Kala stretched and woke up. She walked down to the waterhole to take a drink. She stood up and looked around, thinking, it's such a beautiful day today. I wonder what kind of adventures I'll have today.
Then she laid down to feel the warm sun on her back and sighed contentedly.

[Lokisenna]

Naïef lay low in some grass, she noticed another lioness lazing around on the ground not far away and grinned, stalking her carefully she creeped up just behind the lioness before puncing and landing on top of her.

Kala managed to get out from under the other lioness and stared at her for a second before blurting out,
"Excuse me, do I know you?! I don't usually let strange lionesses pounce on top of me. That was very rude."
Now Kala was somewhat irritated. She'd been having a perfectly normal day until this lioness had just singlehandedly ruined it. She mentally chided herself, Kala , be nice. She's not even full-grown yet. She cleared her throat and said,
"I didn't mean to be rude, you just startled me. I'm Kala. You have an interesting eye color."

[Lionel]

Wingu walked out of the bushes and started laughing.
"Lions pounicng on each other?! That's something new!"

[Lokisenna]

Naïef chuckled, "Excuse me. My name is Naïef, but you can call me Nuri, its easier to say." she said with a high air, "thats the first thing anyone says about me, my eye colour." she took a few steps backwards before shaking herself and looking over at Wingu, "And you are?" she asked in a snide tone,

[Lionel]

"Call me Wingu." He said and just looked at the other lioness.

Kala said,
"It's nice to meet you both. Wingu, I'm Kala. Nuri, you didn't have to be so snide. He's just curious, I'm sure," Kala chided the younger lioness, looking over at her with a stern glance, then turned to her and said,
"Maybe you'd like to explain to me why you just pounced on me out of nowhere."

[Lokisenna]

"WELL! wouldn't you like to know?" Nuri smirked, "I, just so happened to. successfully, pounce on an adult Lioness." she said in random pauses, seeming pleased with herself and taking no notice of Kala's gaze, "What are YOU doing here?"

(sorry if she is annoying, she'll get nicer over time XD)

Kala thought, I have about had it with this girl's attitude. She said, now in an equally annoyed tone,
"Yes, good for you."
Her tone softened as she turned to Wingu, she asked,
"What are you doing here, if you don't mind my asking?"

(OOC: Kala's attitude will get better once Nuri's does. Nuri's really ticking her off and she doesn't get ticked easily.)

[Lokisenna]

Nuri Huffed and noticed a crow not far off, This lioness was pretty indifferent towards her. It Kinda made her annoyed but she felt a spark of respect for Kala, Any of the outcasts that she Lorded over were pretty puny in comparison, who said Lions needed to rule? Lionesses were just as capable! Shaking her head of the thoughts she turned to look at Wingu.

Kala noticed the crow, too and thought, sometimes I wish I could be free from my past and the horrible things that happened. She just kinda wished Nuri would go away, so she could get back to Mufasa. He must be wondering why she wasn't back yet.

[Lionel]

((isn't Muffy...You know...dead?))

-I'm just wandering around. I don't have a pride, I don't have a family, nor friends. Only thiung that keeps my memories, is that no good Moja!- He growled in the end. Painfull memories...

(OOC: No, if you read her profile. (I hope I put it in there,) Her husband is just named after him. So, no it's not the one from Lion King.)

"Moja?," Kala asked, "Who's that? Did he do something bad to you?"
She gave Wingu a sympathetic look, hoping he would tell her. She enjoyed hearing other lion's life stories.
"If you want to talk, I'll listen, even if Nuri doesn't. I'm good at that."

[Lokisenna]

Nuri frowned, "I never said that I wouldn't listen, What on Earth made you think that?!" She exclaimed with annoyance, Just because she didn't respect others didn't mean others got to choose what she said.

Kala replied softly,
"I said, 'even if'. You don't have to listen if you don't want to. It's your choice. As for what made me think that, well, your attitude hasn't exactly been the greatest since I met you. I'm not good with lions that have bad attitudes.
I never have been, I'm getting off-topic. I'd like to hear what Wingu has to say."
Kala turned to Wingu again.

[Lionel]

"Moja...Moja was my pride leader." Wingu sat down and continuied.
"Others told me, that it all started, when my mum met my dad. He was a rogue. My mum was the most beutiful lioness in the pride, so Moja wanted her to be his wife. She said no to Moja, and yes to the rogue. But I still don't understand, why Moja hates me so much." Wingu told the lionesses, and looked sad.

[Lokisenna]

Nuri made a face at the words 'bad attitude.' It wasn't her fault that she hapened to be good at comebacks, but in any case she listened, ,Sounds like you have a Case of Lion envy," She chuckled to Wingu.

[angelgirl]

Kala replied,
"Maybe he doesn't like you because you remind him of the fact that your mom picked your dad over him. Just a guess. Plus, that's really the only reason I can think of unless you wronged him somehow. And you don't seem like the type of lion that would do that."
She thought, lion envy, Nuri, really? She wanted to hear more of Wingu's story.

[Lokisenna]

"He might also think that your a threat to him, being male and all." Nurri offered with a smirk, "You guys are sooo, territorial." She huffed, "but I don't see you being a threat to anyone, so let's just put it down to jealousy, How can we help?" she asked almost nicely.

[angelgirl]

Kala giggled and added,
"Yeah, male lions can get pretty territorial."
She was getting kind of confused at Nuri's mood change. Now she wanted to help Wingu? Kala wanted to help, too. She just wasn't sure she wanted Nuri's help.

[Lokisenna]

Nuri dug her claws into the dirt, the vibes off of Kala were irritating her immensely, but if she had to be nice for her to get off her own back, she'd just do it and deal with it. a flicker of malice flashed in her eyes as she continued, " As I said before. How can We help?" she asked, gritting her teeth slightly and attempting to smile.

[Lionel]

-Well. I don't think anyone can help me. On second thought...Maybe, maybe ou can help me. I remmeber an another thing, why Moja could hate me. So, he has a son, I don't remmeber hi name though. Who does?
It was a while ago, when i was just a cub, and the cubs were playing. Moja's son is a wimp and a crybaby. And we where playing fighting, and every time we played, he somehow got hurt. And he always told his dad, that I was the one hurting him. It isn't true!- A splash of anger flamed in Wingu's eyes, and he growled.

[angelgirl]

Kala said,
"That's wrong, he shouldn't have been telling lies. I'm not much of a fan of liars myself. I hate them." Kala finally decided she had to get back home or her husband would come looking. She offered,
"Why don't you guys come with me? I"m getting ready to head home. I'm sure my husband won't mind. And if he does, I'll just change his mind for him. I doubt either of you look like the kind that would hurt someone."

[Lionel]

You never know...

-Thanks for the offer...I don't feel comfortable around big male lions. Like you said, we can be quite territorial. I think I'm going to stay here. -
Wingu said and then he fet hunger. He touched his tummy whit his paw.

[Lokisenna]

Nuri looked away, " I'm not a big fan of groups.... thankyou though. I'll stay with Wingu, He looks hungry and I'm in for a hunt." She suggested and studied the Horizon, "Up for hunting? I know males aren't the best hunters, but I could use help." she asked, her den amour nicer, seemingly getting better as the sun sank.

[Lionel]

- Thanks. I would appriciate your help. I am starving. I see some zebras, do you fany catching a zebra?-

Wingu said and turned to the side, where the zebras were. His claws got out and he got a little angry. Just because he's going to hunt!

[Lokisenna]

Nuri chuckled, "Zebra is the best. lets hurry then." She noticed Wingu's claws and looked in slight surprise at the lion, " i may have been wrong about you. Stop pouting and lets hunt."

[angelgirl]

Kala said,
"Well, if you guys are hunting, I don't mind going with you. Is that ok?," she said looking from one to the other.

[Lokisenna]

Nuri looked at Wingu and didn't reply, "Your call." She announced and moved on.

[Lionel]

-As you wish...- Wingu said, and started moving towards the Zebras. He crouched down, slowly sneaked up to the zebra and then... A yellow stripe was moving fast towards the Zebra. In the matter of seconds Wingu jumped on the zebra, fighting to make it his dinner. It didn't take long, so he sat down and showed the lionneses, that they ca come. Wingu didn't take a bite out of it.
