The usurper's son, the son of the one who killed siri's parents. [about five years old]
The supporters of the usurper; they do not know how evil he is! he has tricked them, even though his father did the same thing once before
The usurper's core group; they know who and what he is, they will be banished with him
Kuvunjwa's supporters; they hate the usurper, and pray that Kuvunjwa will return. When he does, they will rally behind him and help defeat the others in the pride
Newcomers: they must choose a side.
his family had ruled these lands for years. coming back to them caused a sense of deja vu. sighing, the huge, muscular beast turned his head to the right, gazing upon his son with love and pain. he looked so much like his grandfather... powerful just like his father, and grandfather. "this is our ancestors' land?" his deep bass tones echoed in his audits, and he swung his cranium around to look at the desolate land. "it was much more beautiful than this when our family ruled it. this started happening when my parents died." the brute beside him fluttered his black wings, unnerved by the deadened land before his emerald eyes. "father, there is nothing left here but carcasses, skeletons, and scavengers." "that will change, son. now that we have returned, that will change." a roar sounded over the land, a powerful, aggressive sound that hurt their ears. it was the usurper, the one who'd told him he was nothing, and that he was not ready to be a king, so he should leave. ____ appeared over the hill and snarled at siri, baring deadly white fangs. "you should've known better than to return, siri! get out." "I am true king of these lands, ____! it is you who should leave." _____ snarled his outrage and slashed at the rightful king, growling. "take your mutant spawn and leave, siri!" "we will return, ____!" siri left with his son lucas that day, and vowed to return. unfortunately, he and his mate both died before they could return to take their lands back from ____. lucas vowed to do it for them, and to restore the pride to its former glory.
jasiri knew the story. his pride's medic had told it to him. his father, lucas, had succeeded in driving off ___, only to have his vengeful son return and murder him and his mate thamani, jasiri's mother, just after jasiri had been born. ____'s son ____ was now king. jasiri hated him badly, and today he was leaving, vowing to return just as his father had to get rid of ____'s family line once and for all. and so, the massive adolescent lion moved on from his pride.
well, he happened across a lone female named selene. they talked for many hours, and fell in love. becoming mates just a day later, they were overjoyed when she birthed a small female, whom they named kachiri selene. three months later, selene was murdered. jasiri was heartbroken, and so renamed himself kuvunjwa. he moved on from their old home with his daughter, who looked so very much like her mother... he crossed into a strange land, and received powers-- two more than the wings he already had. his daughter, too, received powers. again, only two, because of the wings that all his family members had been born with.
kuvunjwa felt the power surge within him, and he knew. he had to act now, he had to return to his ancestor's homelands and stop the past from repeating itself once more. with barely any effort, the massive lion hauled himself up onto his paws, muscles rippling throughout his body. his daughter rose up beside him, and together, they ran forward. she took off first and he was right behind her, and they flew fast to the home that would soon be theirs.

I wish I had the time to join in, but I'm having troubles keeping up with the three RPs I'm already in, so I'll have to just watch for now... Maybe later if I suddenly end up with more time xD
