Sekai is a fun loving lioness who enjoys to see others happy above her own happiness. She will go to great lengths to find a way to cheer up a friend if they are feeling hurt or upset. She is a very empathetic person, who has very heightened emotions, especially when a person close to her is feeling an emotion especially strongly. This can make it difficult for her when she is feeling alot of varying emotions from the people around her. 

Due to her fun loving personality she can be quite immature and bouncy when put into mildly pressing matters, but as soon as the occasion becomes especially serious, she switches and becomes almost entirely straight faced and down to business.

Although she is an extrovert, Sekai copes surprisingly well under depressing conversations and situations, showing the different side of her bouncy persona.

She can be quite unknowing of what people want from her and so has some difficulties making very close friends. This is part of the reason that she has never felt like she truly had a friend. She had met many a lion that she got along with and enjoyed light hearted conversations with, but never one that would just stop to ask how she was. 

She suffers from mild insomnia, but in an attempt to cure this she runs or hunts before attempting to sleep in the hope that her worn out body will let her sleep. However, because of this she is often seen quite worn out and at times with the skin beneath her eyes baggy, forming bag like folds beneath her eyes.

She is also has mild general anxiety disorder, causing her to over think alot of situations. This can sometimes clash with her out going behavior, as she suddenly realises everything that could go wrong, or effect other things she values, stopping her from blindly just jumping into something because she has an impulse that she should or that it would be fun. This also makes it difficult for her to focus on one subject, and so often appears as a scatter brain to most. 

She is a very effective stalker, built for the initial chase and blow to the prey, she has high levels of stamina in speed, but making blows to the prey takes alot out of her and once the prey begins slowing down, she lets the others in the hunting party take over. Even though this is true, if the equipped with weapons to aid her, she is a much more effective.

History:

In Sekai's home land there was a respectable pride, it had a definite leader, who was young and strong. He was very capable of defending the pride. He was simply without queen, and so the whole pride was desperately trying to find the best match for him, either politically or simply the best gene wise. It was only a minor issue for the pride, but one of the kings of another pride several days walk from them offered her daughter. This made the kings mother relieved and she agreed to the betrothal, it was ideal politically, as this pride was much larger than their own, and the prides between them were much smaller than the pair or prides combined, so they hoped to be able to connect the two and take the lands between.

The king from the other pride said he would send his daughter along with a few mercenaries for protection, however he sent an army. As soon as the rival lions arrived the pride descended into chaos, the mercenaries destroyed all hand built dens and kicked the other lions from their sheltered dens, claiming them as their own. The king was slain, and the princess sent to marry him became queen. 

Many of the lions in the original pride fled, or died in an attempt to take down the rival lions. None of them succeeded and the pride was left under the devastating rule of the lioness. 

Sekai was one of these said soldiers, unaware at first of the evil they would be inflicting on the other pride and desperate to appease her leader she set out along with the other in their group, the princess at all times kept safe and happy. 

The princess had been a normal cub, smiling and laughing like any other would. During her adolescence she was also just regular, her father made sure that she would be just like any other in the pride. She would smile often and even played with the cubs from time to time. However Sekai watched as the female developed while on the throne of the other pride, she watched as the revolting pride members, and difficult situations thrown at her turned her sour. Her smile vanished, and she barely ever left her cave. Soon she stopped responding to all issues, and left it to the mercenaries to sort out. 

Sekai began to hate her, she couldn't stand the way she just dismissed everything onto another person to sort out. She wasn't the only one, others in their group began to despise her just as much, if not more than Sekai did.

They made a plan to remove her from rule and place one of the remaining pride members in charge. However to remove the queen they would have to exterminate her, and doing so would get them banished from the pride, and potentially hunted. They made a plan that would ensure it looked like the other pride revolting and put people into their roles.

Sekai was one of the few willing to die for the right of the pride, and so her role within the plan was to be assassin, she along with another lion would have the unsavoury job of killing her themselves.

The overall plan was that the mercenaries would attempt to calm the next riot, but feign to be over powered, allowing the pride members to make a fuss. This would give the assassins enough time to do their part.

Sure enough everything went to plan and the queen died. Sekai fled from the corpse willingly, though the other lion couldn't stand the idea of being without pride and stayed.

Sekai hates that she killed her ruler, but no one but her and the plotters behind the plan know, and she doesn't even know how many of them escaped the wrath of the king. She tried to forget the happenings of the assassination, but she doubts she will ever be able to forget, and just tries to get on as best she can, trying her best to make herself an enjoyable life.
