I'm very confused here. I'd like to join, but some threads say that you can't join, and others are begging people to. This thread here is recent, so It would seem that there are positions avalible, but the RP it's self says full, and the sign up thread is locked. I don't know if I'm going insane, but I can't figure out what's going on.
sorry if this is the wrong spot to ask questions in too, I'm not sure about that either.
