Species: lioness (Though is questioned because of her black spots around her back left ankle.)

Gender: Female

Description:

Nyama has a light golden pelt which is slightly longer on her cheeks. On her back left ankle she has several black cheetah spots which have an unknown heritage seeing as neither of her parents were cheetah. She has darker gold fur around her paws that just covers her toes. Her tail tuft is a dark brown, almost black. Her eyes are a bright blue, almost crystal like. Above her eyes is a lighter golden colour but beneath her eyes is a darker gold. Her underbelly is the same lighter gold of bellow her eyes and the insides of her ears are the same colour.

Personality:

Nyama is not as delicate as she appears, she is in fact far from delicate. She is an experienced fighter and knows how to defend herself with ease. She appears as being quite arrogant but once you get to know her you realise it is just that she pushes people away from her, not wanting them to get past her layer of defences to the real her. Beneath it all she is sensitive and hurt and in need of love and affection. 

History:

In her early adolescent years Nyama was her sensitive self and loved her parents and brother. They were a part of a large pride where food was plentiful and the king was kind, they had not known pain or hurt or suffering until a group of rogue lions attacked when the pride was sleeping, there were few who escaped but Nyama was one of them. She was found soon after though and was forced to either join the rogues or die and so she did what any rational person would do; she joined them and learnt how to fight and survive under the always near threat of death and murder.

Eventually she had learnt enough to be capable of escape and when se did she was in her older adolescent years and on her own. She was perfectly able to care for herself and feed herself with the scarce food that she could find and in general find shelter and live life as a rogue.
