsar]

Pulsar stood back… and bowed his head.
Pulsar:” Very well Sheek… as the youngest member of our pride I have no choice but to follow your orders……”
Then he looked at Mino and shook his head.
Pulsar:” Maybe another time Mino.”
He said grinning.
Mino:” Don’t you dare walk away from me! This isn’t over I’m gonna end this now.”
He took a step forward to attack Pulsar but collapsed into unconsciousness from lack of blood…
Pulsar looked at the almost dead Mino and sighed.
*Looks like I won’t have to kill him after all, his wounds are doing it for me…*
He turned around and walked away…. As he did he turned his head and spoke back at Sheek.
Pulsar:” He is your responsibility now… but mark my words you’ll regret letting him live….”
Pulsar knew Mino would try to do what he did today again… it was only a matter of time… but for now… he was injured and unconscious so he was of no immediate treat… if only Sheek hadn’t ordered him not to kill Mino this could all be over…..
Pulsar damned the infernal system their pride had set up… and tough he found some rules stupid he wished to keep the ideals of the pride alive… even if that meant taking orders from Sheek….
*Fool* was all Pulsar thought of Sheek’s actions as he walked back to his tree and lay down to sleep and regain himself.

Safila couldn't bare any of this.

While everyone else was talking about the affair, safila sneaked away and ran past the waterhole to a tiny cave that was big enough for two.

She decided she would settle there until either someone found her,or the big event was over.

Safila lay down in her new home, she thought she heard a rustle in the bush but just ignored it.... she decided to get some rest....

[This Land]

Sheek stood there, still standing tall, rain fell onto his head, he looked at the stars.
"thankyou" he said faintly"

Sheek turned round to Mino
"Im so glad you are alive, we can rebuild and try to put this bad past behind us, But please Mino, for my Sake and everybosy else in this pride, dont try and fight pulsar now, i know you still have a urge to still kill him, but as i say, fighting has no puporse"

Sheek helped Mino up get back on his feet, and slowly walked back to the cave.

Bout 2 miles away Sukari found the crying Lioness Jenna

Sukari Walked up to Jenna she had found her
"hello there, please dont cry"
"Jenna, please, please return, by the time i got here and by the time we go back, i promise you somthing would have been sorted out which dont include any deaths"

"Sheek would fight for his life for his friends, or he would of stood up for what he belives in, and you already know what Sheek belives in Mino"

"Jenna......Sheek doesnt let Lions die, friends and even his enemies alike, sheek is a understandable Lion who hates deaths, so he doesnt want Mino or Pulsar to die"

"i promise you as soon as we return sheek would have had somthing sorted out, I know Sheek too well, he had been in these kind of situations too many times and he has always manged to sort somthing out which involves no deaths"

Sukari went up to jenna and wiped away her tears
"I tell you know, your eyes look so familer to sombody i met bout a year 1 1/2 ago"
"They are really pretty"
"cheer up eh" Sukari Smiled at Jenna

"Do you want to make out way back or do you want to have a little talk to pass the time" she smiled

In the cave sheek layed Mino carfully again back on the cave floor, to regain Mino's Stregth and make him better.

Sheek was suprised at himself self what he done, He had stood infront of Legacy's brother and stood up for himself so Mino would not be killed, it could of cost sheek's life also.

[Jenna]

Jenna stood up, she had heard something. She walked slowly forward to the large cave and sniffed. Safila. She walked in and saw her, laying there.
"Safila, honey, are you okay?"

Jenna looked up.
"Sukari, er, hi. Um, talking, that'd be nice. I....I just don't want Mino to hurt...that's all."
She heard her comment.
"I have my mum's eyes."

“Why couldn’t you just let me die?”
Mino said in an obnoxious tone to Sheek.
He leant away from Sheek who was trying to help him get back to the cave, and tried to support himself on his own legs.
He let out a cough before speaking.
“Why are you helping me?...... I’ll never forgive you or Pulsar… if that’s what you are thinking….”
He said sternly. Then he looked at the cave and began to slowly limp his way back to it, while supporting himself as best he could…
It made no sense, why were they helping him? It was clear to him and Pulsar that he wouldn’t just drop the whole thing…. And what then when he his back to full health, what if he goes into another fit of rage again… and tries to or even does kill Sheek or Pulsar…. he didn’t want that to happen…. But when ever he looks at them it’s like something inside him snaps…. Maybe because they’re family and they are related to…… Legacy…..
Mino shuddered at the thought. He clenched his teeth in pain…..
None of that will happen tough, if he doesn’t do something about his wounds… and soon…
As he walked he kept thinking to himself….
*Why?*
A question he found himself asking way to much when it came to Pulsar and Sheek…..
He shook his head….. and the thought of what he was putting everyone through came to his mind…. He began to drift into thoughts about everything that had happened so far…. And didn’t realise what he was doing…
Mino let out a echoing roar of pain as he accidentally took a step using his broken paw…
Once again clenching his teeth for the pain, he withdrew his paw.

[This Land]

Sheek stopped in his tracks
"why do you keep persisting that you think im a bad guy Mino"

"I was ready to fight for your survival, Doesnt that tell you somthing, doesnt that mean anything to you, do you even care"

"Wait........No, you dont care, i forgot, im Legacy's son, thats the only thing standing in the way of our friendship, one Bad Lion, that i happen to be related to, But all the time we have knew each other, have you ever seen any part of Legacy in me "

[Pulsar]

Mino continued to limp back to the cave, but stopped and looked at Sheek out of the corner of his eye before saying.
“I don’t expect you to understand….”
He said in a low voice. Then he looked back at the cave and continued….

"Understand what" Sheek curiously asked

[Pulsar]

“Just leave me alone Sheek, before I do something bad…”
Mino said in a low voice, before letting out a cough.
He didn’t look back at Sheek at all…. There was no need to look at him when they talked. That and Mino couldn’t stand the sight of Sheek anymore…
