A general thread to discuss "out of character"-business concerning this roleplay.

That said, is this RP even happening?

I've been holding off slightly because I need to write up my character's profile first and that's boring and stuff... 8P But who else is still interested in this RP and would like to start it up?

After looking at the suggestion thread, I might be interested to join in if there's room. :3 My only problem really seems to be picking a character to sign in. I have no idea who to play. xD

I'm still in, of course I have a character ready for whenever this gets to start

I was just thinking, I would prefer it if the characters beginning the journey already knew each other. That way we can get past the ever slow introduction bit, which, I find, really can take the excitement over a new RP right out.

Say, since we're starting at the point where they cross into Europe, they would've been at a "base camp" for some time, getting to know each other and preparing for the journey.

I was just wondering, do we have a leader? someone must have explained the situation to our characters and sent us in our quest.

Well either one of our characters is the leader, or the leader is a NPC who stayed behind while sending our super powered kitties forth to find those seeds.

Personally I think I'd prefer the later, but I rather hear other opinions too. :3

Hm... I think the idea of having someone who was the 'leader' or elder back before the quest started was a good idea.

However, I think it's a good idea to have a leader of the group, as well--someone to give them direction. Although I think we could roleplay that out until a leader sort of forms, like how groups of people work in real life. My two characters don't really have good leadership qualities (well, maybe Mlezi, but she wouldn't want to be). As for the other characters, maybe something will work itself out 'naturally'.

If that doesn't work, we could always have a vote.

Sounds pretty good to me too ^^. I was actually talking about the NPC kind of leader, sort of like Elrond in LotR, or Nick Fury in The Avengers Someone we can refer to in our conversations, even if they're not in our group.

But I like the idea of having a leader in the group too. But I guess it's better to see about that as the RP unfolds. But don't count with Balam either, besides him not having any special power, he's kind of clumsy xD

I agree So shall we make up an NPC elder that we can refer to? I have a pantheress Queen character called Imae who I reckon could suit the part =P She's old and wise and all that, and she would've thought of something like this if she lived in that world. Any other suggestions?

I also reckon we'll RP out who becomes the leader of the group. That tends to show after a while :3

I'm okay with your character being the 'Elder' of sorts, Kanu

Then while we roleplay, the one who everyone else looks up to will eventually become leader. I like the sound of that.

I just posted I wanted to make a longer one, but I guess this one will be enough for the sake of keeping it alive. It's the only RP in which I'm active here, after all.
