Zoba turned his head around to see what Sanura was doing. She was apparently trying to climb the tree. He had to admire her for wanting to challenge herself. The first time she tried, she fell and couldn’t get any higher than she could jump.
Uriah watched and waited to see what the tiger cub would do next. When Sefu walked over to her and told her to be careful, he looked at his brother thinking it was probably exactly what he would have said.
Sanura then seemed to have an idea stirring in her head. She walked over to where the two brothers were, turned and booked it toward Sefu. In a display of agility and coordination, she jumped onto Sefu and then jumped once again onto the tree. She dug her claws in and climbed to a branch. Once she had balanced herself on top, she looked down to see all of them.
She reminded Uriah of him and Zoba once again when they were cubs.
" I did it, look at me ?,"
Uriah and Zoba could see the surprise in her eyes. Judging from her facial expression, she looked like she had miscalculated the height of that branch just as so many cubs her age had done before. It wouldn’t be too long before one of them would have to go up after her and get her down.
Zoba kept his attention on Sanura even though he smelled food not too far off. His leg had already gone numb from the medicine. Still, he dared not move it for fear of injuring his leg further without even knowing it.
Uriah, thinking that they all must look small to Sanura, called up to her.
“Sanura. You’re so tall. I think you’re big enough to beat up Zoba now.”
He said with a smile.
