*raises hand* I've been sucked into it, yes. I thought I'd give it a go since I used to love My Little Pony when I was younger and I'd heard so much about this one. I didn't think I'd find it more than "okay", but I actually really like it xP The animation is really lovely and the stories are good. It's so rare to find a quality children's show these days, so I'm quite glad the program has become so popular.

THANK you!!! I'm glad I'm not the only one. I just watched the one where Rainbow Dash injures her wing and goes to hospital, and tries to sneak back in to read a book she didn't finish before getting well. I thought it was hillarious when they chased her out when they all realised that it wasn't a dog making the barking noise but the derpy pony:P. The humour in the show is very good!

Haha, yeah, that's a good episode xD I absolutely love that they're so in touch with their fanbase; they even gave "Derpy" a speaking part in this series! Which I find pretty awesome. (Then the drama that then ensued was a bit less cool, but hey...) I don't think I can think of any other show or film where the fans actually have an influence.

I Dare not watch it,xP. I know what it does to guys like me... xD Its sucks you in and you cannot escape its grasp.......*end dramatic voice* Lmao, I know that feeling, bro xD I admit it the show does look quite good for the kind of audience it's directed to, but I don't see myself as a fan of it. The few songs I've heard are quite catchy, though =P

Shesh, is there nowhere I can escape this MLP:FiM thing that's going on?? I've got people on my class who love that show, and looks like all the sites I go to on dah web have them bronies too. xD Its sucks you in and you cannot escape its grasp.......*end dramatic voice* Surprisingly enough, I watched an episode of it, and... couldn't really get what the fuss was about. xD Then again maybe I'm too much into the old school kind of MLP and cartoon styles (though I have to admit, those sea ponies were creepy o___o). Speaking of which... I admit it the show does look quite good for the kind of audience it's directed to That's the funny thing in the whole show - people who are way off of the directed audience watch it, and I just can't understand why. xD

Huh, might as well spam the cafe right now. Sorry guys I've been off a bit. <_< Got caught in playing all three Mass Effects in a row, and now uni is keeping me somewhat busy for the coming few weeks. D: Deadlines approach with a frightening speed. *shudder* As a positive note, I just got confirmation email that I was accepted on some Swedish summer courses. Now I'm just eagerly waiting to see if I get accepted for the English courses that I applied to, too. 'Tis so awesome, especially 'cos it looks like most of the courses for now are during the evenings (YAY! I can sleep long! )

lmao, no, not coming to England I'm afraid. xD Taking language courses, since I didn't manage to get a job for the summer. Figured I could use my time for something productive that'll get me some free time come next year (when everyone else has to take the courses I'm taking now xD). That, and one of my friends is taking the same courses as me. Should be awesome!

That's cool that you'll be ahead with those language courses I'm thinking of doing the same for a couple of courses in my career, to have more free time to spend how I like ^^ (Maybe forensic dentistry or something along the lines =P) On the other hand, this month is the last of this semester, and yep, deadlines are alarming me as well. I foresee things are going to get heavy. I haven't even started roleplaying, and I might not be so around for the next few weeks

Sorry about disappearing all of a sudden (again). I've been having some personal problems and those deadlines to deal with (though the deadlines are still there lol, the teachers suddenly decided to be generous and give us more time to finish everything). Things should (hopefully) get back to normal sometime next week or so. <_< Aside from that, my English courses have been awesome. Our teacher is a very fun, Scottish lady who really knows how to make the lessons interesting. :3 I held a presentation today with the subject "how to fillet a fish", with about 5 mins time to prepare for it without any info gathering. xD I drew a fish on a paper, and a fillet on the other side, and used that and a pen (substituting as a fillet knife) to demonstrate how to cut it. The class loved it, and I was having hard time not bursting up laughing in the middle of the whole thing. :'D

So, then, after 13 years we managed to do it again... Sweden won Eurovision Song Contest! Wohoo! I really wish I could've seen it live, but of course I was given the late shift at work, thus didn't make it home in time... First time I had to do the late shift on a weekend in months, but such is my luck... Good show though, mostly. The poor hosts seemed really awkward with their English and dang, they managed to mess up "Waterloo" pretty bad xP I do wonder where in Sweden they're planning to host the next contest... The Globe Arena in Stockholm has always been the default for these kind of events, but now I think we have an even bigger arena in Malmö, so I suppose it'd make more sense to host the world's biggest TV show there instead? I'd like that, as it's much closer to where my parents live =P Now for the notable songs... I really did like the Swedish entry this year. I wasn't so sure about it at first, but after a few listens I started to really enjoy it and I'm so happy she actually managed to win! The Russian Grannies came second, would you believe it. Dancing oven and all. Winning the Weird-award this year is this thing from San Marino. Just... just... what? My second favourite entry (after Sweden) was Iceland. It deserved to do better than it did... As did Engelbert Humperdinck... I really liked this song. It was kind of amusing to hear the UK commentator slowly get more and more bitter as the voting went on though... I also enjoyed the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (they must extend the program time every time they qualify in order to say the entire name 8P). The artist was just... cool. Serbia was nice as well. ...watch the Turkey group turn into a boat! And, eugh, Ireland's song is darn catchy ...

Wow, that's a great compilation you made. A great chance for me to check the best of Eurovision Song Contest, thanks a lot Kanu Now I can say it, congratulations on Sweden for winning 1st place, it's a really awesome song! ^^ (And yay for Russian grannies! xD the wtf factor does matter it seems) Although my favourite has to be Iceland, that really wow'ed me! and I agree it should have been judged better. Oh and the Turkish boat was hillarious

I'm quite happy for you Swedes. Loreen's song was very good (though her performance on stage was....... awkward xD). I don't usually like the stuff they have on the Eurovisions, but this one I do like. :3 Also them Russian grandmums.... They came second?? Oh dear... xD So I has some good news too! I finally got all my uni work done, apart from the still on-going Swedish summer course. This means I can get back to posting! \o/ Unfortunately, that'll have to wait until at least Sunday. My cousin's graduation party is in a few days, and I'm travelling there tomorrow. :3

Yaay! And aww, we'll be out of sync now xD Me and TL are leaving for Sweden on Sunday and are gonna be away for two weeks! Obviously we won't be on the internet much during that time... But after that maybe everyone can be available at similar times again xD I'm really looking forward to going home and visiting my friends and family though. I get less homesick now, but I still miss home loads :C

*crickets chirp* ... Anyone here? I admit, I'm veery caught up in commissions and work at the moment, so I haven't had the time to post at all :C Slowly working my way through the drawings, but I'll still need some more time to do them. After that though, I'm fully intending to get back to RPing, if anyone else is still up for it?

*Raises hand* I'm here It's the same with me, I'm having quite an occupied daliy routine because of work and other chores, but I still check this place everyday (sometimes I connect to the Livechat, but I rarely see anyone). If there's still interest, I'm all up for RPing too.

Well the freestyle RPs are still sort of going. I think TLK came to a grinding halt though.
I'm still up for RPing too. There's just not that many RPs running on the forum that's why it seems so quiet. I think I'm going to give that structured RP a go so you guys can join that if you're interested.
