Nala laughed at Fire's comment then looked at Sukari and saw her eyes cringe.
She bent down to her and nuzzled her. "Are you ok?" She whspered in her ear.

Sukari mumbled and then started to speak probely
"im......im fine" she smiled weakly

The pain was getting worse just to ignore
"My front leg..........its hurting........badly"
Sukari cringed and closed her eyes
She slumped down onto the floor so she wast stadiung on her hurt leg
"It hurts" she said in a faint crying voice

Nala watched as Sukari sank to the floor.
"Oh dear.." Nala said and put her on her back.
"Let's take her down to the waterhole.. see if we can do something down there.."
She started padding off in the direction of the waterhole.
"Come on Fire!!"

"Jeez! I'm coming! He leaped up to where Nala and Sukari were and was walking with them. He hoped that Sukari wasn't hurt too badly. It seemed like she had gone through a rough past as well. Fire had sympathy for himself, but he had all of it for Sukari. Even though he was outcasted, Sukari was attacked when she was way younger than Fire. Being said that, the effects can be more... traumatic.
"Bah! Lionesses... So impaitent..." He grins as he looks at Nala and Sukari.

Seleter wathed as the others went outside the cave. She sighed deeply and smiled a bit. Then she also went outside, but she didn't follow the others.
"They're going to the waterhole..." she thought as an idea came to her mind. She grinned and started walking towards the savannah.
After a while Seleter was coming annoyed.
"Why can't there be any when needed..." she thought but then stopped as she saw a lonely gazelle nearby. She grinned in delight.
Finally! she thought as she crouched down and started approaching the gazelle.
When Seleter was close enough she jumpped and started running after the gazelle that tried to escape. But the poor animal was too slow and soon seleter had pulled it down with her. When the gazelle stopped kicking and Seleter left go she noticed she had chased it near the waterhole.
Good, she thought. Now I don't have to drag it to the waterhole!
Seleter smiled happily and took a drink from the water. Then she layed down to wait the others to arrive.

Sukari Slipped off Nala's back, making sure not to put her weight on her front leg.
She limped over to the waterhole and took a big long drink, she then lay by the side of thw waterhole, licking her bad leg, but the pain wouldnt disappear

"Fire.. what can we do to help her??" Nala said pacing around and around in circles.
"We have to do something!!"

Pizeera followed Seleeter down to her hunting spot. He sat there and watched her catch the animal and started dragging it towards the waterhole. He got up and started walking next to her.
"Good catch.."

Fire approached the waterhole and was getting uneasy when Nala started pacing around. "Relax, Nala... We have to see what happened..." He didn't like it when he had to be serious and order-like, but the situation had to call for it.
Fire walked over towards Sukari, leaning his head down towards the hurt leg and cooing Sukari so that she wouldn't focus her attention so much on the leg. "It's ok, Sukari. It doesn't hurt that badly..." He looked more intently at the leg. "Can you tell me where it hurts the most?"

Sukari Looked up at fire
She pionted with her nose a quater away down her left leg
"just there" he said quietly
"what is it, a brake, a sprain, do you know?" she said curiosuly

Fire looks down at where Sukari pointed her nose and got a confused look on his face.He didn't see anything, but the leg itself looked a little bent out of shape. When Sukari was asking him a flurry of questions, Fire laughed a little. "Settle down there, Speedy..." He got a smile on his face and continued to look at it. Damn... It's dislocated somewhere... I really don't want to do this, but i'm going to have to...
He was speaking to Sukari in a calm voice. "Sukari... What i'm going to do is put your leg back into place... It going to hurt a little, but you'll feel lots better when I do it... Try to stay relaxed as possible..."
He saw that Sukari was flinching a lot. When he pressed one paw onto her knee and the other at the bottom part of the leg, she was shaking a little and had a fearful look on her face. He thought up of a diversion quickly. "Look, Sukari... A pretty butterfly is passing by." He tried to make it as convincing as possible. He looked over to Nala and gave her a subtle glance to help him create the "butterfly". When his father did this to him once, he flinched during the placement and he let out a piercing roar in pain.
When Fire felt her leg ease off the tension and relax, he snapped a bone back into place, hearing a loud crack from her leg and a scream from Sukari. When Fire was done, he nodded quickly for Nala to come help soothe Sukari down. "Shh..Shh.. It's ok, Sukari... We're here... See?...Nala's here too..."

Seleter heard the scream from the other side of the waterhole. She turned to look at Pizeera.
"Am I imagining, or was that Sukari?" she asked confused. "I think we'd better go to look.
Seleter started walking around the waterhole. She looked back to Pizeera.
"You coming?" she asked. She had a worried expression on her face. What had happened?

Sukari Carried on screaming, The pain turned into agony
"HOW COULD YOU!" she cried
"THAT DIDNT HURT A LITTLE, IT HURT ALOT" she yelled
she tuckked her head uder her good paw and started sobbing.

Seleter heard as Sukari's scream got louder. Her eyes shot open and she suddenly bolted into a run, racing around the waterhole as fast as she could.
As she came to the other side she saw crying Sukari with Fire and Nala. She stopped running in confusement.
"What happened?!" she asked. Seleter couldn't get her eyes away from the little cub. She felt so sorry for her, what ever had happened. She sat down near Sukari and gently placed her paw on Sukari's shoulder.
"Hey, are you all right? What happened?" she said softly.

Sukari looked up at Seleter
"I........fell........hurt my Leg...........dislocated..........fire straightend it............agony" she said very mutterdly and stutterd
Sukari crawled underneath Seleter's chest and rest her head on Seleter's other paw, she started to calm down
"I......I know he was helping, i really do, i just shouted in anger and im sorry fire"
she looked up to fire
"its my fault, all my fault, ever siince i was born ive came across nothing but pain in my life, i wish that it would go away"
she looked back down to the ground and lay still quiet for a bit

Seleter felt sorry for Sukari. She looked up to Nala and Fire and then back to Sukari.
"What ever has happened to you... It's not your fault" she said gently, trying to comfort the small cub.
"I sort of might know how you feel" she continued. "I'm a cheetah, yes. But in this case it doesn't matter."
Seleter went silent for a moment, before coninueing again.
"I had a dangerous childhood" she said. "Because we are cheetahs, we had to keep hidden from lions - hyenas didn't wander around the Pride Lands when I was small. But after... Mufasa died and Scar became the king, the hyenas came to be a great risk for us. They started hunting small cheetahs, since there were nothing else to eat."
Seleter stopped speaking. She closed her eyes.
"I used to have older brothers, but once we went to play without our mom, we were ambushed by hyenas. My oldest brother was killed by them, we others managed to escape."
Seleter stopped speaking and looked down at Sukari.
"You're not alone in this unfair world" she said and smiled a bit, not knowing what she could say anymore.

Sukari looked up at seleter and stood up as she was talking about her brothers.
When Seleter has finished what she said Sukari was shocked what she heard.
"Im so sorry to hear that Seleta, and with that, the best thing all of us can do is stick together"
sukari looked around to all the lions
"you are all great lions......"
sukari turns aorund to Seleter again
".....and cheetah's" she smiled
"its only been 2 days since i met into you guys, but i have nowhere else to go, and i call this home" she smiled
Sukari Looked down, she didnt realise until now that she actually stood up using all her four legs without any pain, just a bit of a twinch
She looked back up and turned to fire and she smiled
"Thankyou" she said Gently

"Sukari, settle down!!... I know it hurts, but the pain will reside..." Fire kept holding her down. pressing more onto the leg more to lock the bone into place.
When he took his grasp of of Sukari and she walked away with a limp, Fire sat up and then turned his head away for a moment, not wanting to see the look on her face when she was yelling at him. "I'm sorry, Sukari... It was the only way that I could get your leg better..."
When Seleter said that it wasn't her fault, Fire nodded in agreement. "For those have had things happen to them, there will always be someone that they can turn to... No matter how bad the situation may seem, they will always be there for you...."
He smiled a little when Sukari said thank-you. "No problem..."

Pizeera ran after Seleter. He came to a hault when he saw Sukari cuddled up to Seleter. He sat there and listened to her little speech, without saying a word

Nala smiled as Sukari made a little speech.
"Well.. looks like Fire fixed your leg after all." She said and looked at Sukari standing on all four of her legs. "Does it feel better??"

Sukari looked down at her leg and moved it a bit
"Much better" she said with a big grin on her face
"not hurting anymore, just feels weird" she chuckled
Sukari was shaking a little now. The shock of the pain she went though when fire cracked her joint back was just getting to her for a bit.
"I need to lye down for a bit" she said smiling
she lay down and curled into a slight ball and looked up at Fire and smiled at him again to say tnanks

Seleter looked down to Sukari and smiled. Then she turned to look to the others.
"Anyone hungry?" she asked. "I went to hunt something and cathed a nice little gazelle. I can get it to this side of the waterhole."
Seleter stood up, but stayed there with others, waiting for reply.

Fire laughed as Sukari suddenly had a big grin on her face when Seleter mentioned the slightest hint of food. "Hmmm... Now why doesn't that suprise me?"
When Seleter said that she had caught something, Fire looked over to her. "You want me to help carry it over?" Fire wanted to help her, since he wanted to be as helpful as he can and get to know everyone better.

Seleter looked at Fire with a slight smile.
"Sure, if you really want to carry it" she replied. Then she turned to look at Sukari.
"I'm sorry" she said. "But I alreagy caught something. But maybe you'll get to see me hunting the next time, hum?"
She smiled to Sukari and then stood up, ready to lead Fire to the gazelle.

Fire smiled for a moment as Seleter agreed to his offer. He started walking along with Seleter to the gazelle, thinking for a moment about what she said. "Heeey!! Waddya mean "If you want to carry it"... Who says I'm gonna do it by myself?..." He laughs and grins.

Seleter grinned back to Fire.
"Well... You're a lion and a lot stronger than me" she replied. "I would never be able to carry a gazelle, only drag it. Not even if I got help."
Seleter stopped as they reached the gazelle. Her grin grew a bit wider.
"So... You wanna carry it or drag it?" she asked. "If you drag, then I can help you. But if carry, then..."
Seleter continued grinning.

"What does it make a difference if you were lion and I was a lioness?" Fire laughs out loud to himself as he says this. "I might carry it... But, then it would very tiring on me, and then I..." He looks over to Seleter with the grin on her muzzle, Fire trying hard to resist looking at it. He couldn't take it anymoe from that feeling that he had to drag it because it would be..."gentelmen-like"...
"Fiiine!! I'll carry it... Stop giving me that look... Sheesh... Make a lion go stir crazy..." He laughs as he grabs the zebra's neck, tossing the limp head onto the beack of his neck, slipping under the heavy carcass and breathing deeply and hard. He pushes his legs up to carry and walk with the carcass, his muscles showing off on his legs and chest to Seleter.

"See? That wasn't so hard!" she said still with a grin on her face. Then she turned to walk back to the others, waiting for Fire to come to her side and then continueing to walk beside him.

Fire mutters under his breath with his smile still on his face. "Maybe for you..." HE made the mutter so that Seleter would just barely hear it. He adjusts the zebra on his back and continues to walk as fast as he can to catch up to Seleter.
