;D It's nearly Christmas! Are you looking forward to it? Do you celebrate Christmas or another holiday? How do you decorate for Christmas? What presents are you hoping to get? I thought we needed a Christmas thread, so I decided to make one.  |

I have a huge, 8 ft. tall real Christmas tree and I put allll the lights on with the angel :3 It's beautiful and makes my house smell amaaaaazing.

We've got our real tree up now. We're going to decorate it over the weekened. I just love the smell of Christmas trees. <3

Gotta admit, it won't feel very Christmassy for me for the coming two weeks or so, until like the 22nd. I'm just too busy with uni, and not able to go to parents' and do all my normal Christmas traditions. Ah well, at least this year's Christmas will be spent with a lot of family members. xD Parents are picking me up on the 22nd, and we go over to my aunt's. One of my cousins as well as my sis and her family will be there too, so it's a lot more people to spend Christmas with this year than usually.  Yay! Speaking of which, I still haven't finished my aunt's present (a painting of her dogs) and I've got like... a week to finish it. Oops. :'D |

Havent put any decorations up yet....dont think i have the will too xP. Only person who is going to see them from now until New year's day is Myself, or am i being a grumpy sod... xD Opinions ? xP
I am looking forward to January more then Christmas and new year itself because Kanu is coming over on the 3rd for a week and a half, My Birthday is on the 20th and then i am going over to see Kanu on the 27th ^^

I always look forward to Christmas ;D I'm going home to my parents' on the 20th and my grandparents are joining us a couple of days later for Christmas Eve  It should get me there in time to decorate the tree, hehe! I'm not really excited for Christmas presents any more - they are nice of course - but the main reason I love Christmas these days is because of the atmosphere with music and decorations and everyone coming together to celebrate our traditions ^^ Havent put any decorations up yet....dont think i have the will too xP. I don't have any of those things yet, but my parents will bring us the X-mas tree. I'm geting the lamps of the shelf. Btw, all of my class spends these days laughing about 21.december. But, yay it's going to be Christmas!!

Haha, aww, did she do a good job helping you?  I've very nearly finished my Christmas shopping. I just need to think of what to get for my dad (always the most difficult) and what else to get for a certain admin here... I've also decided to send out electronic Christmas cards this year... Not as nice, I know, but it's a lot cheaper... xP And I can make it myself. If I had the time and money I would've had them printed, but alas. Maybe next year, hehehe. |
